Came in with a blown tire on my rental car and was basically stranded - they were patient and helpful. They squeezed me in so I could make it to the airport and catch my flight back to Colorado. Thank you so much.
I had a noon appointment for an alignment, I got there at 1145a. They told me my car would be done in 60-90 minutes. I went for a walk and came back 100 minutes later and was told they didnt even start on my car yet. So I had to wait again. After 2 hours and 15 minutes, my car was finally done. I dont think they did anything except check my alignment after 20 minutes because he said it was within tolerance. Not good customer service... they didnt even call me to tell me about the delay.
Avoid this place like the plague. Made an appointment at 1pm just to get my tires changed and 3 hrs later it hasnt even left the parking lot. Initial eta was one hour which was way off so I was left sitting wasting my whole day away. Finally just decided to take my tires and go, whoever does scheduling and time management should find new line of work.
I had a bad experience at the Olympia store. They lost my appointment then we waited for an hour to have them tell me they couldnt fix my tire or get me a new one today... They are a tire store right? So I called the Lacey store and Dan the sales associate said his technicians have gone home for the day but he would take care of us himself. Even though it isnt his job he took good care of us and got a new tire installed quickly and was happy to do it. He should get a raise!!
I am very thankful for the excellent customer service today (August 19, 2021) of Manager Brandon and the PM Manager Darren. They were accommodating in rectifying what I thought was a major issue in my black Prius.
Great place to bring you vehicle for maintenance work and checkup.
Made appointment for oil change 1030am drove 40 min to get there at 11:20am my truck was still sitting in the parking lot never going there again
They were great today. I took awhile to get things done but they told me ahead of time that they had some employees call out. I really appreciated knowing ahead of time that there was going to be a wait.
Ordered tires from TireRack. Firestone was a suggested installer. The price for install was $40 less quoted from other nearby installers. Barry was extremely helpful and got me in and out quickly, even with an additional service I didnt have an appointment for. Better yet, was done on a Sunday! 10/10 will recommend.
Had them put on four new tires, change the oil and replace a break light today. The service throughout the store was outstanding. Thanks to the team.
Don’t honor online scheduled appts. Made one for later the same day, went in and they said it doesn’t reflect in their system and they couldn’t service my vehicle. I was emailed a confirmation that stated if there were any issues I’d be contacted, but never was contacted. Never had this issue with other locations, and of course by my appointment time it’s late afternoon and everyone else is full and can’t take me.
Really great experience. Had an emergency tire pop and they took care of it plain and simple. Superb customer service and and friendly representatives.
Great service and worked with me when I had to leave truck there until I could pick up and great communication from Brent the store manager
Anatomy of a scam: Came in for an ac recharge (average cost $280) and air in my tires. But Barry at Firestone tried to say I needed an oil change (not needed), a part for my ac (which is conveniently necessary) and the ac recharge for nearly $800.
Prompt and courteous service, knowledgeable employees.
I bought tires here, done inspection for the taxis as per City of Tacoma requirements, oil change and they have quality work, friendly and knowledgeable.
I walked in just to see if they had an opening and they were able to fit me in for an oil change right then. They offered other services that I might want to have done with no pressure to sell. I really appreciated the quick service and upcoming service tasks that will need to be done.
Yea know what you want do your homework, fair prices.
Funny this place. Waited for a simple oil change for 30 minutes before the shop opened Saturday morning. No one was waiting and I was first in the door. Bays were open and empty. I asked for an oil change. Got an appointment? I was asked. No, I just need to get an oil change today. We can get you in next week. No thank you. Look, I have Saturday. Im here now. Ive driven to your shop among all others. I waited, but you had no one waiting. If you were the owner, Id suspect youd try to work me in. But youre not. And its clear you really dont care. Do you know there are a lot of places to get auto care? Like Champion Automotive Repair 6 minutes east on Martin Way. They got me in right away. Glad business is so good for you that you can afford to turn away business in your shop. Message received loud and clear. Thank you. I wont be back. For anything.
