Went to pick up my glasses but the wait was so long that I just got my prescription on a paper to buy the glasses online for cheaper. Looked at my new prescription and my left eyes astigmatism just magically went away? Definitely wrong prescription, wont be coming here anymore.
Jordon was absolutely AMAZING with my 5yo autistic, and severe ADHD daughter when we were picking out her glasses! His interactions with her were so much fun for her! New things can be so challenging for her sensory and she was immediately fascinated by him! Thank you Jordon!
Got an eye exam using my insurance at this Ponciana, My eye Doctor location. After the exam with the eye doctor, a young lady proceeded to help pick frames. She used bad sales tactics while trying to help me pick glasses. Because of the high pressure, I chose to go elsewhere to purchase. After one week I received my glasses, once I put them on, I could not see out of them. (Lenscrafter double checked prescription that My eye doctor wrote). While driving I could not read street signs at a distance, all lights looked extra bright like they were jumping out at me which made me feel disconnected from reality. I thought maybe my eyes had to adjust ( that’s what I was told because I had not worn glasses since a teenager) but after two days I told Lenscrafters it had not improved and to give me a full refund (They triple checked prescription “My eye doctor” wrote me) .Today, I decided to pay out of pocket at walmart for an eye exam. What a big difference in exam results. The Doctor with in Walmart showed me what “My eye doctor” wrote- me -and -what -I -was -suppose -to -have. As a result, I am out of 75 bucks but at least I have the correct exam results.
A lot of miscommunication and in the end after they made a mistake wanted full payment.
I have always had a great experience at the office. Dr.Yasmeen Took care of me and was very professional and super kind. She is amazing and I definitely recommend her.
Doesn’t answer phone to correct problems regarding a wrong prescription. When was charged for there own mistake when I try to correct the problem with a Customer Service Rep.I was not allowed in the store cause I need appointment I request an appointment I was told someone will call me back still waiting got an 2nd notice to paid bill. I when still no one answer.

The doctors are very polite andprofessional, however the employeesneed training in customer service.The clinic manager needs to be more courteous and friendly and should bemore careful when hiring employees, and finally is impossible to call thisplace because they never answer or return a call to a patient, evidently theirgoal is only to sell and don’t care afterthat.
I am sorry to tell you this ! But I really love how my eye doctor work she is very sweet person, the way she treat her patients, she is very nice my glasses works very good . Then the guy that measure my glasses, he is very nice he make sure the glasses work good and treat the person super nice . Then the girl in front desk she ruin you place sorry to tell you this the time I was there she don’t even said hi, she don’t answer you the questions, is really sad her attitude is very unprofessional. I come back to make and appointment for my daughter and happened again the girl in front was very rude not even talking to us . She looks very mad ! My daughter told me why the secretary was so mad . Sorry to tell you this try to speak to her because I really love this place and you guys need people professional like the doctor is . Hope see you in the future .

Excellent experience with optometrist and person who helped with prescription contacts and glasses. Everyone was courteous, patient and very kind. This place does price match so you are guaranteed the best deal. I highly recommend them.
From the moment you walk in the office is very clean. The assistants who run the exams on you are super sweet. The doctor I had was so kind and upbeat. Her energy was infectious. Left me very happy and feeling upbeat myself lol. Overall great experience.
I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the front desk. Every time I go I wonder why I even bother but when I leave I remember that the doctor is great, the consultants that help with the glasses are great, but the front desk, my goodness!!!...completely rude and unprofessional. I work in human resources for a living and these girls shouldn’t be the face of the company if they lack simple courtesy and respect. Customer service is key to the success of any business. I have been hesitant to schedule another appointment for months, but I will since the doctors and everyone else is good. I only hope that there has been some type of change but if not, it will definitely be my last visit.
All has been good, until we were told to wait for specifications for my moms glasses. Out of three people only one takes care of patients while the other two walkaround.We were removed from one area while other patients were allowed to wait there.Very unprofessional attitude.Please also, instruct staff to smile and make them feel comfortable while they wait for hours.
Excellence costumer service. It does take a while to get any service here but isn’t the employees fault they are not enough for all the people that walks in. Would recommend more employees.
My wife and I had an appointment for routine eye exams. Staff was very nice and professional. Dr Yasmeen Awada was very professional and took the time to explain any concerns we had. We were both in and out of Myeyedr within an hour. Will certainly return.

