I want to give Christopher a big thanks for everything you did for me you were awesome. You took the time to look up my insurance and to my surprise that was eligible for new frames and lenses, not like my regular eye care office treated me very poorly. Thanks for taking the measurements manually and explaining why you did now I do not have to directly at something to see it clearly this is great. thanks again!!

Great appointment, friendly staff. Went to go pick up my glasses while I was out and hours said 10-8pm. Went in at 1:15 and they were closed. Sign said they’d return at 2. Hours should reflect that in the business hours posted.

Always receive exceptional service. The staff is more than accommodating. For years I have always picked the same style glasses. This time around Chris was more than helpful. Had me step out of my comfort zone and try something new. Within the first 5 minutes Ive had more compliments than I have ever had. Thank you so much the time you take to personalize each person and helping them step out of their comfort zone.

Had a wonderful experience with them today! They were keeping everyone socially distanced and continuously sanitizing surfaces, as well as every pair of glasses touched by a guest! Christopher was especially kind and helpful, he even picked out the glasses that I ended up getting! Super great service and staff :)

Very expensive for glasses that broke under 6 months use, I paid $480 for a pair of oakleys that broke very easily, and on top of that my eyesight is now almost as bad as before I went there, never go here

My family and I have always got our eye glasses from optical target in south florida but unfortunately when we moved to central Florida we got our new glasses from this optical target in Kissimmee. There is a representative over there all the time that is very RUDE and never wants to help the customers and his name is Raza Iobal.This gentleman sold me a rayban and it was converted to eye glasses and then months later I went back because the lents were scratched. Even though I have insurance he didnt want to honor the same frame and I was obligated to take another frame which was kind of small for my face. Well, I happened to be closed to the optical target at Milennial and explained the situation to one lady over there and she was so embarrased and apologized in the name of optical/target because this gentleman in the kissimee optical lied to me or just didnt know his job. The lady at the milennial resolved everything for me. Well, this saturday I thought in given another opportunity to the optical target/Kissimmee and I went there because the leg of one of my rayban was loose.This same gentleman told me right away that the system was down and to come back in 5 to 10 minutes. My wife went back one hour later and he was so rude that told my wife that he already told me that the system was down but in a very bad attitude. I saw everything I went there and asked him for his name and he acted like he didnt care and gave me his name because nothing it will happen to him. A targets cashier saw the situation and told us that this guy is always rude with the customers and is not the first time she has witnessed problems of attitude from this person towards customers. Maybe this review it wont matter but I would be more than sure to tell the people I know how the customers are treated at this optical target in Kissimmee in order to avoid them for going over there and do business. I will never comeback to this optical.

I do NOT want to give them 1 star. Absolutely horrible customer service - very shady with the insurance. Double dip much? My insurance said we had coverage, and Target Optical fought me until my insurance called them. He then agreed with my insurance that we are in fact covered. Then he called me immediately and said my insurance company had no clue and they could charge what they wanted. SHADY!! Nope, do not go there.

The doctor was spot on with my prescription, which is a first for me in a chain store. The wait was actually shorter than the expected time I was told. The first member of the staff that helped me was nice enough, but knew very little about the job/department (could have been new, who knows). However, the gentleman, whose name evades me right now, that has helped me since definitely knew his department and was very helpful. The only slight I have is the price was a bit excessive. This may have been the first staff member not knowing the specials, or it may have been my own fault for missing the specials. What I do know is the first staff member offered an expedited service for a small fee (less than $20). Mind you, it was a Friday and I was promised the glasses would be in by that Monday with the expedited service... and that was clearly not going to happen. Though I did purchase the service hoping it would take less than the 7 to 10 days I was quoted without the service. When I went into the store 8 days later to find out if my glasses were in, as I had not received a text, the gentleman informed me there was no expedited service offered and refunded the money. Side note, the glasses were in. I was told a text was sent, but I hadnt received one. Oddly enough, I received a text saying my glasses were ready about 3 hours after I picked them up.Not bad, but not great...

