Went in to get my glasses repaired, after trying multiple other places and these people were the only people who wanted to try and help me (due to my glasses having a unique mechanism). They managed to fix my glasses and for free! I am very appreciative of Marc and Joanna! I highly recommend.

They never have a DR and always making up excuses. Just called to set up an appointment and Johana told me to call Walmart vision center. This is ridiculous
Would NOT recommend this location. They have canceled my appointment twice already without any notification to me. Having me waste both time and gas. As the first time I went for my appointment they told me it was canceled due to doctor getting Covid but did not attempt to reach out and notify me. The second time they canceled was because they inputted my information incorrectly. They did not attempt at any point to rectify their errors and were also completely unprofessional. Again would not recommend this location.

Wasnt able to make a simple appointment over the phone because I didnt have my insurance information in hand. I was told over the phone that there was a cancellation for Tuesday at 11:30AM and that it was available. So I said sure thats a good time. The lady wanted my insurance and didnt have the decency to make or hold the appointment for me that I really needed for my son while I find my insurance information. I needed an appointment for this week, not 2 weeks or 3 weeks later. Vision works has lost a customer thanks to the incompetence of there employee.

I visited Visionworks to purchase a new pair of prescription glasses - my first in about 5 or 6 years - so, I wanted to shop and make sure I found a pair that I loved. I wound up picking out two pairs since there was a special and they had a great selection. I felt comfortable in the store with just three people at the location and the stores sanitizing precautions. Joanna helped me in-person and Mark helped me on the phone. Both employees were incredibly helpful, patient, and provided excellent service! I had a lot of questions about pricing and insurance. Joanna and Mark walked me through the process and laid out my options without being pushy. My glasses were ready within 4 days of ordering them, and the staff was very welcoming when I returned to pick up the glasses. Thanks for the great service! I would definitely recommend Visionworks and its helpful staff!
Didnt even get to make an appointment. I was on hold for about 10 minutes before someone picked up. I asked if they took my insurance, they said yes, and said they had appointments next week. I asked when and was put on hold again, and after a few minutes sent me to voicemail which hung up on me. No big deal, I called right back and was waiting for 13 minutes when the automated system hung up on me.By this point I was getting frustrated. I called back one more time and waited another 9 minutes, and when nobody answered, I hung up (not an exaggeration, I looked at my outgoing call info). I understand they are busy but I only spoke to someone once and I didnt even get the info I needed. It should not be this difficult to make an appointment. Two stars only because the lady I did speak to on the phone was very nice.
Have always gotten my eyewear at Visionworks. Very good quality at a reasonable price. Staff very helpful and polite would not go anywhere else

OMG I called Visionworks today to see if they could put lens in my Gucci frames. I spoke with Wanda and she said “we have to see if they are IMITATION GUCCI”!!! I was totally shocked, when I told her of her offense to me she did not apologize. She kept going with her rant about my glasses, completely ignoring the real issue of her DISRESPECTFUL DEMEANOR. After I informed her again of her rude comments, she simply told me to hold on. Then I was placed on the phone with a sweet young lady named Janna, who saved us as customers.
This crew here is great. Joanna went out of her way to call my home location of visionworks to get my prescription so she could get me a pair of contacts and then I bought a pair of prescription sunglasses too!Im in town for 2 weeks for work and brought the wrong contacts with me
I have come to this establishment before to get my eyes but my reviewis based on my stop today to get two sunglasses adjusted. I got taken care of right away by Marc. He not only fix both of my sunglasses on the spot, but he also cleaned them and basically they looked like new all over again. I definitely recommend stopping at this location for your eyeglasses and sunglasses needs.
I called the store several times today, no one answered after letting the phone ring for approximately 40 to 50 times for both store and Dr. office. Dont waste your time. Find some plac3 that will at least answer the phone.
Hands down this is the best location I have ever experienced. I have been wearing glasses for close to 15 years and buying a new pair is never an easy task for me after all I do wear it 13-16 hours a day, everyday. So it is pretty much a part of me and for that specific reason it’s so important for me for it to be the best fit for my face and best for my needs. And the staff in this location understood exactly that. Each person I worked with showed exceptional service and genuine care and patience. But honestly the most thing that impressed me was their consistency in knowledge. It was nothing like any other location or optic companies I’ve been to. For a person like myself who doesn’t enjoy change when it comes to something like my eyes. They were extremely knowledge and honest and gave the best educated recommendations. Every person was great but the general manager there and supervisor were specifically exceptional! They are an asset to visionworks.
The staff was very friendly when assisting you. However, it’s been two weeks and I was told my glasses would be ready on Tuesday and that I would receive a text message but I haven’t gotten anything yet. I’ve been calling for two days only to wait 20 minutes to even get someone on the phone and when I do they transfer me with no explanation to a voicemail box that’s full. This is ridiculous. I already paid almost $200 for my glasses and I’m not getting an answer as to what is going on. Please fix this immediately. There’s literally no way to reach anyone helpful unless I have to go there in person.
I had bought glasses and lenses for my daughter over a year ago, and the frames had broken. I went in to purchase the same frames, expecting that that was my only option at this point (wanted to keep the lenses). I was very pleasantly surprised that Joanna offered to take a look and see if she could fix them - and she did! This is customer service at its best - weve been customers here for years, and will certainly return, when they go the extra mile like this. Thank you again, Joanna!