Our car broke down. They helped us out in a jam. Great service, decent price, didnt take long to fix, and now our rotor isnt 200 degrees and smoking!!!
Awesome staff got checked right away
Richard, Barry, and Sherry are the best staff that has ever helped me. They are honest and ready to help you out. They didnt try and overcharge you. They were accurate on their timelines as well as courteous. They explained everything to me completely. Due to Richard explaining the Firestone card to me so well and articulately, I will get one. This is the reason I will never go anywhere else to get my car serviced. It is so rare to fine great mechanics and knowledgeable front desk employees, as well as managers that will look out for a customers interests not just to make money.
Even with an appointment for an hours work it always ends up being 3-4 hours for some reason. Missing Zack, JD, RJ, Josh, David and the Asian guy!
The mechanics are very attentive and honest.
THIS IS A SORRY EXCUSE FOR A FOR A TIRE CENTER. WE PURCHASED OUT TIRES HERE AT THIS STORE AND FOR TWO DAYS IN A ROW, TOO INCLUDE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT FOR A TIRE REPAIR AND STILL HAVE TO COME BACK FOR A THIRD DAY JUST TO GET A FLAT REPAIR DONE.THEYRE EXCUSE TODAY IS WE CANT FIX YOUR FLAT TIRE TODAY BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO WAS GOING TO DO IT HAD TO LEAVE. MY GOD, IS THERE ONLY ONE PERSON IN THIS SHOP THAT CAN DO A FLAT REPAIR. HELL, THERE WERE OTHER TECHNICIANS WITH THEIR THUMBS UP THEIR YOU NO WHAT. WALKING AROUND IN THE SHOP BAYS. I GUESS ITS TIME TO CALL THE DISTRICT MANAGER CAUSE OBVIOUSLY THE STORE MANAGER OR SERVICE WRITER DONT KNOW HOW TO MANAGE WORK FLOW FOR THIS STORE....
Needed a flat repaired over lunch and they got me right in. Fast job with no problems. Next time I need tires or work, heading back to them.
These guys are always top of the line for customer service, support and quality products. Prices are reasonable but as is wise, it pays to call/shop around.
I have been using Firestone for years and have used many locations as I’ve moved around. And this one is no different in providing excellent, friendly service, decent prices, and proving capable of fitting me in for an end of day appointment on short notice.
Bought tires on tirerack and had them sent to this location. Scheduled an appointment at 1:00 pm to have the tires put on. I showed up to my appointment at 12:50 to check in. At 1:10 I asked Mikah (the customer service employee at the front desk) if my vehicle was going to be brought back. His reply Its still right there in the parking lot, its not my fault that you showed up early. My vehicle did not get brought into the bay until 1:40. At 2:30 my vehicle was ready. Overall the time in bay was not too bad, but did not enjoy the time management for my appointment, or the attitude from their employee. At checkout he did seem a little nicer though...
Firestones really professional and they can do pretty much any job you need done with your car. The only downside is they are expensive but if u care about reliable transportation as much as I do its worth it.
To caveat, I had tires order from Tire Rack and sent here for two different cars, so this spans two interactions in the same week. The staff were extremely busy both days and were upfront that it may take longer than I expected for my old tires to removed and new tires mounted. I appreciated the sincerity from them. They provided regular updates. The techs were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It was refreshing. I will never have tires touched at a dealership again.
Warning! Do not go to this place! Had new tires and wheels mounted and balanced. When I picked them up they were coated with some type of oil. Come to find out they were covering up damage that they did to two of my new wheels. Also they shook violently above 55 mph. I had Discount Tire rebalanced the tires 5 days later. They said every wheel was out by 5 to 7.5oz.
