DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!If I was able to give them 0 stars I would!!The Manager Mike is the rudest and nastiest guy Ive ever seen!! He terminated our contract because we were a week late!!! We even explained to them why, and they wouldve cared less!! Said we refused to give them back their stuff when thats totally not the case!! They harassed us every single day, with more than 3 calls a day, leaving rude and nasty messages!! Not to mention, they would keep showing up at our house every single day!! Threatened to call the cops on us multiple times!! This place is a joke!!! They could care less if your having hardships, and trying to work with them all they want is MONEY!!! Oh, and by the way apparently we dont rent to own, we only rent to rent.I DONT ADVISE ANYONE TO RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! ITS NOT WORTH GETTING HARASSED EVERYDAY, BECAUSE YOUR HAVING A HARDSHIP!!!!!THEY EVEN LIED TO US AND SAID OUR FURNITURE WAS NEW, WHEN IN REALITY IT WAS NO WHERE CLOSE!I SUGGEST IF YOU WANT TO GO TO A COMPANY LIKE THIS, GO TO AARONS AND NOT THIS SCAM OF A PLACE!!!

I want be getting anything else from here i just paid a tv off went back got another tv nothing wrong with the first one just wanted another tv i got sick was out of work for a few days only got paid for 2 days rent was due so i paid my rent asked rent a center if i could come in next thursday and make 2 payments they tell me no either pay by monday or they will come get thats fine i will go right down the sidewalk from them and give my money to someone that really wants it shame on rent a center the stuff is already over priced kinda of a rip off so i want be using rent a center no more and claims its a new account how is it a new account if Im the same person that got the first one now there calling and harrasing my family first thing monday morning cant even give people time to do anything i dont suggest anyone to get anything from this people screw rent a center

I went into this location to aquire information on the MSI gaming laptop. They didnt have. So I asked about the Dell gaming laptop. Which they also didnt have. I asked the guy how long it would be before his next shipment. He said they are very popular and they dont get the deliveries they request. He said it would be quicker if i went online and ordered it myself. So I stood there and filled the online information out. He seemed kind of rude and ready for my friend and I who was going to get a ps3 to leave. So the next day I went to the clinton location. They was also out but she found a replacement and made sure we was happy before we left.Does people not know what customer service is anymore.... Ive worked it and its not for some people....

They need to go rent them some better prices i rented a dryer they wanted 160.00 dollars a month 40 a wk hell i said forget that and went and brought a dryer of the internet for 150 still working

Just had my first experience with this store after having several years of being a loyal customer to another location and was definitely upset by the customer service here not only rude but just downright nasty I advise anyone looking to deal with professional service not to go here

Got my clutch love seat and TV through them love it

Just got my washer and dry today. And they was suppose to bring me brand new one and i got and smashed up dryer and they broke the water value to the cold water side now its linking. To make it worst they are closed and not opening again until moday at 10am. Now i have to take my cloth to the laundry mat. Which cost me gas there and back plus 25 dollars to wash my clothes
