Came this time to rotate the tires and the work was done super fast. The team is friendly and attentive.

I made an appointment the morning before to get 4 new tires installed. Didnt even bother negotiating or haggling, I just wanted to get it done and over with. So this review isnt even about price (for the record, I paid just under $1,000 all inclusive).I came the next morning as scheduled and it was decently busy, but I had an appointment so Id be fine, right? Well, 3.5 hours later I was finally out the door. As far as I know, there werent any mechanical or technical issues, just a straight up tire installation x4. I thought Id only be there an hour and a half tops. I get my tires rotated regularly at Valvoline, and that only takes 15 minutes.My biggest pet peeve is making appointments for services when it really dont matter. I still ended up waiting as I saw everyone else leave before me. If you cant fit in your customers in a reasonable time, dont continue to accept more appointments. I wouldve been ok scheduling on a less busy day/time.You would think with the word Tire in their name, theyd be more efficient at installing them. 3.5 hours seems egregiously terrible. If you value your time, maybe look elsewhere.

When setting up an appointment online, it would help a lot to get a confirmation or denial.I never got a message or call when the vehicle was done.Some form of announcement would have been helpful. I am glad I drove by to find outGood service on the vehicle. Very friendly and personable staff.

First time there, great service. Second time not so much. Went for oil change, and transmission fluid change and tire light on. Ask them to check motor mount, smog guy said it was cracked. They said they could do that but it took forever. When I left 3 hrs later, tire light still on and car was making horrible sound when changing gears.I went to another mechanic and they said mount was not centered and clips for hoses were not put back on.My point Id if you dont do that type of work, just say so. Not a problem. Stick to what you know. To boot, tire light was still on and tires were bought threre.

I spoke with Josh on Lobor Day and he was very helpful. He quoted me on 4 tires, he was thoural on the sale, the time it would take and said I could come that day. It took me a few days before realizing that he had the best deal. I didnt get there till Wednesday but Josh kept his word and then some. I think Josh is a great asset to Discout tires. Ill refer people to him for sure.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! This place does not deserve any stars, however to post I had to pick at least one.Store Manager “Ramphis” sold me on their outstanding service and pricing for an Oil/Filter change. We scheduled a 3:00 pm appointment. I arrived at 2:45 and was told it would be 15-20 minutes to start the service. At 3:30 I’m still waiting and was told they’ll get me right in. At 3:45 I’m still waiting and promised they will get me right in. At 4:00 pm I’m still getting the run around from the store manager. Got my car key and left WORD’s with Store Manager “Ramphis”. I subsequently drove to Jiffy Lube in Mission Viejo and was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

I can’t say enough about the honesty, price, and quality of work. The store manager, Ramphis Martinez, is an awesome guy who’s customer service couldn’t be better. They put the customer first and I will be going to them from now on for all my mechanical needs.

It was time to obtain new tires for my Audi Q3 and after doing some research, I took my vehicle to this location and I must say, I am very happy with my decision! I had such a great experience beginning from the sale rep Brian, who provided me with excellent customer service and the best deal for my Pirelli tires, out of all the other places. Hats off to the store manager Ramphis, who not only enlightened me regarding my vehicle, but also gave me a good discount for an additional service required. The drive back home was so smooth, with proper alignment, thanks to the awesome techs Fernan and his buddy who performed a great job! I really wanted to take my time to praise these hardworking individuals and give credit where it’s due. I love the quality of their service. Usually, the stereotype of walking in any service center is to make a self note and avoid any additional unnecessary services which are recommended. Luckily, that was not the case with me, considering my brother is an automotive tech and after running things by him, I can assure, these guys did not scam me in any way. I look forward to utilizing their services for my vehicle in the future.

Just got 4 new tires here. Great experience, good service. They are not pushy at all and im not a car expert and they seem honest.Their price was a bit lower than the first place i got quoted. Ill come back here if i get the chance. They also have customer loyalty benefits so seems like a good opportunity.

