I called Good as New about a dryer repair for my 17-year-old machine. They showed up the same day, fixed the problem, and charged me a fair price. They were fast and courteous. I also had a good experience with them a few years ago when they came out to repair my washer. I highly recommend!

Is this place even open? We went today. Said it was open online and had open signs all over their windows but it was closed.

Called looking for washer and dryer to buy today. Picked up phone but didnt say anything. I kept saying hello. Then they hung up on me. Im sure they rude azzez dont need MY business. And I sure as heck dont need THEIRS.

These guys were great! They showed up early! They had the part they needed with them and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. I dont have pricing to compare, but I believe they were reasonable. I wasnt shocked by the price. I will have them back!

Bought a dryer from them. It lasted over a year then I resold it and upgraded. I would highly recommend them. Our dryer went out the day after Christmas so money was tight and they are reasonably priced.

I guess this place is like the stock market... I went in to get a price on a fridge and they guy told me $150 or $130 if it has some dents. Went back a few days later and a different guy told me the cheapest fridge was $275 and they sold all the $150 models except they were all the same refrigerators that were they the previous couple of days. Whatever

I just call them to get a price on a washer and dryer. The call went to voice mail which was full and I was told to hang up. Sad way to run a business,

I ordered an used refrigerator. We agreed on the price and size of the fridge, however upon delivery, I saw that the refrigerator was smaller than we had agreed on the phone. I refused it and was given back the money for the fridge and tax but not the $35 delivery charge. I wasnt happy.

Bad experience.