Great people and they do fantastic work
The last time I visited for my oil change (which I had a appointment for) I had to wait there for three hours. My car was not moved into the service bay for the first two hours. When I asked the clerk if that was a normal wait time for a appointment and she informed me that it was.Today the same clerk was wearing a face mask sporadically that read this mask is as useless as the government.Im just going to go to a different Firestone location in the future as I do prefer them.
Don’t come here. Took twice as long as they said to fix a tire and I had an appointment.
I brought my suv in today to have my tires changed from winter to summer. When the guy went out to my car he pushed the start button to get the mileage. He didn’t turn it off. I noticed when I walk out to leave my parking lights was on. I then get a call 2 hrs later to tell me they had to jump start my car to pull it in the bay. They then give me a quote of $169.99 fir a new battery. I have not had any problems with my battery until today. They tried to take advantage of me. I also was shocked it costed $140.00 to change out my tires. I have never paid that much and I even bought the tires at a Firestone in Virginia. I had my tires changed in November at Costco and only paid $53.00. Never again will I bring my car to Firestone in Lacey or buy an more tires from Firestone. They lost my business.
HELPFULL CLEAN CLOSE TO SHOPING
Great people... Doing a great job
I’ll start by saying having a blow out 150 miles away from home, on the freeway, on your start of your vacation really sucks.Changing a tire to the spare on the side of the highway really sucks. Now, onto the really good, contacted Firestone in Lacey for a tire so we could continue on vacation. Miraculously they had the exact tire that came factory on my 2017 gti in-stock. Was greeted by a friendly smile, confirmed the tire was in stock. With no appointment, and with this unforeseen annoyance on the beginning of a trip, the service advisor let me know it would be about an hour wait. From time of check in, to paying and leaving it only took 40 minutes. Back on the road, having a great time. Can’t say thank you enough to the folks at Firestone Lacey. You guys saved the trip/day.Thank you so muchKind regardsNicholas
Hard workers and they all take pride in there work thanks firestone
Overall great experience. Online appointment. Alignment service and New tires. Good communication and service! 2006 Honda Odyssey.
Way better customer service than discount tire!!
Great service got me in just before closing awesome people
I took 4 studded tires and 4 new wheel rims to this shop so they could mount the tires on the rims. The serviceman who took my order seems to lack good customer service abilities. He hardly established eye contact with me as we discussed what I needed done. He seemed cold and indifferent. Once I came back a day or two later to get the wheels, I noticed that they had not mounted the new tires on the new rims and instead, they had removed the tires from the existing wheels and had put the studded tires on the old rims. The new rims were still in boxes inside my truck. Agin, not only he didnt express any regret, he showed no other emotions and asked for my truck key. I asked him to come to the truck so I could show him what I wanted done. He rudely said that he got it and just want the keys. I spoke with his supervisor and he too was indifferent emotionless about the situation. The next day, they got it right this time; except they also broke a plastic container full of tools in my truck when they threw the wheels in the truck. Ill never go back there again!
This place took care of me when I was in a bind. A shredded tire & no spare. I was 2 hours away from home. But was able to make it to one of the many locations to get a new set of tires put on. They were friendly, accommedating, and speedy! I was also given a $50 discount! They did a quality job as well!
Long story... but, the costumer service is non existent and the staff who I have had interactions with are incredibly rude, not helpful, argumentative, interrupt you when you speak, talk over you and eventually hang up on you. I have talked twice with the corporate office about the experiences I have had and I just recently spoke with the regional manager. The manager at the Lacey location is named Matt and there is a female customer service representative who I do not know the name of but their customer service is lacking in all aspects. Something happened two years ago and all the technicians/staff who i was familiar with have left, Im assuming, and those who have come as replacements that I have interacted with are unsatisfactory. I suggest taking your business elsewhere like Discount Tire, as I did and I have not looked back since. On the other hand the Westside location is quite helpful and provide good customer service. LeAnne and Kevin specifically.
The staff here are great, kind, and caring. We wouldnt take our vehicles anywhere else.