Dr. McCoy was great, great experience with an eye exam! The front staff.....not so much. I scheduled a contact appointment for 5:45 pm. When i got there, Nelli, proceeded to say “we can’t see you for a contact appointment because it’s 5:45 pm”. This is my first time getting contacts, so i was a little confused why they couldn’t see me. I asked again for clarification, Nelli was too busy on her personal phone to help. There was an issue with my insurance to the point we had to get on the phone with the insurance company to verify. Nelli, once again, proceeded to say “What we decide we will charge you” so, is vision works making up prices? All in all, Nelli had a bad attitude, rolling eyes, and clearly wanted to leave. Vision works, there are thousands of people who can do Nellis simple job better (equivalent to a receptionist), i hope you can find a better employee who serves the face of this company. I surely hope you find a better employee!
This was best experience I have ever had picking out new glasses. Tempest was a customers dream ! Pleasant, patient, and extremely helpful. I am excited about my choices, thanks to her . I cant wait to get my new glasses and I will return !
Went above and beyond. While vacationing in the area, contacts accidentally got washed down the drain. Tempest was extremely helpful in communicating with my Dr. back home and dispensing me a pair of contacts in short order, and she was very pleasant and professional as well. In the area there are many choices for eye care, which means the people are the reason folks will continue to come back. You have an excellent employee there in Tempest.

I ordered glasses for my daughter, her second pair, first pair I got what I paid for, second pair, disaster, I feel like they gave me used glasses the case intead of the dilli dalli that comes with the glasses I got a visionworks one, no towel to clean it and also missing the extra strap i should get. The worst part of it is since it is prepaid I have to take-home just like that

Went in to have my Father’s glasses fixed. I thought I would have to leave them. They said to me that they could fix them in a few minutes if I wanted to wait which I did. After about three minutes they came out with them fixed and told me no charge just to give them a good review so here it is. Thank you very much.
My boys and I come to this Vision Works and the girls have always been very patient, understanding and helpful any time we are there for an exam or new glasses. They always try and make sure we are getting the best deals!! One of the many reasons we have been going here for the past 3 years......
This is one of the best Visionworks Ive been to in Florida! Coming from Miami, I thought it was going to be a mission to fix a screw on my glasses. The people here were very generous and courteous. Recomend 10/10!!

I had an amazing experience at this store. I must heap praise on the assistant manager, Beverly. She was paitent with me, answering all my questions. She exceeded expectations in helping me choose frames, and I bought three pairs of glasses. As a manager for a bank, I coach my employees on providing exemplary customer service. Beverly provided that to me and it was greatly appreciated. If youre thinking of patronizing this Visionworks, do so and ask for Beverly to assist you. You can tell she cares about her customers. Shes truly an angel.
Was really nice and they did put a lot attention to details to if I was comfortable with the fit of the glasses. Not pushy at all with the warranty that they offer although I bought it... will come back
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I went to go and get eye contacts for my daughter. However, some lady claims that her insurance did not cover her contacts, only glasses. We asked for the insurance number and she gives us a number which belonged to some cruise line. We tried to tell her that her contacts were covered but she was really rude. Rather than helping us out, she ends up talking to other people about her own life. We called our insurance and they told us that my daughters contacts were covered. She literally did this just to get the money. That lady represents repulsive customer service and I will never get eye contacts or glasses from here again. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

I called ahead and scheduled an appointment, I was able to get as early a spot as two weeks out. They do have walk ins after 3pm, but only a few spots. The staff was kind and really helped me narrow down my choice of frames. They were pretty good at explaining my vision plan benefits, even though I had an understanding of what my benefits are. Very professional demeanor across the board, and expedient in taking care of their customers. After my test was done, they guided me through the check-out process and it was seamless with my insurance(VSP), and having everything paid for and being on my way was all of maybe 6 minutes.
The manager and her employees are excellently. They helped me with my glasses by retrieving my prescription from another store and they was just perfect would recommend this store to anyone who visits

Slept on my glasses and they got twisted. Went in and in 5 mins my glasses were as good as new! Friendly and nice staff.
Manager Tempest Mahesse was so rude and unprofessional, they have a $29 deal so they can get you to the door, then you go there they have kids working they dont know whats going on, they want to charge me $80 +$29, I was told my glass has extra stuff to make, ripoff. I was nice and calm about it, even after I waited about an hour there, I said Im here now and you have a deal going on can you give me a good deal, when the young girl went to the manager to ask for a discount, the rude manager yelled loud voice and said no and other thing, I felt embarrassed when everyone in the store heard the rude manager talking about me, she can be nice and come to me to explain things and be nice, also for beginning I should of been told I will be charge extra, instead of waited all that time.

