A couple week ago I backed into a pole, insurance sent us to KB Collision. The staff is so welcoming & friendly! One of the guys even back my rental up for me so I didn’t have to! (Still a little nervous at the time, and I went from driving this little car to a Jeep Wrangler) 😂 I was super pleased with the work they did, car looks amazing! Thank you all so much!

They did their best to fix my car.. it looks like new, no scratches left. They didnt put a bumper cover back, which I had previously, because it wasnt noticed in the insurance estimate, but when I mentioned about it, KB Collision ordered new and put it back in a few minutes! Nice job! Great team! It was a pleasure to repair my car here.

Joe I believe is the gentleman I dealt with most, he was awesome to deal with. Very polite, forthright, informative, and easy to deal with. When I picked up my vehicle the owner introduced himself. He was also very polite, forthright, and easy to deal with. He was also very informative and shared a bit of touch up paint for my vehicle. He explained that he already went around my vehicle and touched up little spots and that I could do the same in the future. My car was t-boned a couple weeks ago and I needed two new doors on on drivers side. I honestly cannot rave about this shop enough!!! The owner and all employees were so welcoming and so incredibly friendly, did excellent work, and talked me through everything I needed to know. They also kept me constantly informed on how repairs were going and finished a few days faster than I expected!! Ive told everybody Ive talked to about how great of an experience I had, and everything on my car looks and functions like brand new. Cannot recommend it enough.

Very professional, my car was not safe to drive so they got it to where it was safe and gave my car back to me ASAP while waiting on minor cosmetic parts.(nationwide problem on getting car parts) My car was completely fixed within 2 weeks even waiting on parts. I would recommend them to anyone.

Someone hit the back of my car and I took it here to get it fixed. The service was quick and they did a great job. They washed and cleaned the inside along with fixing the bumper. My car looked like I had just bought it when I went to pick it up! I 100% recommend KB Collisions if you need your car repaired!! The people are also really friendly and helpful.

My dear sweet daughter backed into a pole. On advice of a co-worker, I went to KB Collision for an estimate. Wasnt worried about replacing the bumper or making the car as good as new, just wanted the dent banged out and paint chips fixed so we didnt have to worry about rust. Ken and Joe were incredibly professional and worked to minimize the cost to the essentials. Ken warned that the paint was an expensive color and may not match completely. He reused the logos instead of buying new since they werent messed up. I expected there to still be a bit of a dent but the guys got the hatch door smoothed out really well. And the paint matches! All this and almost 1/2 what another body shop was going to charge me (that shop was also going to purchase new logos - including the 2 on the other side of the door).Definitely give KB Collision a try if you need a body shop. Professional guys, actually listen to what youre wanting, explain what they should be able to do and warn you of any pitfalls. They dont over-promise just to get your business. Definitely will be back, just hope not too soon! :)

Friendly and good customer service, plus very knowledgeable about insurance policies. They even helped me set up the rental car. And my car was in the shop for about a week. It looks great cant even tell there was a dent!

Is there any way I can give 10 Stars?? I am not from Knoxville so I had no clue who to use when my car was rear ended back in September. I was referred to KB and told they were “the best”. Folks... that is an understatement. I was called every single time there was an update on my car and it looks as good as the day I drove it off the lot. Their staff... absolutely 100% amazing. The running board of my car fell off in the middle of the street and I showed up to KB collisions and they fixed it instantly. Nice staff, great prices, and good service. The owner Ken is also very nice.

My car was not reassembled properly . Upon pulling the hood release latch for the first time, the hood would not close back properly . I took it back and they told me that they could fix the issue for $200.It is just too coincidental that a part that was functioning properly, fails after 8 years at the exact time they completed the work on the vehicle that involved removing and reinstalling the hood release latch . I have since taken it to another shop at my own expense to have the issues fixed properly .

These guys were very professional and understood the problem right out of the gate. They were honest with me and told me exactly what they were going to do. Through the process they sent me progress pictures and gave me an update anytime I asked. Highly recommend these guys and Ill be suggesting them anytime I know someone needs body work.

These guys are great to work with. The insurance company was being a pain with my repairs and the whole process. Had just bought a car which had a water leak in the roof and took it here with no prior knowledge of them. They instantly tried to do everything to find the leak without them having to take it into their shop, trying to save me money. Unfortunately, they did have to take it into their shop as it started to rain, but they fixed it able to keep costs down, did a professional job, and in the time they said it would take. It has since rained and no leaks at all. Definitely recommend Kb collision to anyone in search of the services they provide!

Aside from doing a fantastic job, these guys went above and beyond the ensure that my job was done quickly and professionally. Moreover, I had two big dents in my car and their price for both was similar to other shops price for ONE of the dents. I’d recommend these guys 100%. They really take care of you do excellent work.

Recently just moved to Knoxville and needed a rear gate replacement on my car. After calling around and getting several estimates in town this place is by far the best, not just in price but in their service as well. I got to work with Joe and Ken who were both very welcoming -not trying to rush me in and out to get to the next job. They were very conscientious of my financial situation making sure I understood thoroughly what necessarily needed to be done and what else could be added on if I could manage it. You’ll be treated like a person here rather than another price estimate because they clearly value their customers. This place is very efficient in their work, my car was fixed promptly with no surprise complications and I was even updated on the progress of the repair. Extremely high quality work at an exceedingly fair price. I brought my silver Subaru WRX in to get the bumper and a door totally repainted, and needless to say, I’m very happy with the work. In fact, I used to moonlight painting cars with my uncle; so I understand all the work that goes into fixing even the smallest amount of damage let alone a whole bumper and door. I found Ken and Joe to be extremely professional and their work impeccable. My bumper and door look new from the factory with no orange peel whatsoever. I intend to do some body mods to this car and I will definitely be having them do the work; because paint work is just a drop in their abundant talent pool. Would give them 6 out 5 stars if possible, thanks Joe and Ken!

I have had two repairs done at KB Collision. Both times, communication was excellent, paint was matched perfectly (doesnt always happen other places!) and the repairs were completed quickly! It is impossible to tell that the car has been repaired. 5 stars!

KB Collision went above and BEYOND my expectations. Best customer service I have EVER experienced.Of course its a hassle and frustrating when you have a fender bender, but KB Collision turned a bad situation into a great experience. Not only did they do stellar work repairing the damage from my recent car accident, but also, for a SMALL fee, they repaired damage I had done to the rear bumper 4 years earlier.AND... at no charge, they replaced my rear brake light that had been out since before the accident (not the reason for the accident), fixed the rattle in the undercarriage of my car, re-positioned the heat shield near the muffler, into its correct location, cleaned my engine and the corrosion off my car battery (advising me that its time to purchase a new one because the battery does not hold a charge for long), AND ensured that my car was as clean as I had brought it in (having JUST had it detailed days before my accident.)Their pricing is outstanding; their attention to detail and expertise in color-matching is second to none; and their customer service and desire to please the client is exceptional.Thank you, KB Team!!

I recently had my Ford Thunderbird repaired by KB. Other local collision shops declined to do the repairs because replacement parts were not available from local new car dealers. KB went out of their way to locate the parts that I needed and did a very professional job!