I hit a tire on i-5, and pulled in with part of the plastic undercarriage of my little Honda dragging on the ground. The guy at the front desk said he couldnt help, and as I was walking to my car, hysterical, Barry came out with his trusty box cutter, tore the plastic off, and sent me on my way, telling me to see my mechanic back home in the next little while. So impressed. Thanks, guys!
The crew here is amazing. If you want to feel like you are more than just another car in the shop and like you and your family actually matter, this is the team you want to go to. Theyve taken care of my vehicles for years and Im always impressed by the quality of work and the professionalism of the staff. Highly recommended!
I came in the other day after my vehicle got into a wreck. I asked if they could help me move the bumper from my tire just so I can get where I was going. Barry told me to bring it over and hell see what he can do. He helped me get my bumper off and he helped me get any metal that would have cut my tire away from my tire and got me back on the road. This is going above and beyond a normal shop since me and my husband are both in the automotive field. I couldnt thank him enough!!!!
Ive been going to this Firestone location since 2006. Ive been through a couple iterations of staff now. The staff has always been helpful, treats me as if my time is important and is always willing to check out a problem. Ive never been pitched on products or services that were not relevant or needed. These folks have done a great job supporting my wife and I through the ownership of 7 different vehicles. In the last few years they seem to have started to prefer that customers make an appointment; I never have and Ive never been turned away.
After a second visit to Firestone, Im increasing my initial 3 star review to 5 stars. On the first visit, Firestone was unable to fix my air conditioning system and recommended I take it to a dealer. I was a little put off by that and gave them a three star rating.Today, I had a flat tire on a utility trailer I was towing. I was literally driving on the rim for a couple hundred yards before I could pull over and take the tire and rim off. I called everywhere trying to get someone to fix it, but nobody would touch it late Sunday night just before the Holiday. Finally, I called Firestone, and they said bring it on in!From the time I walked in the door to the time I left was about 5 minutes. In that time, they replaced the valve stem, re-seated the tire to the rim, and filled it with air. And they didnt even charge me. Talk about getting the royal treatment. Its really difficult to find this kind of quality customer service this day and age.Thank you Firestone!
Fast service. Always friendly. They explain in detail whats wrong with your vehicle. Real good prices
The last 2 times Ive been in for basic oil change and tire rotation. The Staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable! They even found an issue with my vehicle that was still under warranty and suggested taking it to the dealer to save money! Way to be there for your client Lacey Firestone Team!!!
Made an appointment, got right in. Cost $30, so pretty reasonable.
They got me taken care of quickly when I had a tire blow out on the freeway
Came in for a lifetime alignment and was out in about an hour even though all bays were full when I first showed up at 9:30 am on a Monday. Great service, the writer was very helpful!
Clean shop with friendly associates. Did a good job on my tires and only recommended items/services based on milage...no high pressure sales to try and get you to buy more than you came in for.
We were treated like Family!!! They not only fixed our car, but also explained us clearly what was wrong with it & Fixed It!!! They found us the best price & savings!!! Our car now is working great, Thanks to The Firestone Lacey Team: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!! Car: Ford Focus
So I took my car in because it read compressor off. After they said they fixed it I tested it for a few mins and it seemed to work. Then in the next week I had a leak in the radiator. And a fan blade mysteriously was missing. Oh and the compressor ac sensor came back on. In all I paid them 1500 dollars for a job they never fixed and I believe they damaged my cars fan blades while attempting to fix the ac compressor issue. I would give 0 stars I could. Never take your car to them they only know how to change tires nothing else. They will rob you of your hard earned money and in short time you will feel like youve been robbed.
Absolutely Amazing!!! Im from Bellingham and my tire blew up on the freeway. Every tire shop was closing and they stayed open late and waited till we got there from the tow truck (by the way patriot towing was amazing too!) I believe the owner is James and he was super nice to us, he even gave us a discount on the tire. It was super helpful and awesome. There worker Andrew did a GREAT job putting on my tire. You guys are amazing and I thank you sooo much!!! If I lived in Lacey I would go there all the time. Great service guys!!!!