I called a number of tire shops in the area and these guys had the best pricing. Also they were able to get me in to complete the work same day. Josh was super helpful. Having recently moved to the area, I’m very happy to have found a shop to take care of my automotive needs. I’ll definitely be using these guys in the future.

Very disappointing experience with Steve who apparently is the tire salesperson online for all the stores. I ordered the tires thru him(Sumikomo or Sumitomos) and he gave me a confirmation number. We must have had a miscommunication for an appointment time at the LF store for Sunday, July 11th, so I called him a day later we’ll before Sunday came, and he told me he had already ordered the tires to be at the store in time for the appointment. He then confirmed the appointment time with me for 9am. When my daughter arrived Sunday at 9am, the store was full of customers who all had appointments at 9am. The nice gentleman working the front desk told my daughter that Steve didn’t order the tires after all. The gentleman at the LF store made it up to my daughter with better tires for the same price Steve quoted on the phone originally. He saved the day, no thanks to Steve.

This place was horrible. Overpriced...they couldnt explain the services they provided for the vehicle and to top it off, they lost my key to my vehicle! Pathetic!

They sell you tire packages promising availability for free tire rotation, balance, air checks. Thing is... they are too busy to get to you. I even made an appt for a tire rotation... showed up on time. 45 minutes later they hadnt even touched my car. Another person with an appt for tires was told 2 of the 4 tires he bought were not there. Only 1 guy working the desk and his computer was giving him problems every time. Lots of people in the waiting area from a earlier time slot. I ended up taking my keys and leaving without tire rotation. Never getting tires there again.

Thank you for the fast and professional service guys! I have been in to discount tires, Lake Forest twice in the past 3 weeks because my tire pressure symbol came up. Both times they found a small nail, 2 different tires and had me back safely on the road with a simple patch quickly.I highly recommend Discount Tire Centers on Muirlands blvd in Lake Forest.

I called to get a quote on mounting tires on rims that were off the car. They quoted me $30 per tire, so I set up an appointment for 11:00 today. My son took the rims and tires in at 11:00 and they wanted to charge him $40 per tire. I called the the store to find discuss the problem and the manager Ramphis Martinez told me that the tires were bigger than they assumed. I told him that when I got the quote yesterday, nobody asked me about the tire or rim size and if it made a difference they should ask the customer before they give them a quote. I asked him to honor the quote he gave me and he told me to listen up, that its a larger tire and their price is $40. He wouldnt honor the original quote, and he didnt offer an apology, he didnt say that he would make sure they ask the appropriate questions before they give the next person a quote. This bait and switch model isnt a very good business model, so your best bet is to find another tire shop, there are plenty around. We took our tires elsewhere.

I have two excellent experiences with Discount Tires to share: one unbeatable deal on all 4 of my tires and alignment as well as fixing my tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS).Ive heard of buy 3 get 1 free deals, but for Veterans Day, Discount Tires had a BUY 2 GET 2 FREE sale! It also came with lifetime free tire rotations, wheel balancing, AND 2 years of free roadside assistance!!! They also did a free alignment check and discounted my alignment $30 off...their documentation shows just how misaligned each tire is so you know youre not getting scammed. (Plus, my car didnt stray to the right anymore after they fixed it.)My total for all brand new tires with alignment was $ 322.10 in 2019!When I called in the morning to have my tires rotated, they originally told me they were booked for the day, but kindly squeezed me in at 2pm. Ramphis kindly showed me that my rims said front and back so Id understand why they didnt want to rotate my tires (not recommended for my compact front-heavy electric car). I asked if they could reset my TPMS as the service light had been coming on for months and they identified that one of the sensors needed to be replaced and did so AT NO CHARGE and I only had to wait 10 more minutes. Im kind of sad to be moving away from Discount Tires because I doubt Ill be able to find better affordable service anywhere else.

