From my initial call to the final (and there were several in between), every employee was kind, helpful and professional. They stated they take pride in their work, and this is clearly the case. They successfully problem-solved and repaired both a washer and dryer for us. The price was very reasonable. Have purchased many appliances from this company and have referred them to many friends. But sorry to say, I WILL NOT BE USING THEM EVER AGAIN. Dealing with this company in the past was a great experience, but now they are very difficult. I understand that all businesses have suffered during COVID, but they may suffer even more if they are inclined to drive away business. Trying to make up for losses by adding multiple charges to the purchase will not help if they drive away the customers. Purchased an appliance, had some issues with it and tried to do a trade for another (more expensive one). They wanted to add extra charges for the swap. A fee to deliver the new appliance and a fee to pick up the appliance going back. The return policy only applies if the appliance is not in working order, not if it doesnt work with your power or fit in your space. So, before you buy from this company check all the boxes before the purchase. Does the appliance fit in your space? Does the power cord on the appliance work with your home outlets? Do you have someone that can move the appliance into your home and your space? The fee for delivery does not include moving the appliance into you home.

Its awesome 😎 Ive used this store for over a decade. As you can see it has stayed in the family--my mom reviewed it, too. I second the 90 day warranty. It gives me comfort knowing that they are there for 90 days of my using it. The other two of my favorite things they do is a trade-in discount 💵 and free delivery in Knoxville 🚚. I dont drive a truck and none of my family or friends do so thats a great help!

So my boyfriend, daughter and got an apartment and only have a dryer for about 2 months and I finally got the money to buy a washer but everyone closes at 5 and I get off at 5. Plus once I get money I’m to excited and have to spend it so I rushed to them bc I got off at 5:45 today and as we pulled in at 6 he was walking out and we started to leave and he was like if you want to look at the washers I have come on in! I was so excited lol and it was really cool he stayed after 30minutes to show us a washer, not knowing we were going to buy it. I wasn’t excited about the $350 for a used washer but they sanitize them, have the 90 day warranty and he said they had replaced multiple parts on it so to have those new parts was a great addition. they just seemed like good people, definitely got good vibes from them so with all that being said I didnt mind to pay the extra at that point, I mean he did stay after hours and all. I’ll come back and do a review on the washer once I pick it up and try her out for a bit. Just based on customer service and knowledge of his products I will recommend them to anyone.

I bought a used washer and dryer set five years ago for about $300. These babies are still going strong! I live in Rockford, but they delivered them for $50. When it turned out that my laundry room was too small, they exchanged it for a smaller one and didn’t even charge me for the second delivery! They are kind, helpful people, and I would recommend them to anyone!

George was very helpful through the process. I called almost every day for a week to check in on washer and dryer inventory until they finally had some in my price range in stock. Delivery was extra but was able to be arranged easily through their third party. I like that they clean everything out and have a thorough checklist before they sell, and also the 90 day warranty helps in case anything does happen to go wrong.

Got a gently used dishwasher from this locally owned business. Bought it over the phone and they insisted on sending me pics etc. and made sure it was exactly as described. Had my plumber pick up and install and it works great! And the 90 day warranty is much better than any other company offers. I will use them again.

Great experience... 6 months later. About 6 months ago we bought a whole kitchen full of appliances and washer and dryer. The dryer died. Took it back. Well beyond warranty but they fixed it for the cost of the parts. Chris and George did a great job explaining to me what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. Cant find this kind of service at the big box stores. Dont let the front of this store trick you about the quality youll find on the inside.

This place is awesome and very trustworthy. A local business where they have the expertise to provide quality used products and won’t allow something to go out to a customer without their satisfaction in the quality. I purchased a refrigerator from them a year ago and have never had a single problem with it. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality appliances.

I met with George and he was very help and very pleasant. He helped us over the course of two day and got us into the dryer we needed. He disassembled it right in front of us and showed us how it worked! Very, very happy with his business and other employees.

Our stove quit working and brought it in. George helped us he was amazing. He is one of the technicians very knowledgeable and friendly.He went through and actually tested the stove while we were there and replaced a the power cord. The plastic power board in the back bottom of the stove was bad. He actually showed us what was wrong and the little odds and ends stuff that needed to be fixed like the eyes being crooked and a broke nob.Very reasonable price!The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is they were a little understaffed and he had to run around and help other people too while he was helping us which was still not a big issue.Very great appliance place!