I made an appointment at 5PM for an alignment and showed up early. They did not get to my car until after 6PM. One of the two counter employees was really nice and the other was a monotone rude employee. He acted snobby, rude about answering questions and was super slow and didn’t even have enough respect to look me in the eye.
I have a vehicle that not everybody know how to work on. Was driving on the freeway, when my car started losing power and the Lacy Firestone was the closest place to stop. They fixed it and it runs great now. Thank you for quick service!
I came in to simply get a fuse that was missing out of my car. They tried to get me to purchase tires when the ones I have are perfectly fine. It still covers the head on a penny. Then they called and proceeded with multiple other problems and that it would be 600 to fix these other problems. I said I only want my heater fix and that I’ll just go somewhere else. I felt pressured into spending more money on other irrelevant problems. I tried to pick my car up and they said that it’ll be 99$ just to have my diagnosistics on the car. And come to find out they never put a fuse in. This place is a huge scam and I found another that is actually helpful and way, way more cheap.
These guys are great. I will surely go back for other work. Had them mount tires for me
Slowest and worst firestone around. Subpar communication and service. Do not recommend. Incompetent service manager
Very nice and fast service
Just got air in our trucks tires. The guy was very short & had an attitude. Then we tried to thank him & tip and he just walks away. Probably wont be back for other services.
For six years I have had phenomenal service here for my and my husbands cars. Then a new manager came in and now I dont trust them to work on my car after my recent experience. They lied about the inspection and tried to convince me to do nearly $700 in unnecessary work. Luckily Im not ignorant, or else I probably would have gone along with it. Do not trust the manager if you go here, ask to speak to the mechanic that worked on your car. Such a shame, too. Its hard to find good people.
Everything about costumer service aside: they quoted me $1400 for a job, I took it to a Firestone I trust 1 hour north the same day, and they did it for $574. I asked my trusted Firestone about the quote from this one, and after looking through all the possible parts and scenarios for the job, he could not possibly figure why or how it could cost $1400. This is just something to think about......
Would not recommend this place nor will I ever go back. After getting new tires put on my car, it had a really bad shake, Im talking it was so bad the steering wheel, and floor board shook hard. My boyfriend just paid over a thousand dollars to them for the tires and they wouldnt even check their work without charging me another $67. I ended up taking it elsewhere and they had to add an ounce and a half weight to my front tire.
This place is the worst. I usually get my tires at Discount. I went with Firestone for the rebate and percent off if I financed. I had no alignment issues before they put on my new tires. After they aligned and put on the new tires slowly I noticed my car was jerking when I would brake. Then within 4 months my front tires were unevenly worn, and ruined. So I had to pay for the percentage worn plus labor plus a new alignment. A year later I had to replace another tire and pay $25. Now I have had a slow leak and all of a sudden a really bad leak in 2 of my tires. One I had to fill twice a day to prevent it from going flat. I could even at one point hear the air leaking. I took it in, waited an hour and fourty five minutes only to be told there was nothing wrong. They treated me like I was a moron because I am a female. My husband noticed this too when he was in there another time. So, I will take it to discount not if, but when it leaks again tomorrow and have them fix it and never deal with Firestone again, regardless if I still have a warranty or not. Worst place EVER!!!!!
Multiple options in stock at a good price after shopping around the competition. Full set mounted and an alignment done in an hour and a half with no appointment. 03 trailblazer.
Great service Barry and Matt were so awesome to work with. Got me in and out quick at a great price.
