Was very confusing my experience here was as well they could not get what I needed upgraded new phone it was complicated for them they was not like Att at all I had to pay for a phone that was paid for long ago to even get a new iPhone was very tempted to just cancel order n go to Att and just transfer all my info to them

Ive been to my share of stores, but never have dealt with what happened here today... first of... the manager... yes!!! Manager, thats what it said on her badge... was on the phone the entire time I was in the store!!! Then I told her what I needed and she kept having trouble setting it up. I got so fed up with it all and Im not about to let someone screw me over simply because they dont know what they are doing or because they want me out the faster to continue on her conversation. Ill just call 611...
To anybody reading this I am the new store Manager at this location! If you have recently experienced anything that didnt meet your expectations I ask you to give us a chance. We will absolutely do our best to give you the best experience we can.
After being thoroughly done the the antics of AT&T, I decided to go give the folks down at T-Mobile a shot. Introducing the nations first nationwide 5G network, I figured Id might as well jump right on board. I already had an idea of what I wanted so I was hoping to not have to deal with being told what I wanted and needed and sold up a phone that really was suited for my needs.The staff at T-Mobile Johnston Street was marvelous! They listened to what I wanted and needed and then they gave me exactly that, while answering all my questions about everything and easing my mind about everything I was unsure of. With financing options, we ensured to get phones and a plan my whole family can love...even my pocketbook!With exceptional service and knowledgeable staff, I would definitely recommend ANYONE to go down to T-Mobile on Johnston St, to Russhell or Troy, and let them do for you what they did for me. You should do that for yourself. Trust me, youll thank you later! But most of all T-Mobile!!! Lol! Thanks guys and I look forward to doing many years of business!!!

We walked in the door and immediately get the 3 employees say Welcome to T-Mobile all at the same time. Had two of the guys debating who was going to help us!! Its an awesome store!! We will definitely be going back to this T-Mobile location for our service and devices. They even have OtterBox cases for our phones!! No other store weve ever been too does!! Great employees, even greater service!!
The staff at this t-mobile location is second to none. I was assisted by a young gentlemen by the name of Houston. Houston was knowledgeable about every aspect of my situation. If you could train all of your employees to have the same work ethics as Houston there is no doubt in my mind that you would be the #1 cellular phone provider in the world. He and his co-workers worked together to solve my issue and I left very satisfied.Courneisa and lanie were also helpful.
I give tmobile and its company store 4. This franchise and the few others I been to get 2 stars. I go to franchise store to pay bill or make a warranty claim. Im told I have no warranty or insurance. Im encouraged more like begged to upgrade. I have to call customer care to do my new phone warranty bc franchise lies and says... look on door or window if it says franchise stay away!!
Houston and Rico saved the the day!!! We have been LOYAL T-mobile customers for 14 long years. We started our plan while living in North Texas. Many of the features we have, they no longer offer, and I find that as a plus. But today was very trying!!! No worries though, our needs were immediately taken care of THANKS TO RICO AND HOUSTON!!!! We went in and was given one price to put down in order to get my husband a new updated and working phone. When it was time to apply the payment, the t-mobile customer care center told us another price that was double the amount we were originally quoted!!! The representative over the phone would not budge, even after he KNEW we were loyal customers of 14 years. This is where Rico and Houston come in. Not only did they get online and get a MANAGER to resolve the issue, they were VERY Apologetic to our situation, and went above and beyond to make sure my husband walked out with an updated and working phone! I have ALWAYS USED THE location on Kaliste Saloom because there Josh, Hailey and Toni made sure my families needs were always met, but today I chose this location because of convenience.... I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! Shout out to Rico and Houston for the Phenomenal Customer Service, and for Placing Loyalty and customer needs BEFORE quotas or monthly stats!!! These gentlemen saw that we were loyal customers of 14 years, and our loyalty was genuinely rewarded. We still ended up paying more than what was quoted, but seeing how those two gentlemen diligently handled our case was worth every penny, and my husband walked out with a working phone! This location will now be my first choice going forward!!!! Go see Houston and Rico for all your cellular needs!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Yay I am FINALLY almost back in business with a phone!!! No more AT&T......thank goodness! T-Mobile saved the day literally!! They paid off the ridiculously large bill AT&T was trying to make me pay today even though it was caused by their carelessness and lack of training. Plus I kept my phone number that they said I couldnt get unless I paid the bill and the reactivation fee....haha in their face!! Brandon and I had gotten new phones with AT&T only 60 days ago and you guessed it, T-Mobile paid those off as well and gave us the choice to keep them if we wanted. I traded mine in for the $350 credit so that it would cover the cost of the fees I would have had to pay for Brandon and Is new Samsung Galaxy 8+ phones which were buy one get one free tonight. We also got Isabelles phone, screen protectors and cases for all 3 phones, and the hands free device for me. All of this and we paid not a penny tonight. Oh did I mention in addition to all of this we received the promotion going on now for 20% off our bill for life. If you do not go see the store manager Lanie at T-Mobile in Lafayette then you have lost your mind!!!