Great Service_ Great Prices _ Friendly service from Sarah and the other staff. They wrapped the top of my stove free of charge in case of rain. They even had ratchet straps for five dollars a piece. Update finally got my stove up and running cant believe how fast and even it cooks 🍕 well buy from here in the future

My husband and I found a Maytag Duet dryer to match our washer. Weve owned a used Maytag washer before we even bought a Samsung, NEW. Its fallen apart. So far the Duet dryer works like a charm, and I love the look of it and the function much better than the so-called new dryer I had.

They did apologize for the inconvenience and got my husband and I fixed up with a better washer no problem. I appreciate them fixing the issue.*ORIGINAL REVIEW*I originally was going to give this place a 5 star rating. Due to there failed to communicate I dropped it down to a 3 star rating. My spouse and I purchased a washer and dryer in October. The first washer we bought did not work once hooked up. We called multiple times trying to get it’s fixed or replaced. Many days later the washer was finally replaced with another washer. We have had the replacement washer going on 2 months now and the washer is just not working correctly. We now have been trying for weeks to get in contact with this store to return this washer. The phone number listed is saying its invalid and when my husband has went to the store no one has been there. I’m starting to feel like we have been hustled and played. We are now stuck with a broken washer. I gave the store 3 stars because the dryer is great. But at this point I feel we wasted money on the washer and were stuck with it!

Great experience! I have used QPA on a couple occasions for parts and repairs on a dryer and washer and it was the easiest thing ever. All of the employees are very knowledgeable and so kind. I am moving rental houses and my new house did not have a furnished washer and dryer, so after searching around for a bit online and at a couple stores, I remembered my wonderful previous experiences with QPA and stopped by. There I found a wonderful used Kenmore Series 90 Washer and Dryer matching set at an amazing price. They took the time to take both apart, clean them thoroughly, and fix any worn or broken parts, so I can trust that these two appliances will continue working for many years to come. Wow I have never had so fast, convenient and easy an experience of finding both a fridge and a dishwasher in my life! Seriously - 15 minutes and out the door.This place has clean appliances at ridiculously low prices. They are super nice, knowledgeable and helpful.They delivered same day we purchased AND installed our DW too for a very reasonable price.The man who delivered had a sweet helper - his son - who was learning, quietly watching, ready to help and not once did he pull out a phone!We are VERY happy with our experience and would highly recommend them next time you’re in the market for an appliance. WHY SPEND ALL THAT MONEY ON NEW when you can get what you need for a fraction of the cost? This is the first time we’ve ever bought used and I’m ashamed that I haven’t thought of it before.THEY ARE AWESOME.

This company is great! We bought a refridgerator from them MONTHS ago. Two weeks after our warranty was up it broke. I called and they were happy to fix it. I paid a flat $75 fee for them to come out and they came back 4 more times for trial and error fixes on it. No charge. After everything he tried would not keep the condenser coils from freezing over, they swapped us a new fridge free of charge! And it was better than the old one. We will be shopping here again.

Extremely high prices for used appliances. Unless you absolutely need easy financing, Id not recommend purchasing anything here because you can almost get new for the prices theyre charging for used. Most of the stuff I saw was pretty old but I do understand their inventory changes often.

I called as I was looking for a washer and dryer set, and I asked if I could leave my name and requested that they call me when one came in. They did! Right away! I went in that afternoon and bought the washer and dryer set, they are to be delivered and and installed and as long as they last, I will be happy! The people were great, very friendly, very helpful! Being new to the area I really appreciate that!

Beware of the ole bait and switch advertisement apparently the owners do not know whats happening in their own business owners advertise products at one price and workers tell you there out of those but then want to show you the same thing for more. but more importantly when i messaged said owner she tried to say we do have them for that price and said have you actually been to my store well yes i had 2-22-20 to look at advertised appliance first one i saw was not the one i wanted different color from ad and also its 225 not 150 or 175 which was on multiple ads on market place so sales person says ill show you the white ones back here and i said yes im looking for the cheaper ones he immediately tells me we do not have those but i can do 225 i turn around and said that is ok and head for the door only to have salesman tell me rudely oh those are hard to find and you wont find one cheaper if at all funny thing other places have them. anyway after proving to owner i had in fact been there starts to back pedal and says ill talk to my manager Monday so here we are now i get a response that i can buy the one that is not white looks old as hell for 175 now all the sudden they do not have said white ones funny thing they where there Saturday before closing and not open Sunday hmmm just beware i thought this was an honest place