This is the second time I’ve been given attitude here. And when they were in the wrong! As far as delivery time for glasses they’re pretty great. One and a half weeks. But if 2/3 the three times I’ve come here I’ve left feeling demeaned and irritated, there’s a problem. Basically if you show them a little bit of justified displeasure (whether it’s because the prescription you received didn’t work or the wait time is too long) the fake cheerful cat claws come out. And it’s not just one employee. I must say though, that I’ve never received disrespect from the people you sit with to choose your glasses. Those people are always really nice. Wish I could say the same for the rest...
The eye doctor part was great but when it came down to ordering the frames they left out one of the important features I requested and then wanted to charge me extra to have it put in so it forced us to keep it as is then they stated it would be ready by a certain date and it was not, then they told my daughter they would call her back and they didn’t. The whole experience was just disappointing. We have yet to receive her glasses and at this point are considering canceling the order and finding frames elsewhere.
I know people have complained about the ladies at front desk, etc. I requested appointment with Dr. Awada, she is the best. I was there today and everyone was totally amazing. Definitely recommend
The staff is helpful, and kind. They have bilingual people if you are in need of translation. You typically dont spend too much time there. It was a great experience.
The eye doctor is great. The wait is unbelievable. My appointment was at 3:15, and waited over an hour before getting back their with my son. Then pick up for glasses took another hour. They are understaffed.
Worst service EVER I HAd to wait for an hour the doctor is great!!! But after the consult they make you wait for more than an hour to see a video and make payments on contacts!! The receptionist are the worst!!! They seem to have a bad day every timeYou go to this office thESE 2 lady’s have the same mean face!!!
Doctor and assistants are very nice and professional as well as the lady in the front desk. Prompt and punctual. Everything good until you get to the eyewear consultant. This lady Shenika is not fit to work with public, the worst attitude, no empathy or people skills whatsoever. Need customer service oriented personal able to work with a diverse public specially with kids.
I only give two stars because Dr. Awada is a sweetheart and really cares for her patients.However the side to order glasses is awful and disorganized. No one greets you and tells you where to put your name down for service. Then once your name is on the list you have to wait at least an hour to be seen. And don’t get me started on insurance and paperwork side of the ordeal. I’m still waiting for a pair and it has been 6 weeks now since the order was placed. Though I was never offered an itemized receipt so I can’t say for sure the order was placed on the day I believe it was. It’s a shame the people of poinciana have to deal with this place for their vision services. I will be going elsewhere from now on, I suggest anyone else do the same. It is worth it to take your script from Dr. Awada and drive somewhere else to purchase frames, even if it’s somewhere an hour away.

April 2018 in Poinciana, Bad service, racist, worst place ever. I’m not coming back, would NOT RECOMMEND, don’t waste your time like myself, just go somewhere else. I waited for over an hour, never call my name on the list, if you ask why they haven’t call you they just send you to have a seat that they will call you, talking to you with an attitude, like if they don’t want to work, very unprofessional with not respect whatsoever.
Excellent patient/customer service! Also, price matched my contacts. Membership perks are worth it.

They try to up sale you with extras that are not needed on your prescription glasses.Thought my wife was purchasing glasses from a car dealer.
Honestly its very unprofessional. I had to wait almost an hour in there when I went to get my eye test done when I had an appointment. Its been a month now and I still havent gotten my glasses. 👎🏼👎🏼

Its the worst there is in customer service, I canceled an order and I cant use the money they gave me back and above all they dont withdraw the insurance claim, that is, you cant use your insurance elsewhere.In other words, they left me with no money available and without insurance.I ask, is it just the ineptitude of the employees? Is it that they want to take some kind of revenge for canceling the order? (clarifying the canceled order on my part due to the lousy customer service, making the exception of the person who sold me the product, to do her justice but after her all bad)There I leave you the questions, the fact is that the affected party is always the consumer.
If I could give less I would do it, to never answer the phone, you arrive at the place and the receptionists are very antipathetic I would say that their work bothers them, they delay in taking care of people, the place itself is a disaster, without leaving aside that bothers people who speak Spanish.👎👎👎👎👎
This is bad bad bad. The treatment of people is pessimistic, unusual in their lens work, to pick up some glasses takes an hour, in short I do not recommend this place to anyone. The people at the front speak very unprofessionally.
I would not recommend the Poinciana office to anyone as the customer service is horrible as is the office in Kissimmee. Not to mention the person who attends you at the front, they do not know how to respond to the patients adequately but they make you wait 2 hours and then tell you that they cannot attend you
The customer service is the worst I do not recommend it to anyone to ask a question you have to sign up on a list that takes about 2 hours to answer 👎
