Very honest and fair.. I Took my daughters car there for an oil change and brake check. They confirmed no issues with brakes and said the pads has about 50% life left. They honored an online coupon for $20 off the oil change as well

My girlfriend thought she needed breaks so she drove out to this place and based on there inspection didnt need breaks. I also saw myself that she has lots of pad left especially on the fronts and the inspection was free. Glad they where honest and didnt try to sell her on services she didnt need. 2 things that bothered me before I even left with new brakes. First, front desk employee isnt wearing any mask during bad covid, that bothers me right now. Second, they quotes me a price, I drop the car off, walk home which took me 45 minutes then they call and say price is higher because of rotors. I understand rotors can go bad, but as part of a brake jobs, when someone asks for a quote, make sure you tell them the price is just for pads but if the rotors need to be turned and most shops include that, then it would be more. Then I can make an educated decision as to where to go and how much to spend. Its a a bit sly to not tell the customer that price doesnt include rotor turning. Because they know I have walked home and I would more than likely not complain about another fifty, they do this. A good business would say, lets turn his rotors, no charge because we didnt tell him. I had 2 other options for the same price and that included the rotors turned. Just not happy with that.

My go to place for alignments, oil changes, and even the installation of my lowering springs for my Subaru. I love Sal and Dannys integrity as for what you need and dont need..Recently I brought in my wifes Q5 asking the brakes to be checked out because it was making noise and she has 90k miles. Came to pick it up and was told her brakes still had 60% left and the noise came from excessive brake dust. You cant beat that type of integrity.

Bring all my cars and fleet vehicles here. Just last week got all 4 brakes and rotors done in less than an hour an a half and also was $300 cheaper than another big name shop. Brake masters also said i could resurface my rotors instead where as the other shop said they couldnt.Ill keep coming back.

Not a reasonable service shop ! labor is high! Also, they use cheap parts on your car! better to quote from somewhere else as well.For changing rear break pad they charge 138$ (excluding part)! whilst other places charge between 70 to max 100$ depends on the car type!

The worst service ever.Do not repair your brake or car here. Such a scam company. Watch out for Danny. After fixing my brakes, the brakes didn’t work on highway. There are too many other issues caused after leaving my car here to be repaired. I strongly recommend not to repair your car here ever. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Best place to go for any problem with your car

I have had two cars worked on here; they are straight forward and explain the repairs being done and options you have, in a manner that I understand. Which being female and knowing nothing about cars, I really appreciate. They do have one fault, the wait times are almost unbelievable. But good service comes at a price and here its not coming from my wallet, their prices are reasonable. Its coming from having to sit there for hours waiting.

I recent serviced my Audi Q5 here. Always great service by Sal and his crew. He has been our go to with anything car related. Our Audi Q5, S7, S5, Subaru WRX have all been serviced here in the last 5 years.Sal not only does he takes care of our cars, but all of our friends and families member cars which range from 2001 PT cruisers to S6,S7s.

I came in today for a last minute alignment before a big road trip. The guy at the front desk got me right in and was up front about what my vehicle needed. My brakes were getting thin and they were polite when I thought I’d just done them 15k ago. Turns out it was almost 40k miles ago, my mistake. I’ll be returning for services in the future.

If you want your brakes to be fixed properly, stay away from this scam company. They use cheap parts, and irresponsible for any post follow-up by lying this is not our issue or you signed on this warranty agreement which doesnt cover any.

Ive been coming here since 2006. Ive had one Corolla and two Mazdas serviced here. The service and outstanding courtesy towards me as a customer is why I keep coming back. The life time warranty on parts also makes it wirth it if you go that route. I come here because im always in goid hands. Bottom line!

I got a referral from Americas Tire Co. to get my alignment done on a BMW. I called them and they said no appointment necessary which worried me because I dont have time to be waiting around to get my car fixed but they got me in and out of there in less than an hour. All four wheels aligned for $89.95, how is that possible? I was expecting a lot more, it felt like i was stealing :)I noticed 2 bad reviews for this business but to be expected from any place that services this many vehicles on a daily basis. I guess you cant make everybody happy but you can tell they try. Give them a try, I dont think you will be disappointed.

BEWARE. These guys are crooks. Went in to get my brakes done (New Rotors & Pads). I specifically asked for BMW Rotors and Pad and I recently found out from another mechanic that they installed some cheap chinese aftermarket brand. For the longest time I wondered why my brakes always squeaked. Im going to report them to the BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair) and I would urge you to do the same. Last time I called the BAR, they made another repair shop pay me back for the work they performed on my car.

