This store is awful. My cell number was canceled last month by my ex fiance.. I went to connect it back and the sales guy told me I need to buy a new phone with a new number. I came today to sjc store and they informed me I just needed to wait 72 hours to get my number back and I didnt need to buy a phone... not only that he charged me for insurance that I never asked for!! They made me spend money for no reason.

This is the worst Metro PCS store the service if can call it service. Came in to buy wifi device. The girl helping me acted like it was to much for her to answer any questions. I will go to another store for help. Tustin Redhill.

Horrible store! My Grandmother had come in to pay 3 months ahead as to not lose her number while she leaves for Europe, but when she got there all she received was disgusting behavior. One of the front desk girls had tried to help her, but very clearly couldnt understand her broken English so instead told her they couldnt help her (which is a lie because they do provide this service). Then when my Grandmother asked to speak to the manager, this woman told her she is the manager and told her to get out. Since then I have contacted the actual manager (who is a man) and hope that something is done about this aggressive employee. Just as I told the metro complaint line, I hope this wasnt a racial attack on Grandmother and that this girl hasnt done this to others who struggle with English.

Horrible attitude!!! Don’t waste your time coming here, the girls are supper paddy and they don’t want to help you at all. My parents were trying to change lines and they helped them but with the worse attitude ever.

Untrained employees. After waiting my turn for 30 minuntes the employee already had my account pulled up and the new phone i asked for ready. He let someone without a mask cut the line, get in my face, and started to help him instead. Extremely disrespectful atmosphere. I wont come back to this location for any purchase. I regret ignoring the reviews, wasted my time.

I purchased a Samsung cell phone 2 years ago. I am 78 and did not use it daily. I was in the hospital and physical therapy at a nursing home. I did use my phone for 3 months. when I finally came home, I called my cell phone number from my landline to hear the ringtone to find it. To my surprise a young lady answered. Thinking I dialed wrong I apologized but I asked her cell phone number ....and it was MINE. I asked her when she was assigned the number I called and she said it was recent. I took the back to where I purchased it to at least get a new cell number. The nice young man said his store no longer works with Metro PCS due to so fro many complaints our service. He said.the main one was my issue, reassigning a phone number to new user when there was no activity for at least 3 months and sometime less than that. I had a 949 area code and assigning that 949 area code is had to get. SO....my number was reassigned to one of Metro PCS without a warning. I took to Sprint and T Mobile to have a new number and use them as my provider and they tried to use their SIM card and the both said there was lock on my phone and only Metro PCS could do it and only Metro PCS could be my provider. The Samsung phone has absolutely nothing wrong with it. After having them reassign my number in such a totally unacceptable time frame. I would never use them. The only was to have any provider was to purchase a new phone with a new SIM card. Since I paid for my phone upfront over one hundred dollars. so I owned it. Now it looks like I have a usable great Samsung cell phone I own can only be unlocked my Metro and assigned a new number from them. I can go with any other provider, Version, T Mobile but would have purchase a NEW phone because the Metro LOCK on my phone. I DON’T NEED OR CAN AT MY AGE LIVING ON SOCIAL SECURITY CAN’T AFFORD ONE!! The Samsung cell phone I own and is new is fine. But it reminds me of the 1920 Bootlleg stories. I own the phone...but I can only use Metro PCS for service. What is going on?? I thought Al Capone died years ago. Nightmare story for sure....think I will talk with CNN...would make a interesting story for them to follow up on........

I got locked out of my phone via Gmail account. I went into the store to get a proof of purchase so I could send it into the Samsung Center to get the lock removed. When I asked the receptionist if she could help me get my purchase receipt for the phone she brushed me off Rulli and said thats corporate business. So on a wild goose chase I finally called Metro PCS corporate and asked for the receipt and they told me that they do not have purchased receipts on their systems and that the only place that I will be able to get it is at the store I purchased a phone from so 2 months later without a phone and paying the bill I am still with yall still working your phone and a little bit closer to reaching my goal of unlocking the phone and fixing my issue the reception is could have been a little more helpful and saved me a lot of time. She didnt have to be rude about it either. Im a paying customer and she needs to learn to be more helpful and not stand around and bs

Worst customer service. Brie is extremely verbal about not wanting to help. She was very willing to say, thats your problem, even when they caused the problem to start with. And she threatened to cancel my phone number. Hope no one will have to deal with Brie and her rudeness soon.

The CSR I dealt with was very responsive. I was looking for a lanyard which they did not carry. Okay I was quite upset considering I just bought the phone from them. But the associate went to the internet and found one at Best Buy for 14 bucks. I thought that was really customer focused. I will admit I found it for 9 bucks. Thanks to my Prime account I will have it tomorrow. I really appreciate their help and honestly they do deserve the five stars. Great job!

Horrible service!!! Rude manager!!! I purchased a phone at this location to find out 4 days later that I was unable to receive texts and some calls from i phone devices. I wanted to return the phone. I was told that my purchase was an upgrade and they will not take it back. I told manager that it was more of an downgrade to not working phone. Manager Ruby told me she can not help me and I should leave the store!!!I left with not working phone.

Got an iPhone 7 under $50 and found out Im an Android person. The next day I brought an unlocked phone to change my service to and said I had to wait 14 days which it turns out is exactly the amount of days a refund becomes impossible. I went to another carrier and switched. Went back to METROPCS for a full refund on day 4 and was told they are not a corporate store and referred me to a store 22 miles away, but they were unable to help because refunds must be at the place of purchase. Plus before they referred me told me to go home and get the charger which made an additional wasted trip. I also asked prior if I could have the iPhone unlocked and was told in 30 days it would automatically unlock. Right now I am back at the original store again trying to get a full refund. I am hopeful and will give an updated review on the outcome. Yay, to my least satisfaction I received a full refund minus activation fee. Thank you.

Extremely heartless salesmen! I tried to return a phone...I didnt understand and I was sweet talked into buying. NO HELP OR COMPASSION FOR MY SITUATION!! NOW THE PHONE IS NOT GETTING OR RECEIVING TEXTS. A $200 TRANSACTION WHEN I WOULD OF BEEN PURCHASING AN IPHONE AFTER CHRISTMAS. DEFINITELY LOST A CUSTOMER!!! Jose was awful not helpful at all and I think he only cares about the number and nothing else. Manager(Jose) was rude and lack customer service skill. They have over priced accessories for all the phone. Im taking my business, and money somewhere else!

On 11-28-20 I bought a motorola phone. They told me the phone brings free headphones. Until this date they tell me that there are headphones and that I should come back when the person who sold me the device (tel) is there.

Very bad experience. In this subway bad service. And be careful with your credit cards. We were robbed of $ 52.00 and the signal service was very bad. Very lousy. Horrible. I do not recommend it.
