Pathetic service, Carlos Piche (Store Manager) is a liar. Left my car at 9:45AM was promised a couple of hours will be ready. Came back at 4:45PM and my car was not even worked on. His response we are busy. Solution Be honest I would informed customers in the beginning SR we are busy I can not guarantee your car will be worked on today, however I promised it will be ready the next day.

Overall, a great experience. The prices are reasonable and the simplicity of consistent work being done in one place is valuable. The sales coupons they have help with that pricing. They can be found in their website. The lifetime alignment has been really handy and since I tend to drive cars for many years, its well worth it.

I love Firestone complete for my car. This time around the service members could have had better communication. A job that should have taken a half an hour took 3 hours. Great work done on my car.

It’s really frustrating that to wait more than 5 hours just to check my tire why it’s loosing air it’s not normal really I feel so angry that’s not normal that I have to stop working and wait all this time for this small issue unprofessional job for costumers

I trust this shop to do the work that the dealership will charge way more for. I’ll usually make the reservation online then call a day later to confirm. The service writer is a great guy. Very knowledgeable and friendly and the shop guys all seem to know what they’re doing. One time, I had a rebalancing of all my tires done and one wasn’t done quite right. I went back the next day and they took care of me ASAP, no questions asked.

First time at this Firestone location. Made my appointment online for same day. Received confirmation by email.I arrived and let the attendant know I had appointment, he promptly pulled up my info and took my keys. I chose to wait for my vehicle, my services took under an hour to complete.I paid using my Firestone card and walked out happy.I will be coming back to complete my recommended 60k service. Just the most honest best work Ive ever gotten at a mechanics. 2 other places in Lake Forest gave me $1000 quotes...said the brakes front and back were shot. The guys at Firestone changed my oil and fluids and said nothing else was wrong. Told me to come back in 3000 miles. They were amazing! Watch out for other shops operating on comission and not integrity! You can trust Firestone in Lake Forest for honest, excellent work. Got my tires here too. Just a great place. The staff at this Firestone are sweethearts. The manager Ben and the mechanic Jack helped us out tremendously and did the best they couod. We came to change a tire and it turned out we needed a stud replacement! It was all on a Sunday and we needed to get back on the road ASAP so they ordered a detail and repaired everything as quickly as they could. Besides, Ben acknowledged me about the special club promotion they had and it saved us a lot of money! Thank you so much, Ben and Jack!I should also mention, this is the second time Firestone helped us out in an emergency on a Sunday so Im really grateful❤

Personnel is not well trained to deal with different situations. One courtesy call can make a big difference in our lives but they arent willing to do that. Their customer service is really bad.

Ive always had positive experiences here. We take advantage of lifetime alignment and do all of our maintenance here. I have never used them for repairs, only maintenance. But, they are trustworthy and always apply all available coupons.

I was waiting to pick up my sister from work and when I tried to start my car, click - click - click, dead battery (even though I just had it tested at one of those quickie lube places two weeks earlier - sigh!).Okay, what to do, call triple A? Low and behold in front of me was a beacon - a Firestone Complete Auto Care!I had never been there before but thought I would see if they had time to help.First thing I was met we a smile and the words Dead Battery? - Psychic!Jack came across the street and jumped my car with his handy dandy car jumper thingy. I drove the car across to the bay and he tested it with the real official device and gave me a printout - dead, dead, dead.He asked if I wanted to replace it - heck yes!I went in and the manager immediately came in and started writing me up. They actually had my battery in stock and by the time they finished the paperwork, it was installed!Okay, price. I was ready for gouge city. Lady, desperate, Halloween.The price was way less than I thought and the installation was only $15.00!!!I drove off a happy camper. I would definitely recommend this team.Nice, profession, quick, calm.Try them out!

Had just recently bought a tire to replace a blowout from a nail and got another nail in the same tire. Obviously upset but I bought the protection so they patched it for free. Instead of buying a whole new tire. Was quick and friendly service. No complaints and glad I got the protection.

You dont want to buy life time wheel alignment here. This store never has provided like picture below after 2nd service. If you need wheel alignment, I recommend to repair alignment in mission viejo transmission & auto repair. Mission viejo store has $40 coupon from groupon.

My tire needed to be patched. They did not have the time when I walked in as I had to go to work. But I made an appointment for the next day and they were prompt and fixed the problem at an affordable price.

They fixed a steamy Smokey from the hood for free. It was a look piece they fixed and on my way..

Timing belt broke. Estimate was $200 more than a local shop. Covered all the possibilities of replacing the belt wont necessarily fix the problem. Not good enough for me. They should have a sure fix not an estimated fix.

I had an appointment to change a tire under warranty. It took almost 2 hours.

I actually prefer this Firestone over Laguna Hills mall location where I bought my tires.The Laguna Hills Mall location sold me truck tires with whitewall inside and I asked them for a smooth ride. 5 Star goes to Rockfield location not Laguna Hills.

Left my truck overnight for an oil change, alignment, tire rotation and balance. Wanted 10w 30 oil instead of 5w 30, wrote it all over the deposit slip, huge font and a line under it. They had the truck for 8 hours and all they did was the oil change, with the wrong oil. No alignment, no tire rotation, no wheel balance. Did not receive a call saying they did not have the oil I wanted, they just went ahead and did what they thought I would want! I needed the 10w 30 oil because I get lifter chatter with lighter oil.I went to pick it up and realized they didnt do the alignment, so I had to sit there for 45 minutes while they rushed through the alignment. This visit was essentially useless because now I have to get another oil change with correct oil, and have my normal firestone do the rotation and wheel balance. I normally always go to the firestone in yorba linda, impeccable service and very accommodating.One star because frankly, I cant do 0 stars. Do yourself a favor and go to Pep Boys.

Stay away from This Place, I called to see how much they charge for a Flat Tire?Ben told me between $30 to $40, I told him... no I dont need a new tire, just fix a flat tire.Costco Charges $10 bucks to fix flat tires, I am heading to Costco Tire Repair Center.
