They quoted me $999 and ended up charging me >$2,200 once they figured my insurance company would pay. I was told the job would take 4 days and they ended up taking > 15 days (mainly because they were doing extra work).They even charged me for a fender shroud, even though I told t hem not to because I had the old shroud.The workmanship was fine, but im not happy.Oh, they wont let u in the office and require u to call from the parking lot... covid19, i guess?

I was there a while back to get my vehicle repaired. I was told Mark and Sonya were out but I was able to speak with their sweet son Dylan while I waited. Dylan was kind, professional and knowledgeable. I was told to speak to mark by a dear friend of mine but Dylan did such a great job that I knew my car was in good hands so I didn’t wait. I’m a talker and love getting to know my Hardin Valley neighbors but Dylan didn’t seem to mind at all. We talked about my late husband and grandkids and the area. I asked him about his family and he spoke about his wife and furkids. Most people don’t take time to get to know their customers but when they do you need to keep going back. In my day it was polite to get to know the family that’s selling you a good or service. Everyone knew everybody. Dylan is wise beyond his years.Dylan made such an impact that I felt the need to write a review with the help of my grand baby Tay. I won’t hesitate to bring my vehicle back and I will recommend the shop to everyone. It has a family feel to it and youll feel right at home there.Dylan keep up the great work and I pray that God continues to bless you. I’m sure you make your wife and parents proud. My vehicle was fixed perfectly and even spotless when I came to pick it up. Quality work and customer service with a smile!

My husband and I will forever do business with Hardin valley body shop for the rest of our lives. They’re honest, professional, and will go to bat for you!! We took our 2019 Toyota Camry to Hardin valley body shop to have the bumper replaced. When my insurance company tried to cheap out Mark fought for us and insisted he use the original factory bumper. It was nice finding a body shop we knew we could trust.

Fantastic service, was treated like family from the day I arrived... Would never use another body shop again! Very upfront hassle free process had my rental ready to go....Best part the repairs were fast and they even detailed my car... went the extra mile to fix my door handle as well as the handle to my trunk and it was not part of the repairs being sent in. Fantastic people! Would trust them with any job and I will definitely be back in the future. Dont waste your time with anyone else!

They didnt complete the work on my car. They left off my air reflector under the bumper and they order the wrong fog lights and refuse to do the leg work to make it right. They want it me to pay out of pocket and order the lights myself. I feel that they talk a good game to get your business. I personally wouldnt recommend them to anyone

We slid into a curb with our RAV4 and broke the rim and damaged the front drivers side suspension. The tire rammed the fender and bent it and pushed it into the door and bent it. Uggh... I found Hardin Valley Body Shop through online searches and the reviews were very good so I had the car towed there and left it with them. They did an awesome job on this car. You cannot tell anything ever happened and it drives just as well and possibly better than before. I think Mark tried hard to keep our costs down but the car is a 2008 and it was just hard to find some of the parts as used and/or refurbished. It seemed to take longer than I had expected but truthfully I did not get a time estimate from them so who can complain? And the quality is so good! Plus, they called frequently to give me an update or if I called they knew exactly what was going on. As I told them, I dont want to sound mean but I hope I never see them again. But if I do need bodywork on a car, I know where I will be taking it from now on.

The atmosphere is excellent and the people there are very very nice people. Also, the workmanship quality is the best in the city.

They do great work and really care about the people who entrust them with their vehicles. Theyve done far too much work for us. I think weve qualified for a volume discount. We wouldnt keep going back if they didnt treat us right and do great work.

These guys are great. They get the job done quickly and are honest with you. Travis told me he could make a dent on an angled portion of my truck look better but he couldnt take it completely out. After he finished, the only way you could tell there was a dent was if you knew where it was. I could go on and on, but my family always takes our vehicles to Hardin Valley for any body work and will continue to do so.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hardin Valley Body Shop for any body work or service you need on your vehicle. I had to have a bumper on my Toyota 4 RUNNER replaced and painted ( which matches perfectly) and it looks FANTASTIC !!!! I had a great experience using Hardin Valley Body Shop. After backing into a pole, I brought my car in for an estimate on Monday morning at 8:00 a.m., and I picked up my finished car that Friday just before 5:00 p.m. Their work is beautiful--you cant tell anything happened. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them without any reservations.

Weve used Hardin Valley Body Shop for 25 years through many visits during the teenage years. Mark Ogle and his crew has always done impeccable work no matter how nicethe car was. They are pleasant and provide good customer service.

These guys are a real piece of work. I took my car in for a minor fix. They did fix my car eventually but I had to put up with a lot of BS. First I was told my car would just be needed for a full day. I dropped it off early and called them at the end of the day. I was told that they hadnt even looked at it (and didnt bother to call me mind you). I was told it would be looked at the following morning and that they would call me. They never called and when I called them, it again had not been looked at. Long story short is, I went through a process of calling every day and constantly being told it would be looked at soon. I took my car in on a Wednesday, on Friday I called them and was told it would be looked at that afternoon. They didnt call me back to let me know what was going on and by the time I called them, they had closed for the entire weekend. They kept my car for SIX days, for a small issue (a minor fix). I would have preferred them to say they were so busy and could not get to it for days. Even if I was told in the beginning they would need it for a week, then fine, but they didnt do this. They just lied every day and seriously messed me around. Almost every day bar the weekend, I had to borrow cars from family. I couldnt get in to work one day and had to stay home. They never once apologized for giving me the run around for an entire week. On top of that, they charged me extra just for using a credit card to pay (really? A credit card fee in this day and age? Oh and didnt even tell me either, I could have paid by checking account or check and avoided that BS fee). What a joke of a business this is. It was the most incompetent body shop Ive been to. *UPDATE to their laughable response - No, it was definitely your business, owner Mark, business located on Marietta Church Rd in Hardin Valley. You should be ashamed of yourself stating we would never allow our customers to be treated in the manner you have described. Well guess what? You did!!! Clean up your act and treat your customers right. Own up to your past terrible behavior. *2ND UPDATE - WOW! You are not only liars but you are aggressive! What happened to those two other negative reviews from others I saw here recently? One guy actually gave you his name and asked you to make it right. Did you pay him off to delete his negative review? You are pathetic! Business 101 - dont get aggressive with customers who are stating FACTS! Just own up to it and apologize, coward.

Wow, this is a very unprofessional business with terrible customer service. They never give any update on the progress of your vehicle, never call you back when you leave them a message and never give any information on the status of your vehicle when you call them. The ladies in the office have attitude too. Im surprised with the other reviews. They must be friends and family reviews. Take your business elsewhere.
