My wife and I had a great experience at Sleep Number. Alex was very helpful and patient with us. He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. These beds are pricey, but we consider this an investment in our daily health. I would highly recommend this Sleep Number store to anyone needing a new mattress.

We went to Sleep Number 7731 Kingston Pike Knoxville TN. We met Angela Clark. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions spent time with us and made us feel she cared. Very professional and we would highly recommend Angela if you are in need of a bed.

Me and my husband bought a 360 from the Kingston Pike store Knoxville Tn. Everything was great in the beginning. The magnets came out of the base board and we have called numerous times to the store and customer service. Everyone sends us to another person, but no one has done anything. This was in March. No one wants to return our call nor replace the baseboard. We are still under warranty and if we could return this bed we would. So disappointed because we have a bed that only one side works. If we could give no stars we would.

I had called the store and talked with a worker the day before and they were so nice on the phone at explaining things and I appreciated that. I went the next day to check out some of the mattresses and the worker there was extremely helpful. I would recommend this place if someone was interested in this type of mattresses.

Visited to purchase sheets for our second Sleep Number bed. Love our bed; used the first one over 10 years before purchasing another one. Sheets are amazingly soft and with elastic bands that keep them in place. Great personal in-store customer service.

Phillip was patient and a great help. We bought a c2 with the pedestal and mattress protector. Great casual atmosphere.

Employees were very polite and didnt make me feel pressured to buy. He did give me all of my options and he recommended a pillow for side sleepers, woke up past 2 mornings and my shoulders felt so much better.

Very nice staff and very patient with there customers as they work through the selections of beds available and the service does not stop at the purchase I have called them twice to ask questions that I did not think of during my purchase and my bed has not even been delivered yet they have been very polite and helpful on both calls and I am very confident that I will have more questions in the future that will be met with the same professional manner that I have received from the beginning of transaction to present time.

I went in fully intending to buy a bed. I had one from years ago and have been sleeping on a regular spring mattress and box spring. My back and shoulders have been killing me from a bad bed, so I was ready.I was given the full attention by the sales agent, and we looked at the various options. I had intended to buy a lower end mattress, but was shown one that was just a little more and a hundred times better! I spent about an hour going back and forth testing two on the same number setting, and settled hands down on the next model up. The whole time I was not being pressured or rushed.All of my purchase options were clearly explained to me but I had planned anyway to put it on a Skymiles credit card and just pay the bill off. Delivery was scheduled for about ten days out. These arent kept in stock and have to come from their factory/distribution center.I was very pleased with my experience.

They were extremely helpful and made it easy to find what I needed.
