I recently had my front driver side fender, headlight and the bumper repaired after an accident. They were so easy to work with and informative! Lifetime warranty on their work was another great assurance. I would go here again for future repairs. Quick work and everything looks as good as new!

I took my Cadillac CTS to get the right rear fender repaired and they did a beautiful job and if my wife says that it is great and better than before then Im not saying a word different. They repaired it beyond better. they even detailed the whole car inside and out. I cant say anything about them but praise and if you dont take your car to them to have body work done then you lose out.

Kelly Long is the most incredible person on this Earth to work with. My wife and I had just begun our honeymoon when our car was run off the road by a man who was speeding, and he drove off leaving us on the side of the highway. We were just down the street from King Collision and didn’t know what we were going to do. King Collision received our vehicle the next day and Kelly walked us through the process, all the questions we had because it was our first time experiencing something like this, and even relieved us of a lot of responsibility with haggling with insurance for proper coverage and compensation for our totaled car. We left back to Chicago in a rental and she kept in constant contact with us and made our options very clear. Highly recommend this location, they’re thorough and hard working. Not many places out there can say the same.

In March I unfortunately had a hit and run. State Farm Ins sent me to Kings for repairs. They did a great outstanding job. Last week I scraped my bumper in 2 spots on a stone column. I couldn’t bear to see this damage. I took my car back to Kings. Glad I did. If a record wasn’t kept now of accidents no one would ever know.

King replaced the alternator on my 2003 Saab about a month ago. Fast service, Tracey kept me updated through the whole process, and even though the repair took a little longer than expected the repair came in right at the original quote. Im very excited to have found my new mechanic.

Although the work performed on my vehicle was outstanding, the customer service was not. My car sat for 2 weeks without even being evaluated. I was promised text updates on my cars status and never received a single one. When I questioned why it was taking so long, I was insulted and told I did not understand how things worked in a high end body shop. The only time I received any information was when I called directly. Their lack of communication, complete lack of empathy and patronizing attitude toward the customer compels me to leave a negative review.

Car was in shop for a week after being told it would be 3-4 days. The repairs to the car were excellent and when it was returned it had been totall cleaned inside and out! Would definitely recommend!

They gave me a ride to the rental car place and even gave me a loaner when the rental ran out. Be sure to have an accurate expectation on timing though. I thought it would only take 4 weeks but it took 6. 6-8 is the average. I would highly recommend them.

I personally was not pleased. I had family members that used them and also saw several good reviews. They had my car for over a week and still couldn’t even give me an estimate for repair. Everyday I called I was told it would be looked at the next day. Finally I decided to have it towed somewhere else.

The staff was wonderful and helpful in every way. The body work done on my car was performed in a timely manner, according to busy schedule of King Collision.

My auto insurance provider sent me to this body shop. I trusted them with my car and in exchange I got my car back with a damaged battery because they were careless while doing the body/paint repairs. I will not be going back there again. I’m hopping the body/paint work they did is better quality and it will last. I will not recommend to anyone!

My experience with King Collision was stellar. The ladies up front were extremely nice and very accommodating. They were super helpful on updating me on the status of my vehicle when I called. Satisfied overall with the service received on my vehicle. It was an insurance repair for damage that occurred from a motorist hitting my car while it was parked. Minor structural alignment with new bumper and lint was required. Disappointed in the fit and finish of the bumper that was replaced. This was an OEM bumper from Acura and it looked as though there were malformations on the edges of the bumper where it meets the fender. I understand this is probably from the bumper extrusion during manufacturing but it seems as though these could’ve been sanded down prior to painting. Now that the bumper is painted, my concern is that the sharp edges will eventually cause breaks in the paint. Time will tell. Overall, King Collision did a great job of lining everything up and the staff was extremely friendly from start to finish.

My serpentine belt broke and blew out my power steering pump. Had it towed to their location at midnight when they were closed. Called me first thing next morning to let me know they had it and where fixing it same day! They were professional, nice and they were reasonably priced! If I lived close I’d use them every time.

King Collision has been around for a while. They take all the frustration out of insurance paperwork, they are friendly, their office is clean and they practice strict Covid-19 Protocol. When my car was returned it was like they replaced it with a new one. The paint (whole car) sparkled and the original color had magically returned. The inside was as clean as the first time driving off the lot. I also noticed that they rubbed out some scratches in the paint on the deck lid, well away from the accident damage. I would give this business several extra stars.

A couple of years ago we purchased a preowned Mercedes Benz SLK 300. The car looked like new with the exception of a door ding on the driver side that truly drove me crazy. King Collision came referred to me. I stopped in and was met with a smile and a very knowledgeable person at the front desk. Within 5-10 minutes I had a quote for removing the dent without the requirement of repainting. I left with an appointment scheduled and also received a curtesy call the morning of my appointment to confirm that I would still be bringing the car in. I dropped it off at 9:10 am and at 1:59 pm I received a call that my car was ready to pick up. It looked just like it was rolled of the showroom floor. No hint of the ding remained. Needless to say I am thrilled. I will be scheduling my truck next as it has a couple of small spots that need the same attention. Dewayne

Fantastically friendly and honest with the tires I bought. My only complaint is that they tightened my lug nuts super tight. Theres no way I would have been able to fix a flat with how tight they were. However, it was a simple fix, I simply used other tools to loosen then re-tighten the bolts to a more reasonable level.I recommend this place for your tires.

Paint work 5 stars.Very expensive.Sloppy cleanup.I took my Mercedes in to have the rear quarter fixed. The work itself looks great. Good lines, good blend, etc. The quality is what I expected.Price was about 800 higher than Malibu Collision and Malibu was even going to fix a scratch on the side mirror as well, which I didnt even ask King bec of the price I was quoted for the rear quarter. Too bad Malibu couldnt get my car in for repair during the week I had free.After the work they clean my vehicle. At first it looked great. But they took everything on the inside (lots of papers and mail) and put it in the trunk. In the process I lost an important phone number that was on a piece of paper in my cup holder (probably my fault). Also after a few days the areas they taped up to do the paint work started to show as the car got dirty. Made it look like it had scratches everywhere. It wouldnt come off. I had to buy a clay bar and take about an hour to get it done. Not a huge deal just wish it was done for the price paid.Update: I noticed they left wax residue in the cracks of body panels which wiped off no problem. But the problem is they got wax on the black trim in several places which has now turned white and is an absolute eye sore. So now I either get new trim or go through the annoying process of putting on a trim restore every 3 months. Real annoying. Such a shame to be so skilled at painting and then let the clean up guy ruin the whole experience.
