Buyer beware this place is a ripoff on their cell phones on the warranties and activation fees check your prices you can buy the same phones half price at Walmart with no activation fee warranties they make you mail your phone away for 3 weeks to honor a phone thats still under warranty you do without your telephone for 3 weeks and they have all your personal data buyer beware this place is a rip off

This is by far the best Boost Mobile Store in Lafayette. This store has the largest selection of Boost Mobile phones and accessories and the staff is super helpful. I drive 20 minutes to get to this store monthly and it is worth it!

I went in switch brought a phone and store manager Sophia said it was brand new when it was refurbished. The phone has been acting up so I go back in for the issues she gives me a gimmick claim number I call in 24-48 hours the Apple company says she didn’t even register my phone up for insurance. I call her back and informs her and she tells me I’m going to work on it will call you back in an hour or two. Still it’s been over a week and still haven’t heard from Sophia. When I call the place of business she’s never there or they don’t answer from my number but will answer if I call from another number. This is downgraded business.
