The doctor simply does not know what she is doing. After all the money you spend between the eye exam and purchasing the lenses, you cannot see well at all. Dont waste your time/money going there.

I came here to renew my prescription for contact lenses. It was 145 for an exam, fitting, and a trial pair due to my astigmatism. Im really glad I came here! I only get fitted once a year so its really important to get my vision as perfect as possible. Dealing with a slightly off prescription for a year is a pain and happened to me once.. They did the test (which went by quickly) and gave me lenses to try. To my surprise though they had me wait to verify the fit. She did a check and found it might be slightly off perfect so she had me try ANOTHER pair of lenses. I was shocked and grateful they did this. Other places are very conservative on test lenses and they had me effectively put a brand new pair to the bin in the name of a perfect fit. Behold, the new ones fit perfectly and they gave me the new prescription without hesitating or a hard sale to buy lenses there as other places have in the past. Thank you Dr. Esperanza and crew! Highly recommend.

I’m traveling from Miami to Gainesville and care across a major hick up with my reading glasses. Victoria, a woman with an amazing desire to help me was an angel. She helped me and spent over 30 minutes trying to fix MR issue. I can’t thank her enough for her professionalism and dedication.

Dont bother making an appointment, you will still be waiting for over an hour. Just save yourself the headache and walk in on a day off.(Eye doctor was nice, just terrible time management with their appointment system)

AWESOME EYE EXAM, NOT THE REGULAR IN AND OUT LIKE OTHER PLACES. DR TOOK THE TIME TO DO A VERY THOROUGH EXAM. STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AS WELL.

Dr Esperanza is awesome and they take time to make sure the lenses are correctly made.

I would never buy my glasses or contacts anywhere else unless you want to pay too much. Larry is great!

Receptionist has horrible customer service, she is very nasty. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated right.

Worst experience. He attends the Osceola headquarters and got the worst attention from the first minute I arrived. I went to take a person for evaluation (he comes from a tourist and does not know the processes) and the attention of a girl, who I could read something like that on her yubetsy plate ... was the worst. Despot, rude, haughty, not very attentive. And he blames it all on social distancing, which is understood but if one cannot enter to choose his mount then DO NOT OPEN the store. Super bad everything. I do not recommend it. Zero stars.

It is my first and my last visit, the employees, specifically (Jubetsy) attend very, very badly, you had my father with dilated pupils and he did not let me assist him to choose his mount, I understand the issue of distancing, but there were no people in the store to act that way ... then leaving me out for more than an hour, I hit the time to pay and so if they gave me access, answering yes to pay if they have access, where is the respect for customers ... very bad for they
