This is my third time here to Purrfect Auto Service. This place is great! Great service. Very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend taking your car here for service. I was in and out quickly. Hammer the service manager was a pleasure to work with.

I would not recommend master auto center to anyone. Long story short, I got a quote to fix my car, my check engine light and battery needed to be changed out, they did a few other things resulting in a $500 dollar bill. I left that Friday and on Monday my check engine light was on for the same reason, as well as now my car does not start now. My car is only three years old. They also, failed to put a new battery in my car. Looks like they took advantage of a girl that told themSomewhere else was going to change 850 and didn’t fix anything. I will never use them.

My experience is that Karim is very dishonest and not fair. Look at all the Yelp reviews for more people that have had the same experience. I dont recommend them to even change a flat tire. Check out their rating on BBB also, it is the lowest possible grade for a business. Find another company that will be honest and upfront with you and your need for vehicle repairs

CHEATER. SCAM ARTIST. DEADBEAT. Can I make it any clearer to avoid this place? I cant believe this place is still in business after they way they treat clients. I see Im not the only one. After he performed unnecessary services and failed to fix the problem I brought my car in for, almost 10 years ago, the owner/manager at the time Karim (if thats his real name) refused to honor his agreement and tried to charge me again. I filed a BAR complaint, and even had to take Master Auto to small claims court to try to get my money back. BAR sanctioned them, and I WON the small claims case, yet they only paid $500 out of the $1,200 judgment and still owe the rest. Not worth hiring a lawyer to try to recoup the rest. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Master Auto Center took care of us. We recently bought a used car from Karim. He gave us a fair price and he backed it up with good customer service. He and his team went the extra mile to help us out and we will definitely be going back again for our next service. Thanks to the Master Auto Center team!

Karim gave me a great deal out the door, $240 for brake pads, rotate resurfacing, Brake fluid, and smog. He did not lie to me, he did not act rude to me. He is a reserved man but humble in my experience.

Came on a Friday morning and they were able to do an oil change within 15 minutes. Price is okay. Not the cheapest but not crazy expensive. Not the greatest customer service but they get the work done. Paid about $50 for a synthetic oil change.

Went there today to have my CV joints replaced I brought my own and was given a fair price and left. I was later called and told they didnt have an abs sensor and my light would be on if I used mine, I gave the OK and then 30minutes later was called again. this time to inform me they didnt fit. I came back they showed me the difference in size and I formed me on the dangers in trying to force them in. they gave me a loaner car so I could go return the parts and get a new set. I returned them but couldnt find a new set they ordered them had them there and installed in an hour I paid the agreed price and was very happy not only with the service but the communication he did not talk down to me nor did he try to give me an unfair price. I highly recommend this place very pleased

Open Sundays. Got a great oil change for low price. Quick good service.

Karim was very frank and direct, I appreciate that. But other people who work there are not. Gave my car for bearing change and they started with telling me about the air filter. :/ Well, I get my car back the next day and its a mess, the seat is dirt with stains, the arm rest, the door, and the is a dirty black glove on the side of the driver by the door. The glove compartment has been ransacked (likely due to the possible air filter check) but all my papers and book basically stuffed in. The others working there are kind of rude, unfriendly, trying hard to charge more. Mr Karim is a reserved man but humble in my experience. Overall, okay service but price is kind of high.

MASTER THIEVES CENTER is more like it.They stole $30 out of my van console.Its not just about the money--you cant trust these guys at all about anything! :(Jimmy had the gall to tell me that we have all good reviews on Google. Worst experience ever so bad I cried the job he did was awful he also gave me a deadline way passed due but hes still trying to charge me more I want to talk to BBB and take him to court his job was that bad .. Please please please do NOT take your car there please its the worse experience ever they. I took my car here for body work since I got in a accident my insurance paid him almost 4,000 and the job is so bad he made me pay him to get my car out and everyday all he did was ask for the money after being a week passed due from the deadline and now his trying to tell me I need something else cause my lights wont turn off inside and is now killing my battery wants more money from my insurance and even after my accident I drove my car around for a week and I didnt have that probable worse am crying just written this am so mad and I have 2 kids so I need a car just worse experience ever never again I dont recommended for anybodys please do not take your car there

Dishonest service, I will never go back!! I took my car in for a smog test. I was told I needed to change my breaks, they were very bad and it was a safety issue. I had just had them changed so I didnt believe them. So I brought the car to a friend, he also works on cars for a living, he said they were fine.

Very dishonest place. Karim and who ever the other guy is, is dishonest. NEVER GO THERE. They said my car didn’t pass smog but some how passed after I told them my car is still under warranty so I wouldn’t be fixing it there.

Decent for a fast smog check but its small and dirty. You wont feel super comfortable waiting for your car nor will you feel like they are trust worthy mechanics (I might be skewed by too many bad reviews that Ive read).

Probably one of the worst businesses around. They say they will have your car done in 2 days and really it will be sitting there without them working on it for a week. They do a crappy job for the work they do end up doing and they try to over charge you for everything. Customer service is horrible everything about this business is horrible. Do not go to this business.
