Got my phone fixed after an accidental reset without knowing the login, and had my screen fixed (only glass was broke), for $40 and $10 respectively. Both were fixed quickly while I was there. The location is in Mama Inezs Bakery, so it was a little hard to find.

This is the only place I will go if any advice screen breaks. This is the only place I will tell my friends and family and strangers too go. This place was amazing! It has the lowest price I could find, they got me in IMMEDIATELY, and had my phone fixed roughly an hours time. They almost have awesome specials with the tempered glass screen protectors and VERY cute case selection! Absolutely loved this place and will use them again.

Highly recommend this business. It only took 45 minutes. They were polite and courteous. They didnt push any sales on me, but I did inquire about a screen protector and new case. The prices were REASONABLE and way way WAY cheaper than any of the mainstream stores. Picked up an Otterbox and tempered glass for $25 (total). Definitely check this place out.

Jose is definitely an expert in his field! He is quick with fixes and very knowledgeable about his line of work. He talked me through the process of fixing my broken phone screen by explaining to me why he was using certain products and and performing certain detail-oriented steps.

My i phone screen got smashed recently. After reading the reviews of the idoctor, I thought Id give it a shot. The reviewers are right. The staff is very friendly, professional, and nice. They promised to fix the screen in an hour and were up to their promise. Honesty and transparency, though, are the qualities that stood out to me during my interactions with them. They provided me two options for screen replacement to choose from (instead of forcing the more expensive one on me). They also offer a warranty on screens. If I am being too picky, I would say the new screen looks slightly dimmer than the original, but, again, I chose the cheaper screen, which could be the reason. I would definitely go back to replace the camera, which is dysfunctional after my phone got smashed.

Unfortunately I have had to visit I doctor on multiple occasions, but fortunately he has done great work everytime and his pricing is very fair -especially if you compare to other places. Most recently I needed an iPad mini screen replaced quickly for a trip and he came through as promised. Very highly recommended!!!!

I took my wifes phone into Sprints repair center in Indianapolis first and they said her phone was beyond repair and suggested getting a new phone. UBreakIfix in Lafayette had the phone for 3 days and hadnt even touched it because they didnt have the parts to fix it, but gave me an estimate where I would have been better off getting a new phone. iDoctor repaired my wifes phone at a very reasonable price and had an amazing turnaround time of about 2hrs. Good quality work as well as friendly and honest staff. I highly recommend iDoctor if you need any device repaired. Dont waste your time going anywhere else.(Phone repaired was a Galaxy S6 that had a damaged charging port that failed to charge the phone, wouldnt charge wirelessly, and wouldnt turn on anymore.)