While visiting Kissimmee, FL. I had one of my lens pop out of my frame. And Im like wow Im along way from home like Fort Worth, TX what am I going to do. And seem Visionworks lets swing in and see if they can help me out. Went in and said I need some help plz can you guys fix my glasses. This young lady walked up and said I think so give me a second and really that is all she needed cleaned off the lens and handed them back. I purchase two beautiful pair of glasses, and loved the sunglasses, until I began wearing them. They scratche easily unlike the pair that Ive had for more than three years that I purchased elsewhere. The arms of the glasses touch the glass and has Removed the color off both sides of the glasses. Im back to wearing my other sunglasses permanently. Ive contacted the company and even went to the shop to discuss the situation in person with no resolution. I wont be using them again.Jimmie Mazon

Very unprofessional. I called to see if my glasses were anywhere near ready. and they told me yeah they been here since four days. I asked them why didint no one call me they said they didn’t know. once I get there One of the frames I ordered were the wrong ones. they don’t apologize.they just talk to each other in Spanish which is very unprofessional. to just assume that everybody in America should know Spanish. I spent over $200 here and they didn’t even have the decency to give me a wipe cloth for my glasses it took me 10 minutes to try to explain what is a wipe cloth to the employee because she didn’t know how to say it in English only Spanish completely horrible .

Initial interaction with the staff was great. We were told we had to make an appointment for an exam, so we sat in the waiting area for the doctor. Thats where it got bad!! One of the other employees came into the waiting room and started being rude to my wife because her chair was against the wall, and mentioned thats why the chair was in another location (my wife hadnt moved the chair at all). She then scolded us that we werent going to be seen today, which we already understood (which is the purpose of making an appointment). When we tried to explain to her that we already knew that and thats why we were here to make an appointment....she was very condescending to us and told us she would make the appointment. We then got into an argument about how rude she was and she just continued to be more rude. Needless to say, we left the store (they have now lost a customer). Will find another place to take our business instead of paying lots of money for their product with rude service.

I went once there before and it was a bad experience. I thought I would give it another try to see if it would improve, it went worst. The receptionist is very rude. Arrived 20 minutes early for an 11:00 appointment. 20 mins after 11 I still wasnt attended. Cant say anything about the doctors since I didnt bother sticking around.

I would like to share my experience at the Kissimmee Fl. location. First I would like to thank the manager Tempest Mahesse and her staff for their exceptional customer service they always provide. Whenever Im in Florida I make sure that I have an appointment for an exam to ensure my glasses are correct. This past month my family was vacationing in Orlando and I made time for my family to get their eyes examined by Ms. Mahesse and her staff who always make sure the prescriptions and the adjustments to the glasses are on point. I appreciate the one-on-one care they give to each of their customers and going that extra mile.I would recommend a visit to her store because they know what they are doing and you can be sure that you will get the best service possible.

Want to make an appointment? Do not bother. I had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment for a pre screening and then waited an additional 20 minutes for the doctor. After his 10 minute exam I waited an additional 20 minutes for someone to help me purchase the frames I had picked out. Many people working but no one seemed to know what was going on. No clear person in charge and no numbering system. Service was overall friendly, but cant save my experience.
Everyone was nice to me. The doctor was pretty straight forward. I got an exam for contacts and tried some on. I didnt like them and they had no problem with me changing my mind. Didnt give me any attitude and didnt charge me since I didnt take a sample with me. The people on the sales side were nice. A young girl helped me out and she was cool. Told me about the different options but didnt push anything on me. I bought two pair of glasses. One with HD and one without. The difference was hardly noticeable. I guess you live and you learn. Otherwise all was well. I would have given 5 stars if the HD was what they said it would be. I dont blame them for hyping it up as Im sure they are told that the HD is supposedly the bomb.
Dr Lewis has a awesome office and he takes care of you .
Be careful when you buy your glasses there is no warrantee you have to buy the warranty and it still cost 50% of the cost to replace your lenses even for a return customer never going back again
They refused to adjust my glasses because I didnt buy them there. I even offered to pay and they refused! Never will go here again.

Need to change lense to darker fit within 100 day satisfaction. Even though told it was covered, they wouldnt even take because manager wasnt there. When you drive 45 minutes to get there, better accommodations should be available.