Best mechanic place ever! When you go to breakmasters you don’t have to worry about dealing with creepy or condescending mechanics. Everyone that works at brake masters is super kind and friendly and they don’t make you feel bad for asking tons of questions. Before I came to breakmasters I got a quote from a different mechanic for like $1700 to $2400 to fix my car and then i found breakmasters and they did it for $700!!! They are the best and won’t rip you off!! Save your money and don’t waste your time with other mechanics. Also, today i went in to have my car worked on and they topped of my transmission oil and replaced my break light for free. Best place ever!!

First, the disrepectful young guy at the front counter has the attitude as if your not worthy of his time. Second, changing front brakes does NOT take 45 minutes when NO other cars are there. Third, buying all around brakes should mean all brakes are free (not including labor). NOOOT. Only front. The oh so awesome young guy lies to get you into the Unlimited brakes for life. Should NOT be legal to advertise lies. Just my opinion I guess..

This place is seriously the greatest. Ive been to multiple shops around the area and all of them try to up sell you additional services, or have bad attitudes, or try to rush you. Brake masters does quality work, and I can honestly say that danny feels like a friend now. I took my lifted Titan here to get alignment work done after getting new tires, the guys at BM did some trim work on the inside fender for me to stop the tires from rubbing, they also replaced a broken lug stud on both my truck & my Acura TL after Americas Tire is Mission Viejo broke them off( Im not sure how you can do that to two different vehicles ). Their prices are unbeatable and they have you in & out promptly. You can tell they truly care about their customers and want them to continue to come back. I have now started recommending Brake Masters to all of my friends. Its definitely a little bit of a drive from San Clemente but definitely worth it to have that peace of mind that the work will be done the right way.

*BEWARE* THESE ARE LYING MECHANIC CROOKS!!!These guys are wolf in sheeps clothing. I went to this specific location because I was referred by the tire store American tiresI needed to change my brake pads on my Hyundai Genesis coupe. I knew they were dangerously low. I specifically asked if they had genuine Brembo brake pads in stock. They reassured me they did. Like a stupid trusting person I thought this was an honest shop, and did not ask to see that brake pads. After they completed the service and paid I asked again point blank if they installed real Brembo brakes? The crook smile and lied to me said,Yes. As I drove out to the driveway the brakes squealed, and would make a squealing noise each time a braked. This is right after the service! I knew something was wrong. I went back after a period of time because I didnt want to be a paranoid cynical crazy woman, and asked them point blank again if they actually used authentic Brembo brake pads. They brushed me off and said that is how it is. I know that is not how it is. If brakes are installed correctly dont squeal EVERY TIME you use the brakes. Also these lying fraudsters charged me $535 for Brembo brake pads. Where if I had gone to the dealership they would have been approximately $700 something and done correctly.Since I couldnt get straight answers or get my brakes fixed by the fraudsters. I took it to another mechanic and they showed that the fraudsters filed down some cheap-o $30 Pep boys brake pads and shoved them into my car. These cheap pads that were improperly installed into my car were ruining my brake rotors! These mechanics pulled out the fraudulent pads ran the serial numbers to show me that I had been cheated. I was so ashamed and angry that these two faced liars made such a fool out of me.They are able to charge cheaper prices because they use low quality products and charge people for the expensive name brand products. Ask to see the actual brake pads they are installing. These are untrustworthy fraudsters!I highly caution anyone going to these lying criminals!

BRAKE MASTERS! I feel like I should show you my dougie or start doing a six step with a moonwalk backwards. Ofcourse, Brake stands for a car breaks and not breakdancing :P.After Costco Tires screwed a bolt on way too tightly and could not rotate my tire, thank goodness a little complaining solved the problem. I hate when customers complain, so I was brief and to the point when laying down the law. I was referred to Brake Masters. This place is the shieznit! The location is hard to find because its hidden behind some trees, but its located on Bake Parkway between North Pointe and South Pointe (to the left side- when facing the hill on Bake).I was not in a good mood after the Costco run around. When I first walked in the Brake Masters Sal hooked me up! He was very friendly and understood my situation. He fixed a bolt fixture, that Costco had to break off. He also changed the other 5 bolts, because he noticed some wear. That is going way above my expectations. I was in and out quickly and Costco picked up the tab.My friend also came with me. Sal hooked her up with a Oil Changing and tire rotation with Synthenic Oil for about 45 dollars, because he was nice enough to apply a coupon (without having a coupon). That is more than half what most Oil Changes cost. Even Jiffylube and dealerships charge about 70 to 100 dollars for Synthenic (plus $20 for tire rotation).Brake Masters was very fast and did not try to up-sell useless services. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It felt like a family run business. I will definitely go back if I ever need car service.
