Not only did this business save me from dealership prices but they went above and beyond with fixing a major oil leak, an issue the dealership could not diagnose for years!!My dealership stated my repairs would take at least a week due to the extensive labor. Purrfect Auto did it in less than 3 days!Hammer was the technician who worked on my vehicle and showed me the defective parts. He was very accommodating, professional, and honest about what needed to be done with my car.I highly recommend this business and they have gained a customer!

I meant to post this a couple months ago... sorry for the delayed post! Sean was absolutely perfectly kind, honest, and all over amazing! I brought my dads Mercedes SUV in, as it had a gas smell. Sean gave me a heads up of what it could be. Once he diagnosed the car, he called me and clearly explained everything and fixed my dads car the same day. Had my car towed in needed to know what was wrong the gut jacked me for $175.00 said if I got the car fixed with them I could put that towards bill .. well he told me my head gasket was blown it wasnt worth fixing cause it would cost $5000. So he took my $175 come to find out from a honest person it wasnt a blown head gasket it needed a tuneup and it had a vacuum leak so they changed the hoese parts $260 labor $400 its nice to know not every mechanic is a thief.

I brought in my Hyundai Santa fei here to get checked up and get the axles replaced. Not only was the job done incredibly fast but they hooked it up with a complimentary oil change too. The service manager Hammer is the coolest guy, very helpful and welcoming.

This is the best service I have ever received on my car! I just moved to OC so I was nervous about finding a new mechanic, but oh boy I’m so glad I went here!! There was a grinding noise coming from my breaks so I took it in. I got new break pads and new rotors, the whole works. But a month or so later I noticed I still heard that grinding noise. I called them and Herman took awesome care of my car! He was super helpful, caring, trusting, and honest. He fixed my breaks and I’m so happy with the service I received! I drive a lot, so I’m super glad he was able to fix it and I can drive peacefully. I HIGHLY recommend this auto shop to anyone who needs work on their car!!

Look, this auto repair shop is everything you could ask for. Everyone here is so friendly and genuinely want to help you. They diagnose your vehicle really fast, go over everything thats wrong with your car, go over the parts/labor costs and go over other options. I took my car there, 2003 jeep liberty, the man at the front was super friendly, showed me exactly what was wrong (whole list of things), then told me alternative ways to fix certain problems that didnt need mechanic work and even applied a discount to my total when he didnt need to. He did it out of the kindness of his heart, the guys there are awesome and there is no other shop im taking my car to.

Scammers and cheaters !!! Never trust these guys ... they will say that they will use the best auto parts for Your vehicle, but the truth is that they are lying and they use used auto parts and they claim it’s brand new !!!

I had to get a smog check ASAP in order to renew my tags for my vehicle. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and helped within seconds. Told them what I needed and they took care of me quickly and efficiently for a great price as well. First time customer but definitely will be coming back in the future.

Told me he was giving me a deal, proceeded to not give me a deal. Then my seat adjuster lever was snapped off and they said nothing about it. My seat is now stuck forward and he still made me pay full price for the smog check that he claimed to give me a deal on.

I had a great experience with Purrfect Auto and the prices were very fair in my opinion. It was straight forward service with no nonsense which I very much appreciated.A month or so ago, I needed an oil change and decided to try a local chain for the first time (will not be using them again) and it turns out they did not put everything back where it was supposed to be after the oil change and I had just been unknowingly slowly leaking oil since then. My Check Engine Light came on two days ago and the following day as I left work, a Low Oil Pressure - Stop Engine light came on and I could feel my car struggling to accelerate. Thankfully, Purrfect Auto was close to my work and I had used them in the past when I had a different car so I decided to risk the short drive up a hill from my work to get there with the warning light and my car beeping at me to turn off the engine.When I made it, I explained the warning lights to Hammer (who has been a great guy to deal with), and he took down my information and let me know they would take a look at in the morning since I just made it in time before they closed for the day. Hammer called me first thing in the morning but I missed that call because I slept in (ha), but I caught his second call and he explained the oil issue they found. He first suggested I go back to the oil change service and have them fix their mistake to save me some money, but I asked him if they (Purrfect Auto) could do the fixes because I did not want to go through any hoops with that oil change place. He said they could and quoted me a price over the phone. They went to work and maybe 1-2 hours later Hammer called me to let me know that they were done and I could come pick up my car. When I dropped by, I paid the invoice which was for the exact same amount he quoted me over the phone and drove back home in my car which now ran just like I am used to it running.I will definitely be going back to them for any future work on my car, and especially for oil changes because I know they will do it right.