This were my best services places and I remember they were my first Credit card issuers. They deserve high five
They have a lack of consistency of there service.I had been in earlier in the morning, and told it would be 2.5 hours for an oil change, but that I scheduled it for 1:00pm that afternoon, it would be 1.5 hours max. So I took the 1:00 appointment. After an hour and 45 minutes they they start to try upselling me on other things, but politely shut that avenue down on them. I was then told the guy just needed to button it up, and they would get me out of here. I assumed that meant I was done, and proceeded to wait at the counter to pay out. The guy then went out to the service bay. And came back in with one of those folders. I assumed he had grabbed my paperwork. But he looked at me confused and said they werent done and still had to put oil in my car. And they would pull it around when they were doneIt ended up taking 2 hours, and after seeing the guy get out of my car, I realized that the person doing my oil change spent most of that 2 hours sitting on a stool behind counter playing with keys.
I called around 10:00 and set up an appointment to have my water pump replaced at 2:00. I took the day off work and when I showed up I was told they didn’t have a mechanic on staff today to work on my rig. Lack of management and foresight I guess 🤷♂️
I was in Lacey for a family vacation and had a power steering problem in my van. I went to them on a Friday afternoon without an appointment and they fit me in, identified the problem quickly (broken clamp and hose) and had it fixed within a couple hours. And only charged me $35 with new customer discount!! When do you ever go to an for auto service and pay significantly less than you expected?! Kevin was very nice and friendly at the front desk. I would highly recommend these guys.
Thanks Firestone!!! Had a screw in my tire, after 5 pm and they already had appointments waiting. Got me in and fixed my tire.
Super nice man at the desk, on a Sunday; didnt try to make money off if me. Was helpful with my tires!
They tricked me into paying $886 to “fix” my squeaky brakes but they started squeaking the day after. They said they did what they could and was done with us after that. I know the person who “helped” us could tell we didn’t know much about cars and it’s clear that’s why he took advantage of us. Shady, low morale store would never recommend
Just moved to the area this past weekend from a humid/hot environment and I knew immediately I needed either all season or snow tires. I have no doubt you can get by on a good pair of summer tires in the rain and icy roads, but I have made the observation that people are terrible drivers here coupled with lousy weather an even worse traffic I recommend shelling out the extra money for better piece of mind and safety for you, your loved ones and those around you. I decided to go with the all seasons seeing as they last longer and the winters on this side of Washington are cold but not incredibly dangerous. Just do your research and come in prepared because like many auto shops they will give you the most expensive recommendation or none at all. This shop besides the one on JBLM was the closest to me. The reviews for the JBLM one were atrocious, so I rolled the dice and came here.I did a walk in at 0700 right when they opened, needed an oil change, brake check, alignment, and new tires. I was quoted a 3 hour wait time. Apparently, the Firestone in Olympia burned down quite recently, so they are picking up that shops slack till it is rebuilt so 3 hours made sense.I waited 3 and a half hours till I returned to the shop and remained for another 30 before they checked me out.The wait time would be the main reason I took off a star.Overall a good store and I will be returning since Ill be living in the area for the next few years.Friendly staff, good location with stores and a few eateries in walking distance if you have to wait with your vehicle.Could be warmer in the store but Im also not acclimatized to the cold quite yet.Again just do your research before coming in for any type of service.Firestone usually always has a coupon or deal going on, so all you have to do is bring it up and show them if not they usually dont tell you.Luckily for me, I have an older brother who worked at Firestone for many years, and I always go to him for advice or deals. This time he saved me easily over a $100 because Firestone is obligated to Pro rate your previous set of tires purchased with them toward your current set if you were not informed they would work as all season tires or other reasons.
Excellent and quick service, and the lifetime alignment is great if you mod your car often!
If you need tires, brakes, alignment, or whatever other service they provide, you need to go here. The level of professionalism and service far exceeds most places around here and is a refreshing experience for customer service.
Had this place check my tires twice and they said they were good and nothing was wrong with them, and so I took it to Garys point S tire and they found one of my tires with a leak which means this place doesnt even so their job...smh wasted my money.
Did pretty good job with the car, could stand for a more robust and cleaner waiting area.
