Gabriel was fantastic! I needed help setting up my new phone. I had a very old phone (S4), so everything was more complicated. Gabriel was patient and worked through each issue with grace. I would recommend Gabriel to anyone who needs help and wants to leave with everything set up and working.

Been standing here for almost an hour and there has been no movement. Two reps helping two parties the entire time, stopping to answer calls. They have yet to acknowledge anyone standing in line.Update: The employees are talking with their current customers about which celebrities who have died in plane crashes and everyone waiting behind us left. #LosingCustomers.Update: Been waiting 75 mins now and customers being helped when I walked in still haven’t finished. There’s a poor 80 year old woman who has been here longer than us.Update: I just told a new customer that we’ve been waiting almost 90 mins with no movement. He thanked me and left. #AnotherCustomerLeftUpdate: We just sat down. 5 customers bailed. One rep is still with the same customer after an hour and a half. No awareness at all of other customers… constant casual conversation.Update: The 80 year old woman said she was here 30 mins before us. That means it took the rep with glasses almost 2 hours to deal with a single customer to upgrade a phone. I used to sell cell phones in the late 90’s. It took me on average 20 mins sell and activate a phone. This is absurd.Update: Kid with glasses has no customers. An elderly woman just walked in and he had the audacity to tell her to wait. Didn’t even invite her to take a seat at his desk.Update: Yay!!! Almost two hours to finish when we walked in with one customer waiting in front of us. Oh… the kid with glasses didn’t wear a mask the entire time.

Schuyler and Julian were more than helpful. I had a serious problem and they made it easy to understand what my options were and what action should be taken. I will certainly return to this store because of them!

I have been exceptionally pleased with the overall customer service & help purchasing my new phone. The store manager Johnny has been great, a true asset to your store & its services!

While the service was good and I do like my new phone. The employee used my phone to post the review Brock was very helpful. See him!. This is a disgusting and bordering on illegal practice. If you do decide to use this store definitely do not got to Brock.Edit: After looking at more reviews it seems that this activity is encouraged by the management and am readjusting my rating to a zero and will be contacting Verizon and the Cellular Plus Corporate about this.

Very poor experience. Tried to trade in an iPhone 8 for the new 12. They couldnt get the new phone to transfer everything so we had to take both phones home to do that ourselves. They quoted us the trade in value and said that the trade in was requested and that we just needed to bring the old phone in to return in. Came to find out they didnt setup the trade in and the trade in value they gave us was wrong. As an added bonus the guy gave us a black and told us it was the requested blue. Just awful.

I called the store before making my drive in, Will took my call almost immediately and was so helpful over the phone. I was able to come into the store the same night and was greeted by Mitch who instantly knew who I was and lead me back to Justice who made my iPhone SE purchase so easy! Absolutely love this store! I’ve been there twice and both times received exceptional service and the phones were both of great quality. The last phone I bought there lasted me two years, not a single crack on the screen or cover. I only had to buy a new one because I dropped it in a kiddie pool lol My new phone is amazing and I was really impressed with Gabe, Cici, and Mitchell. They do a great job and I’m happy to have had their help!

Walked in wanting to switch my number from Cricket to Verizon. Agent accidentally activated a new phone number. Told it would be corrected in 4-8 hours. Visited again 24 hours later. Told it would take 48 hours max to be corrected. After 72 hours, I finally disputed charges on my CC and moved on with my life.

Such nice people, very happy to put on my screen protector, and didnt charge me anything to do it.
