If something is wrong with my car, this is the first place I bring it. For over 20 years my family has brought all of our cars here.Anytime we got a quote from another shop, we would then bring it to M&M and find out it was either way cheaper or didn’t need to be done at all.Chip, Dell, Charlie, all of them have always taken care of us like family. I trust them and suggest them to anyone looking for good/honest mechanics. They do more than just brakes and mufflers!

Highly recommend! Awesome service, honest, and affordable. Within 15 minutes they had fully diagnosed my squeaky brakes. Said it was good pads on a worn rotor and that as long as I was fine with the noise, I didnt need anything immediately! I went ahead and got new rotors (they did NOT push this on me). Service came with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty! Great people!

I called M&M and spoke with Chip to schedule a time to drop off my Truck off for a brake job. They were waiting on me and took it right in. I have no idea how good these folks are at cars. I called a week in advance to make an appointment. They agreed to a time. I took vacation from work to go to the appointment; upon arriving, they said they were too busy to honor it. I wouldnt go here if you dont have time to spare; I wasted a half day for nothing. Not living up to commitments is a bad way to run a business in my opinion.

These gentlemen will treat you right. Ive been taking my cars to this shop for nine years. They do a lot more than just muffler and brake work - they can get about any job done for a fair price. I highly recommend M&M for anything you may need.

I have been using this shop for repairs for about 5 years (since I discovered it). On several occasions, I have gotten an oil change from a large corporation (NTB, Firestone, etc) and they have done a car inspection. After the inspection, they have told me something that I needed done within the next week or so. I say ok, and then go to M&M, who is always honest with me. I feel like most of the time they have told me that the people were just after my money and that I had a few months before the repair needed to take place--or that the repair wasnt needed at all. They have done that free of charge. If the repair was needed, they have always offered the service for a more reasonable price than the other shop (and this is without them even knowing what the other shop was going to charge. They werent deliberately undercutting prices, they just really are more reasonably priced)In addition to the integrity with which I feel this business is run, I also am always impressed that I get by vehicle back in a timely manner. They have always been upfront with a timeline. Even to the point that if they cant do it that day- they will tell me in advance so that I have use of my car until they can get to it. This is much nicer than shops who let your car sit in a holding lot for 5 days before ever getting around to fixing it.I am happy to have found this repair shop. You cant ask for more than honesty, reasonable prices, and knowing a general timeline for repairs up front and I think they deliver on all these aspects.

This company is fair, honest, and reasonably priced. After getting an unreasonable quote from the Toyota dealership for simple break repairs, I took my vehicle to this establishment for a second opinion. The staff was friendly and knowledgable and told me that my breaks did not need any repairs at this time. I highly recommend this buisness.

I was told I needed brakes on my car by a dealership and they were honest with me at M& M and told me I had another 8,000 miles before I needed brakes....one word, honesty. I will return to M&M for service on my car.