I brought my Subaru Impreza in to Purrfect Auto last week to have my squeaky brakes checked. I also had a slow leak in a tire. In less than an hour, I learned that my brakes were perfectly safe, at 90% and 70% in the front and back, respectively, and that I didnt need to replace them. I also learned that the owner of the shop had taken out a nail from my right front tire, patched it, and said it was good to go. Sure enough, once I drove away, my tire air alert went off and has stayed off. Im mostly thankful because their service was honest and saved me money. As a matter of fact, when I told them I was new to the business, they said I didnt owe a thing! Really amazing customer service. Very comfortable place to get a car fixed! Ill be back for sure!

I have been taking my car and my wifes car here for the past few years for smog checks. They get those done super quickly for low cost, and then also do a complimentary inspection and provide some suggestions, with no pressure. Last week my wifes car overheated, so I took it to the closest shop to my house, they suspected major engine damage, and told me to tow it somewhere else. Purrfect Auto Service took the car and spent two days dissecting it. They found two sources of the problem, neither of which was major engine damage. The car was back safely in my hands, and in the hands of my wife as she shuttles around our three young kids. In the process, Purrfect saved me THOUSANDS of dollars in auto repair costs. OMG! so, i have been dealing with this very annoying issues with my exhaust rattle. i went to maybe 5 different shops and all of them took a long time, charged an arm and a leg for inspection, and didnt even fix the issue. I found purrfect auto online and thought id give it one last shot. i walked in and hammer was extremely respectful and helpful. he diagnosed and fixed my issue in under 30 minutes and CHARGED ME NOTHING! this has to be one of, if not, THE BEST, shop experiences i have ever had.

This place help us out incredibly! Last minute bind and they were able to help us out. Very friendly, courteous and helpful. We needed obviously more than we took it in for but they were not what so ever pressuring to get it all done. In fact, they even recommended what we should get done right away if we were not able to get it all done. The employee named Hammer was very helpful. He was able to take our vehicle in last minute after I was off work. He also kept us informed by calling us. He explained everything that needed to be done and even work with us on a great price so we were able to complete all that was needed to be done. I liked how he showed us our old parts and what we were driving with. The people there are very friendly and made you feel comfortable. 2 weeks ago I had my radiator replaced at Purrfect Auto - Hammer was very helpful and let me borrow a car so I could get to work the next day. The prices are reasonable and their work is fast and well done. Today I had them check for an oil leak and they did not charge me. Everyone here is very nice. The waiting room is very clean. I am happy I found this repair shop. I highly recommend them.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. If you are a woman they treat you like you are nothing. We took our car to have transmission fluid filled.in our 2014 Subaru.with very low mileage a month ago. We thought everything was fine until today. When we went to put our car in gear, it wouldn’t budge, so we took it to another mechanic who told us that there was less than half a quart of transmission fluid in our car and there were no leaks.this place could have caused us to have to replace our transmission unnecessarily. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Car overheated today and was stuck on the side of the road. As I was waiting for AAA, I hit up some auto repairs place near me. Found a few but Purrfect Auto stood out due to the number of high reviews. AAA recommend me a different place but only had 6 reviews. I opt to go with Purrfect Auto. Greet by Hammer with great service. I can tell already he a good guy. Had in mind I was going to be leaving my car over the weekend and about drop a 1k on repairs. Got a call him Hammer with a more accurate quote as before any services were done, quoted me way lower than I expected. So low, that I asked him for an oil change as well. Hammer greeted me right when I got there. He helped me immediately and was very quick to get things done. He showed me what my air filters looked like and suggested that I changed them.
