I have been with Blossman Gas for 3 1/2 years and in the beginning they were great, now awful. Every year my annual fee to rent my tank seems to change based on whatever new program they have in the works and of course it always goes up. The people in the office are rude and lack customer service training. Apparently, Im not the only one complaining about the same stuff. You would think customer service would change, but I guess they have more money than they know what to do with and they dont care about their long-term customers. They were great when Stanley was there.
I this day and age so very few companies deliver on their promises. Yet, I did find one...Blossman. Work well done, professional demeanor, and patience in answering questions. What appeared to me to be a tough job, the crew from Blossman made look simple. Thanks
Im disappointed in this company. I switched over to use the app instead of calling and talking to a person. Ive always spoke to Beverly at the Knoxville office and she was wonderful. I ordered gas on the new app and it confirmed delivery. I know Friday is when they come to my subdivision. I waited a week they never came. I checked the app and it still showed delivery pending. I waited another week and still no delivery. I called and got someone named Jennifer in the Maryville TN office I believe that was her name and she was terrible she had no customer service skills at at all. I guess because I have a bill from the month before they canceled the delivery but no one called me or the app never stated the delivery was canceled. If a delivery shows pending and its canceled someone needs to pick up the phone and contact the customer. I paid today and got the confirmation. I asked since the delivery truck was already in the neighborhood and since I was out of gas for heat if they could go ahead and fill the tank up and was told for an extra $125 they could do that today. I asked for someone to call me back today and the day is over and no one has contacted me back and its 5pm. It just goes to show the level of customer service they provide.
Seriously the worst company ever. Their install men is the only good thing they have, they were super sweet, but whoever their offcie people are are rude and don’t know what they are doing and their appliances are terrible. I’ve had my fireplace for maybe 3 months and I already can’t get the pilot to light. The office workers are rude and hateful and talk down to me like I’m some child and aren’t helpful at all. Use any other company but them for your inhome gas appliances.
