David was awesome! I was in a little bit of a time crunch and needed to get 4 lines moved from a different carrier rather quickly. He was attentive and provided great customer service. He helped me pick up 4 phones and worked quickly to get the numbers ported over. I ended up having to leave before all 4 phones had completed the porting; but when I returned he had all the phones ready to go. The whole process was painless thanks David. Olga was great as well. She was my first point of contact on the phone, she was polite and very informative. I highly recommend this store. Their customer service was amazing.

I do my research online but the store gave me the wrong info when it came to prices and procedures. The store wants you to pay more instead of CUSTOMER SERVICE/APPRECIATION.... I settled for online and got a great deal compared to the store price, smh! Honesty goes further than right now greed!

If youre thinking about switching to Boost be warned, you are bound for one year. They advertise as a month-to-month service, but your phone is locked for a year. That means, if you decide to switch carriers, you will be unable to do so. I switched to Boost about 5 months ago. I bought a brand new sprint phone, cash, to activate on Boost. Activation went smooth and things were rolling. After some time we were unable to make calls, receive calls, or text from our home. Turns out the network is poor in Mission Viejo and surrounding areas. Eventually the network stopped responding altogether with one of the phones on the plan. We were forced to go to another provider. We switched to T-Mobile after finding out our phones were compatible. T-mobile sent us the chip to insert into our phones that would activate it on the T-Mobile network. However, because Boost locked our phones we are unable to switch providers. Mind you, I have already paid for T-Mobile service. Now we have no phones to use and told me I have to wait a year to get unlocked. This is a terrible company with even worse coverage. Youve been warned.
Probably the worst service I have experienced in the past two years since visiting the US. The two assistants were completely dis-interested in helping, and Had very knowledge about what they needed to do. I find it very odd that Boost SIM cards purchased at Target cant be activated at a Boost Store !! Then they suggested i pay double the price paid for the Boost SIM from Target. Dont visit the shop - a complete waste of time
This store needs better customer service they do not even have any music and they dont even have phones. They dont even welcome you and have a terrible attitude. Worst experience ever.
I had Amazing service from David at the Boost. Lake Forest location... He was very helpful and very patient! I would reccomend Boost and this location to anyone for all their phone service needs!
Good Prices and Helpful and Nice treatment from people working there specially patience to person learning how to Use their new phone and they speak English and Spanish. Really Helpful to me .