Love this place and its employee
They were awesome. They dropped everything to help me get my emergency vehicle back out on the road.
I brought my truck in with no appointment because power steering fluid was pouring out. They got it in to look at within the time they said they would. They showed me what was going on and it turned out to be the gearbox. When given the price quote it was more than what I had on me. When I told them of my dilemma they cut me a huge deal so I could get my truck back to safe operating order. Even though I didnt have an appointment, they were able to get it fixed and back on the road. Of all the places I have taken my truck, these guys are the best, they listened to my concerns and made me feel like I was a priority. Thank you Firestone!
So horrible! They were suppose to do an oil change, change a light, and put a back wiper on. While inspecting the brakes (BY THE SERVICE MANAGER!) they left a ball pin hammer in the wheel well by the strut. I kept hearing a rattle and found it when I drove home 45 miles away from the shop. I called the supervisor and he was concern and said come back, I told him I did not trust that place with my car, and neither should you! That hammer could of knocked loose and killed someone! DONT GO HERE! Although I do appreciate the new ball peen hammer....
I went to an auto shop called Les Schwab and was quote a price for $654.17 for my back breaking system. I called Firestone, to get a second opinion and told them what Les Schwab said about my breaks. Firestone said they would have to look at the vehicle. Once they did, they not only quoted me a higher price but refused to work on my car if I dont go with a brake fluid exchange. They said that they would only do it if I did a brake fluid exchange. There new higher price was $741.87 with the fluid exchange. Firestone then said they would try to price match the original auto shop invoice. So they added a $175.00 discount. So without the supposed discount, it would have been $916.87 (for the exact same parts with the additional not need Break exchange)! Please keep in mind if I had not had the other invoice for Les Schwab my bill would have been the $900.00 sticker price. When I told them I was not doing the brake fluid exchange they then proceeded to tell me well you can pick up your car in 30 minutes. I once again said the other Les Schwab did not say I needed this. The mans response was, well its a lifetime warranty (ON BREAK FLUID)! I went to pick up my car and took it to the Chevy dealership and received better service and a better price around the same 600.00 as Les Schwab. Please dont go to this business. There are more articles out there for this Firestone on how they upcharge people.
Amazing customer service. The techs have great knowledge and help in anyway they can.
I had an appointment for alignment and change air filter, I came in 15 minutes before my appointment, but the car was just sitting outside the bay for over an hour! Finally they got the car inside for the service and over 3 hours waiting I got my keys back but I found they forgot to change the air filter!!!!
Took the time to really educate me on the issues my vehicle was having in a timely manner.
Terrible customer service. Not trustworthy slow service. This location is the most convenient for me but I will never have any services done there. I drive across town to another Firestone to have work done. Ive been to this location twice with bad experiences both times. Every time I enter I get pawned off to different associates and When I do talk to one they are unfriendly and Nonenthusiastic. The first time I visit the associate gave me an incredibly high quote and slow service time. Went to another location, service was done fast (under 1 hour for new tires and alignment) and gave me a much more honest quote. Second visit with a different car was for a warranty repair. They said they would not help me and tried to sell me an new full set of tires. The tires I have had failure 20,000 miles since new and AGAIN 36,000 miles. Rediculous. I will never even bother giving this place a chance. It is no wonder this location is small and run down.
Very slow service. wouldnt recommend going here.
Fire on Harrison so we enter to lacey OK lof oil change bit f. tried to upsel p lugs and cabin air filter. I think I will go back to Goodyear for lubr, oil change, its a USA Corp and firestone is Japanese corp.
Usually dont do this, but I had an awful experience here. Got a screw in tire. They tried to get me to pay almost 300$ for a new front set. Didnt like it so I went do the dealer ship who got it done for less then 20$ dont go here. Scam artists
My visit went well. I took in My truck to get estimate for replacing breaks. The whole thing webcast and I got an estimate I can be happy with .Now just need to make appointment with them to get work done.
