I’ve never had service like this before with these people. This is the best Verizon I’ve ever been too. They treat you like they have know you your whole life. They have a great knowledge and are quick with everything. I’ve never been in a phone store that hasn’t taken all day. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone.

Went to Verizon on PInhook with questions and ended up buying/up grading to a new phone because Hunter told me about a good deal and it was time to upgrade. He is very knowledgeable, patient and respectful. I highly recommend him and Verizon for their present and past service.

The Most and the best store in Lafayette. My sales rep was awesome. I was in the store for 2 hours to get my phone set up when it finally arrived. There were problems finding me in-the system and the rep working with me had to ask her workmate multiple questions.

Terrible customer service. All they want to do is sell. If they are just sales people, then where are the people who are supposed to be providing the customer service?? I went in because the automated phone service was not working for me pay my bill (late because of the phone service not working and I had covid and could not go into the store), I proved it to the sales person and asked how can I avoid this in the future without having to always go into the store to pay and was rudely given no real answer. After calling one of the managers on the board asking to let them know about their customers experiences, I was attacked for screaming and he was also not helpful, but pretended to act as though he would take away the late charge. Took absolutely no responsibility for this poor experience and later said he could not refund me because there was no problem with the service, EVEN THOUGH I HAD PROVEN IT TO THE SALES PERSON!

If I could put a negative star on here I would neither location the one off Kaliste Saloom or this one would bother helping! Worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life and I am sorry and embarrassed that Im even with Verizon

This is the worst place of business. I was never humiliated in my life before i walked into this place ran by middle school bullies. They made me wait 4 hours to transfer my phone line from T-mobile after i made my payment and was ready to leave one of the bully so called customer service representative walks in and tells me that i cannot have my phone and they are going to refund me the money. I told him that is fine with me but he has to transfer my phone line back to T mobile because i already cancelled my line and he told me that i have to do it on my own.They told me that i was committing fraud because i was getting 3 new phone from my line that i transferred from T-mobile and they assumed that i was going to sell all those phones on their imaginary marketplace. They held me inside the store until the manager came to the store. I felt like i was being hostage inside that place. Despite making payment for my phone i couldnt leave the store.I had to show my bank statement, credit card statement, costco membership card, my work id, my passport just to get my phone that i had already paid for.Seriously, they know how to treat their customer.People say first impression is the last impression. They made sure to welcome new customer will all those bells and whistlesKudos to all bullies who works there

I have had to return 3 phones, the store manager messed up my screen cover. The sales people aren’t thorough with prices when explaining products. They would rather sell you what you don’t need just to make a sale. Don’t recommend!!

Met with Hunter M. This young man was so very helpful in giving us detailed quotes and we loved his non-high-pressure sales attitude. Hunter took the time to answer all of our questions and we had many. He explained everything in detail so there would be no surprises when our bill came. The store was clean and organized and our wait was only about five minutes.

When contemplating going to the cellular store, I would instantly get frustrated and annoyed. However, immediately walking into the Verizon on Pinhook, my daughter and I were greeted with the smiling eyes (as mask were on 🤣) and the inviting personalities of Aaron, Store Manager, Xavian, Sales Associate, and Terrell, Sales Associate in training. The knowledge, patience, and understanding the three of them had for a mother replacing yet another cracked phone of a teenager was remarkable and calming. The three of them each took the time out to throughly handle each task I presented. I am grateful the start to my daughter’s birthday outing was blessed with the three of them. I am please to say I found my store!

As always, Felipe handled our phone needs and got us set up. He has kept in touch with us and has a solution to any question or concerns that we may have. I am as always completely satisfied with Verizons phone service and customer service.

Just no, they applied my payment to the wrong number, and I was left without a phone for several days while Verizon kept telling me theyd turn my service on if Id pay my bill.....

I bought my Google pixel 3XL from Hunter a while back and had a great customer service experience. Tonight, I went in with my significant other and had the pleasure of being helped by Hunter again. He went above and beyond, providing excellent customer service once again, and even helped us out with an issue unrelated to our phone service. I seriously recommend anyone stopping at this location to ask for him!

I was guaranteed I could get service where I lived before sawpping to Verizon. Being 67 years old and living alone I ask the sales person what if I cant get service at my home to make sure. I called next day and was told nothing they could do. Since I lost my plan money I ask for my money back on my phone. I was told phones bought for prepaid cant be returned. I came back again next day to speak to Aaron the manager and he told me something.no one told me I could not return the phone. Greedgreediest company and most dishonest I have ever dealt with. Should be ashamed

Saturday, November 28, 2015. The one and only representative in the store was the most unfriendly person that I have ever encountered at a wireless store, or any store. I went to the store to make a payment on an account for my fiancé with a my debit card. He stated that the last 4 digits of the social security number was incorrect. I made a phone call on my cell phone to get the correct numbers, but was unsuccessful in reaching him. After a second unsuccessful call, the rep suggested, Why dont you just pay with cash, it would make things a lot easier. I agreed, and the rep asked how much do you want to pay. I stated that I wanted to pay $45. I pulled out a $50 dollar bill and he stated why dont you make a $49 payment. I asked, why would I make a $49 payment instead of $45? He rudely stated then it will cost $50 and the additional funds can go toward the account and because I dont have change anyway. He never once looked me directly in the eye, he never advised me that there was a $1.00 Convenience Fee. He also never got up out of his chair when I walked in the store and approached him and continued to work/type on his computer. He only got up to get a copy of the receipt from the printer on the counter in the back of the store. I am in the process of shopping for a different wireless provider for my fiancé because if this visit.

I didnt know that it could work but it did, thanks to her help. This isnt the first time the associates at Verizon on Pinhook have been helpful. It is why we have renewed our phone services with them over the past few years.
