Amazing service. I had a flat with no spare with a odd tire size. Had a tire the next day and installed in about an hour with perfectly matching tire pressure and they torqued the wheel to factory spec. This is the second tire discounters Ive used in two states and Ive always been overwhelmed with how great the service, speed, and quality is.

Pick up and drop off works great for my busy schedule. They price match any other big names. Love this place.

Everyone was helpful and completed the service on my car. I really appreciated the valet service. Eva and a coworker took me to my home and then picked me up when my car was ready. It’s a great service that solved my problem of having to sit at the store for hours because I needed several things done there.

I came in to have my tires rotated as I am heading out on a long trip. I was told that the wait would be 3-4 hours. As they were only taking appointments. I asked if I could make an appointment. I was told that I wouldnt matter if I did. They were still going to make we wait 3-4 hours. They were right. It took them exactly 3 1/2 hours to do a 20 minute job. Pretty sorry.

I went to 2 other shops in town for an alignment after limping my van around town because I had just replaced the tie rods myself, couldnt find anything open for at least a WEEK, then I found these guys! They were EXTREMELY happy and professional and I was blown away by their customer service, these guys were a life saver for me today and I will be deff coming here again.

I was I need of some trailer tires, 5 of them, and in walking in at 8:30am, Bill was quick to give me a hand and get me set right up. Good friendly people, and quick work for just getting a set of tires (didn’t need mounting since I only brought in the rims).

This was my first trip to a tire discounters I had a nail in my tire and needed a patch so it was a small job. I received first class service and it was very helpful that Eva Burnett could give me a ride back to my house so I wouldn’t have to wait in the store. Eva was my Valet driver and she was absolutely amazing and very friendly. Its hard to meet people you can just talk to and not feel awkward being in the car with them. She asked me how i wanted my setting for the air and radio as if in that moment life was about me! Dave and Bill in the shop took on all my request and kept me posted on the status of my vehicle from start to finish i couldnt have asked for a better service and never once was i rushed.... Everything was on my terms it was almost like I was royalty. This was my first experience at this location and I got Four tires, Oil Change, Breaks all around, Rotors,an alignment!!!! Dave made sure to call and tell me when everything was done and what they saw and walked me through their process to determine what was best for my driving life style and budget!!!!

I had an appointment at 1pm to get my tires balanced. At 2:38pm my truck was still sitting in the parking lot and they hadnt began to work on it. Not impressed at all.

I purchased a set of tires back in October and had them rotated on Saturday and had a 4 wheel brake job done today. They are the best. $400 less than what the dealership wanted for a brake job. Glad they are in South Knoxville.

This place is really great. The only negatives I have are really based on the fact that this is a large corporation pretending to be a local tire shop. The online website and ordering functions are all routed somewhere else. I had a snafu when I requested an online quote, but when I called the store directly Tyler was able to get it all sorted out. The tires the website said I needed werent actually in stock at this location (again, a large corporation pretending to be a small business). Tyler found the next best thing and then discounted them to match the tires that werent in stock. I took advantage of the valet service too since it was free. A little strange in that an employee basically drives to your house and leaves their car to take yours. Worked out well, but strange. The truck was ready in about 4 hours and they brought it back with no issues. The alignment that came with my tire package was awesome. I could have found the tires cheaper elsewhere, but coupled with the level of service and the included alignment, I paid the extra $40 and let these guys take care of it all. Keep up the good work and try and keep a local feel. Not that Tire Discounters is alone, but the more you can marry technology with your local store versus chatbots and call centers that just make you feel like youre talking with a local person the better. We will definitely come back for the next car when its time.

Terrible place to be employed. God forbid you get hurt on the job. Don’t expect any kind of assistance or workers comp.

Custom ordered tires online and had a big box store install them...have sensory stems and cheap regular stems were installed. Had several issues and finally went to TD. They were courtious and went WAY beyond my expectations...my invoice was literally nothing...But No.. they rotated my tires $0...All U followers.. I highly recommend Tire Discounters

I picked up a bolt in a rear tire today. Usually I go to my local tire store in town but they were so busy that I couldnt even get on the lot. I drove out to Tire Discounters and was glad I did. The staff was very helpful, everone wore a mask as well as most of the customers. They took the tire off the rim and patched the hole from the inside which is better than just using a plug. Tires are a huge safety factor when driving, Im glad it was fixed correctly.

I called the day before to get a quote. The quote was $174. Out the door. I schedule an appointment to go get tires the very next day, after Sam told me the price would still be good. My husband took the truck to get the new tires. When he got there after all said and done it was 300. Out the door. I will never go back. Stay away from this place. I was talking about it with a co work and she said the done the exact same thing to her sister.

This company is so over priced on there tires. Went the to get a price on 275/55r20 cooper at3 tires. I was told they was $243 each. I called discount tire for the same tires they was $212 each. Plus at discount tire you get lifetime balance and rotation as part of the install.

I have gone to toyota for all my service needs since I had gotten my car. I will not be going back there! this place did amazing with my car and didn’t force me like most places do saying you need this that and whatever. They were very helpful and didn’t want me to spend more than what I actually needed too. at Toyota it’s recommended to get your coolant changed every hundred thousand miles which I was due for they said no we can check the pH and decide if we need to go from there because it’s pointless to change it if it doesn’t need to be! They saved me money and were very nice. During my tire rotation they even noticed I had a nail in my tire and fixed it for free! they are awesome!

I took my truck for rotation and alignment. $750 later and still have to take it somewhere else for the alignment... My friend took his for tires and they said they couldnt align it because they didnt know what to do.

Another of those places the say one thing to get you in, then tell you an out the door price much higher. Went somewhere else and saved almost $200 on set of 4