Great place for tires at a great price. They totally work with you and didnt feel they were always trying to up sell you. My only issue was that they didnt have the tire brand I wanted in stock nor were they able to order them, but they did give me a great deal on some other great tires.They do take some time to install your tires but they do have free wifi so I was able to work while I waited.

Customer service was basically nonexistent. Went in to get my brake pads replaced for the $99 special that was going on and sure enough a few hours later was told they now would need to replace the rotors and could run up to $1,200. I went back to pick up my vehicle since I wasn’t going to pay that and was given some paper and a bolt with no explanation or anything. Definitely won’t ever be coming back to this location again.

Went in without appointment and ask for brake and tire checkup. Did need new tires and front brakes. Was out in hr and half. Very friendly and explained everything. I was really unhappy with dealer last time in..took 2 hrs for oil change and I had appt. Wont be going back to them.

I came to this place to get new tires and my alignment done and they forgot to put on one of the hub Caps On a Kia Rio. Now I know it’s not the newest car in the world but I try and keep it clean and up-to-date and they’re just giving me the runaround and the runaround through every hoop possible. I do not recommend this place to anybody!

Ive been going to their competitors for the last 18 years, and boy have I been missing out. These people treat you like family, they took care of me they were fast they didnt pressure me into buying better tires or any other service even though I did get a really good price on an alignment after I put the new tires on. Our family now has switch to Discount Tires. They beat the competitors price by 50% and they do alignments! And they even checked out some other stuff for me but I needed checked out, as a extra service but no additional charge!!

Prices were decent, the front desk was helpful but it took almost 4 hrs to put on 4 tires and an oil change. The up front desk guy said they were running behind but not for 4 hrs. Get some more qualified help!

They did not fix my car issue. My car is getting some weird noise from rear tires since I did wheel alignment here last year. I did pay for one year wheel alignment service fee but it’s worth it. Please do not go to this store. They are not there to fix your car. Staff are not helpful & polite to customers.

However came in on a Saturday spoke with Paul, he was more than accommodating when all others were not as far as their price was concerned. Installed tires Tuesday with alignment far less then I would have paid just for the tires from others. Was a pleasure doing business, AS ADVERTISED DISCOUNT TIRES.......

After being let down for the last time by my now former tire place I came here. I was under the impression I needed a new tire and 3 new sensors for my car. After having them inspect my car it turns out I was misinformed. They actually took me back and visually showed me there no damage to any of my tires! No nails no nothin. Just some normal gravel! Needless to say, Im impressed with their work AND customer service! I will be returning for all my tire needs! Seriously these guys are amazballs!

I have been a customer.of Discount Tire since I was around 15 y/o and am now 50ish. The past 10-15 years has been miserable.i have always bought the lifetime alignment through Discount Tires, but when I tell them that theyre attitude changes to oh, were not making any money. Then comes you need a new air filter and so on. I am a car guy so you cant upsell me. My FIRST alignment got done and I had to drive to Fresno area vacation and when I got back the next day had to drive to L.A. for work. Backed out of a driveway and my truck just dropped...A-arms were not tightened, way out of alignment and tires were shot. Spoke with a district manager, Robert, and I was given free lifetime oil changes for $9.99 for me and my wife. The store manager kept telling me no, Always an argument to get an oil change. They told me 10.99, then 13.99, some told me it was invalid. $500 in tire ramage and you wont give me a discount on an oil change? I no longer get oil changes or anything else done there except for alignment. By the way, just remembered about 2 years ago my tires were shot and just had it aligned by Discount Tire. Complained to Pep Boys, where I bought the tires, I paid to have it aligned and the alignment was off (1 day without hitting a curb).Fast forward to a few days ago. Got my truck aligned and Josh was working the counter. Unbelievable experience. The guy was pleasant and nothing like anything Ive experienced at Discount Tires in30 years. You guys need more people like him and need to double his pay. Only reason I spent the time to write this was because of him. Maybe management should follow his footsteps...