Love the optometrist! Second time Ive been here and my glasses are always perfect! Staff worked with me in price and insurance. Very satisfied. Only one employee to work the front, answer phones and help with exam and glasses so sometimes you have to be patient but worth the wait.

The eye examiner was nice but her staff sucks with customer service skills. Made an appointment online but when I get there they claim I did not make it. Was very pissed I will not come back here again. And will be reporting them to my vision insurance company.

My experience at this Target Optical was very pleasant overall. The pre-exam (completed by Raza) was quick, and Dr. Shujaat was precise and easygoing. The staff (specifically the young man named Christian ? ) gave above-and-beyond guest service by helping me decide which frames were best suited for me. The service I received at this Target Optical definitely exceeded my expectations. 10/10

There are people in this world that exude kindness and compassion thats solely taught to them and then their are people in this world like Dr. Hajira whose entire embodiment is kindness and compassion and their mission on earth is to help people.If you are reading his Dr. Hajira from the bottom of my heart, thank you for being you. You made it so comfortable to sit and talk about all things regarding optical health and awareness. Ive never laughed so much over the word heartburn that also metaphorically parallels how we as young adults feel invincible with our bodies and health and as time progresses the importance of taking care of yourself becomes a necessary priority.She understood that we as humans are not perfect and we sleep in our contacts and her compassion to helping me become less ignorant and less negligent to my optical health will last forever. I seriously cannot thank you enough.

These people dont know what theyre doing. Staff treats you like youre stupid and furthermore charges you for things that the other optical centers have NEVER EVEN HEARD OF. Does your eye insurance usually cover everything? No. Here are some breathing fees. Here are some fees for walking on our carpet. Oh you need glasses? Let me charge you $20 on top of the exam for telling you that you need glasses. Please save your sanity and go somewhere else.

Fast and efficient. Could use a little more in the customer service department. Leilani was under friendly and helpful, the other guy was very short and brusque if you asked a question. The eye doctor has no personality and does nothing whatsoever to be friendly with younger patients. Lesson learned, go elsewhere.

The doctor is extremely rude, even to a pre-teenager such as myself. She got angry at me after I didn’t know the answer to a question and treated my mother badly as well for the same reason. The staff was nice enough but I’m changing my eye doctor ASAP.

First they tell me they take my plan. Then a guy with very nasty customer service skills tells me they do not take it for the exam and acted completely rude. I called back later to cancel the appointment and he hung up on me. Please either give this guy Ross some classes of customer service or fire him. I am so disgusted right now.

(If I am able to give zero star, I will do that)The service at this Target Optical was very horrible.The optometrist, Dr. Hajira Shujaat, was the most unfriendly doctor I have ever met. When you paid about $70-80 for about 15 minutes for her service, her attitude was simply unacceptable. It is a shame that Target does business with this kind of doctor.Furthermore, I was very unhappy with the eye examination. It was not thorough enough, in my opinion. During the examination, she asked me to read the smallest letters on the screen with my left eye only (right eye was closed), then with my right eye only (left eye was closed). The problem I had was that she never asked me to read the letters with both eyes. When I addressed this issue, she said that it was not necessary. My common sense told me that it was necessary. She was the only eye doctor that I have gone so far that did not check my reading with both eyes opened.During the reading exam, she got upset with me because I repeatedly told her that the letters were very blurry. Later she figured out that the lense on the instrument (phoropter) was foggy. What an ignorant doctor!This is the only time I have had trouble with eye doctor. Note: I have been wearing glasses for at least 15 years.As of today, I am not wearing the glasses. I tried to wear it for about a week, but I got headache every time I worn the glasses. I will get another eye exam from a different eye doctor in January.When I asked the doctor (after the exam), she said the measurements were a little changed. However, when I asked about the measurements when picking up my glasses, the measurements were actually the same as my previous/old glasses. The only different was the shape of my eyes (I do not recall the exact words I was told). It sounded not right to me. That is why I wanted to get a second opinion from a more reliable eye doctor.As for the glasses, Target Optical has very limited options.I will never come back to Target Optical, especially to this unfriendly, ignorant optometrist.
