We had searched different stores for the perfect mattress, but my dad suggested Brothers Bedding because he has had the same bed for over twenty years that was made by them and it’s still super comfortable and we wanted to buy from a local business, if possible. Eugene helped us pick the perfect bed for us and we bought that day. We even purchased two pillows that are amazing and have essential oil (cinnamon) fragrance to them to help us sleep. The first delivery came and went smooth, but there was a defect where the glue had come through. Not something that happens often and they replaced the full bed for us. It had caused some discoloration, but we were able to keep the first bed and sleep on it until they built us a brand new one. The sales manager called me himself and offered a huge apology. I was also given a free mattress cover to protect the mattress because of the incident. We decided we wanted to change from a medium comfort to a soft comfort in the time that the new bed would be being made, as well, and all it took was a phone call and they changed it to make us a soft mattress, rather than the original medium and we set a different delivery date because the new one had ended up being during a time that neither of us could be home. The delivery of the new bed went very smoothly and they were in and out in no time! I’m laying on this EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE new mattress right now, as I type this! I suggest Brothers Bedding and wouldn’t go anywhere else!Kayla & Matthew

Our 3rd Brothers bed is a king size and has been a big disappointment. It feels like a regular size bed with extra added to make it a King. When you look at it, it looks perfectly flat but when you lie on it it feels like the middle is high. I’m a side sleeper and with this mattress I have to sleep on my left side. When I try to turn on my right side it feels like I’m turning or lying uphill. I called customer service. He wasn’t the best to be a customer service representative. He said I had an attitude and told me how long brothers had been making mattresses. Maybe 40 years but at the time my F 150 was in the shop having repairs Ford was taking care of after the warranty had expired. Now Ford has been making vehicles for over 100 years and they had a problem on my vehicle so no matter how long one has been making something occasional problems happen. I don’t recommend this king size bed nor do I recommend Brothers bedding.

The bedding came in excellent condition and on time. The salesmen and delivery men were knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent service.

After shopping at 3 bed stores, We would buy from local Brothers Bedding before anyone else, based on our experience! We were not pushed into a purchase or into the latest sale. Eugene heard what we liked and didnt like He lead us to the perfect bed, and even when we couldnt decide between 2, he made adjustments to make the one for us perfect. We couldnt wait for it to be delivered. We love supporting local business, and glad we could support Brothers with our purchase! Delivery was also super easy!

We went shopping for a bed here after owning our current mattress for seven years. We had no idea what we wanted or needed, but read online that this shop was very knowledgeable. Everyone we talked to knew their stuff, was not pushy or had that, used car sales man vibe, and were willing to work with us! Our mattress was delivered soon after we purchased it and we love it! Highly suggest going here instead of a big furniture store to find a good mattress.

This is our 5th mattress from Brothers Bedding, spanning 16 years. That makes all our mattresses now from Brothers. They are well built, high quality, products. I wish other delivery companies could take notes; every delivery has been a great experience. On time for the appointment, communicated through text, friendly, anticipating my concerns, such as being careful on the narrow stairs. Going above and beyond, like putting bed skirt from the previous mattress onto the new one. Keep being awesome!

On a whim, we stopped in Brother Mattress and now leaving with a new mattress. Doug was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Purchasing process was so easy. Shopping at Brothers Bedding was a great experience. Had to order the mattress and it came in and was delivered exactly when it was promised. Eric at the Broadway Store was a pleasure to shop with, helped me find exactly what I wanted for my 93 year old mother.

I m moving from New York with my girlfriend and came down to Knoxville for a weekend in January to pre-purchase furniture and beds. We heard about Brothers Bedding, locally owned and MADE IN AMERICA! As we were shopping for furniture, we asked several people about them and everyone said that is the place to go!. My girlfriend and I stopped at the factory store on Callahan Drive and were fortunate enough to meet the Sales Manager Derrick, who took care of us. We ended up getting a quote on two beds and a few weeks later I called Derrick and placed the order. Derrick even arranged to have the beds delivered on the day we close on our house, so we can spend our first night in our new home. I can not recommend Brothers Bedding enough!

Brothers Bedding not only delivered a perfect mattress to me 3 years ago, but for a small fee, they come every 3 months to flip the mattress. The men who do this are friendly and very good at their job.

Im going to have to go with two stars. Weve had a brothers bedding mattress for almost a year and a half now maybe two unless I flip it every week you feel slight slope towards the center of the mattress and yes keep in mind we are not overweight people we are active and fit. She sleeps on her left side I sleep on my right side her left hip hurts my right hip hurts. Do yourself a favor go buy a mattress somewhere else they might have been the cats meow at one time but not now

Not sure where a two star review came from but thats not even remotely what we experienced when we had an issue that WE CAUSED! We bought our set we had an issue with from Mr. Hayes at the Cedar Bluff store three years ago and we LOVE it. But, we had a crazy accident while doing a remodeling project a over Thanksgiving and we just knew the mattress was toast. We talked with Derek at the factory and everything worked out PERFECLY! it did cost us a little money to repair the damage but thats just it, they REPAIRED it! Same day turn around too!One, if youre in Knoxville area and buy anywhere ealse youre getting ripped with those expensive single sided beds, and two if theres a problem with a Mege-Mattress Inc bed youre STUCK!

Great service, sales people were knowledgeable and lead me to the right bed. They have an excellent warranty and a year to make sure you have the right one, you can’t beat that.

The staff is incredible as are the sales people and their knowledge of the product. Ive had the same mattress for eight years, though I travel a lot and rarely use it, the memory foam sank in where I slept (probably a years worth out of the eight). Theyve fixed it at no cost quickly picking it up and delivering it back two days later. Customer service is top notch. Its nice to have a bedding manufacturer in Knoxville. The try before you buy.

Andrea and Derek were wonderful! They really took a lot of time to help me pick out a bed that was perfect for my lifestyle. Giving me the maximum comfort level for a restful sleep. After visiting a few mattress stores in Knoxville, our visit to Brothers Bedding was very appreciated. The value you receive in the warranty and the fact that you can sleep on the mattress for a minimum of two weeks and they will still adjust the firmness/softness is fantastic. I have done business with Brothers Bedding on Broadway many years ago. So when I needed a new mattress I went back to them. I went to the one on Callahan because it is closer to where I live.
