Ive called there several times and never get answer and then when they do answer they hangup. Horrible customer service. Other times I have called like 7 times for example and it just rings, rings, rings. Ive decided to just start purchasing through Amazon so I dont have to deal with the BS.

Flagrantly terrible service. I just spent over a half hour trying to call someone there to ask about claiming the warranty on a Nintendo Switch I had bought last week; sixty seperate attempts made and the best answer I got was someone picking up the phone and immediately hanging up...

Went in to get a camera for my PS4, I talked to an employee who seemed lost when I asked if they had any. They do have have a wide assortment of games for all game platforms, but the employees could be a little more versed on game accessories

My husband and I went in to sell an old iPhone 6. Online it said that we would get $45. Alex, the one working, told us no he would only do $20. We asked him why when it was telling us $45 online and he told us just because its what he has to do. We then again asked him to explain why because we simply wanted to understand and he rolled his eyes at us, made a rude comment to entertain others in line, and rolled his eyes again. I told him thats fine we wont sell it then. Alex proceeded to roll his eyes again, this time I told him not to roll his eyes at me for simply asking a question, and he told me that he didnt actually mean to do that. He unplugged our phone from the computer and slammed it into my hand and rolled his eyes once again. We will not be returning to game stop, especially when we are treated with such disrespect from an employee who is supposed to be there to answer our questions. I am extremely disappointed and very offended. If you shop here, dont expect any questions to be politely answered, instead expect some eye rolls and rude comments from Alex.

Employee never acknowledged my wife and I and touring store. The score was very empty and looked like it was going out of business.

The place was good but the reason i give a one star is the manager the manager refused to help me fix the mix up in my order and lied to me i ordered a xbox 360 e class model ended up getting a xvox 360 s model called the manager to see if the manager will help me but they told me its the same model you get what you get deal so ended drving all the way to Fisher to get what i ordered fixed thanks for wasting my money and gas to fix your mistakes

Right off the bat, this is a mall shop, so its small. Dont expect a huge selection here, theres usually a handful of each item at best. Knowing this, it does have some good diversity and plenty of different fandom representation. The preowned and older game sections are still well stocked and lots of good options. Service is always friendly and knowledgable.

Always super friendly and helpful since I go in and get stuff for my grandson. Never any issues. I tend to go when it opens or mid afternoon and its not super busy.

Really good worker wish I remembered the guys name but he was getting yelled at by a costumer and he was still super polite to them.

Each gamestop is different, I do like this one even though its on the small side.

There return policy is garbage. I literally bought battlefield 5 like 3 days after it came out for $63. I came back thr next day not even a full 24 hours and they would only give me $25 IN STORE CREDIT. crazy!!! I would of been okay with at least 75% in store credit! Complete RIP off. Never shopping at gamestop again. I spend $140 that day too. Lost my business.
