Jenna did an outstanding job with my first time prescription glasses. She was very personable and very professional five stars all around. The rest of the staff was very helpful and professional as well.

Dr. Roberts, Hector Acevedo, Hector Medina, and Migdalia Perez were absolutely amazing getting glasses ready for my wife. The entire office treated us wonderfully despite being busy, making time for us and not making us feel like an imposition. I would recommend this location to anyone needing new eyeglasses, their existing glasses fixed, or needing to update their prescription.

Awesome employees! Every single employee that I came in contact with was a breath of fresh air. Theres wasnt anyone there that wasnt willing to help me. Jenna was beyond expectation. My daughters current glasses are being held by tape, and her new frames and lenses has to be ordered, it would take about 2 weeks for the glasses to be ready. Jenna helped us out by figuring something out so that my daughter could get some glasses on the same day. Now my daughter gets to walk around without taped up glasses. Thank you Jenna! Jenna was amazing with assisting me in the process of picking out some style frames and in the deciding factor. She also fully explained whats best for the lens and what is needed vs not really needed when it came to antiglare, transitions and such. Very friendly and helpful! Loved that about her!

Damaris provided excellent customer service! My granddaughter broke her eyeglasses while we were on vacation and Damaris took great care of us. We were able to get new eyeglasses on the same day. My visit was not a polite, my daughter was getting her eye wear and examine.The lady dark fresh cut hair was extremely dismissive and not polite but thank God the woman with short hair answered all my daughter?? and mine .I never been in this place but I gave it a try .I will stay going to optical Target. Sometimes change is not good.

Ive been going to this same eyeglass world for 7 years now. Ive always had great customer service. But today was beyond great Damaris was EXCELLENT! She stepped in and took care of me and the issues I was having with the replacement of my broken frames. Even while taking care of me, she had her store and staff running in PERFECTION!

I came here today to get my kids and my eye exams done and nothing! I took the day off for these people to tell me they can’t pull me up in the system! The lady says we can’t find you but we can find your kids. She said THEY would have to call my insurance and proceeded to start my children’s exams and then after asked if I called my insurance when they said THEY were going to need to call. I would have called 30 minutes before had they had said I needed to call. I called my insurance and I obviously am on the plan as I am the primary and my children are under me. Instead of them trying to call or figure something out they basically told me they couldn’t help me. So now I’m stuck searching around for another appointment and there’s nothing available because of Covid. I will NEVER spend another cent at this place. Clearly you should have called my insurance to verify and your IT if there’s a problem! Common sense isn’t so common anymore I guess! Thanks for nothing!

Jenna is perfect, gave me the best recommendations for me and was super patient with me. Ended up getting two glasses with the added bonus being super informed about it. Really honest with me on how it looked on me and she wasnt afraid to tell me if they looked good or not. To me thats what I look for when Im buying glasses, not everyone looks the same way with every pair and it goes a long way when the employee is honest. Even the rest of the staff was really nice too, all of them were really nice and patient with me, even if it was only for a few minutes spent with them. If anyone asks me where I got my glasses, Im definitely going to tell them it was this store specifically. (Theyre going to attempt to install prescription glasses on my Razer Anzu smart glasses too, way better price then from Razer directly!)

Doctor was great but the staff? Worst customer service i have every experienced from the staff. I called to ask if i can cancel my contact supply because when i used the trial ones they gave me it wasn’t really comfortable for me. So it wouldn’t make sense for me to have ordered a whole year worth of contacts BUT.. instead of hearing me out this lady that answered the phone cut me off and starts giving me attitude. Saying we gave you a discount on the glasses because you purchased a whole year of contacts and you would have to pay the full amount for the glasses. Well honestly I’ll pay for whatever difference for the discount they gave me. I don’t care. But just they way she spoke to me was so unnecessary and then she straight said bye and hanged up? What the hell is that? I recommended this place to a friend of mine because the doctor was great but now i regret recommending this place. Never again.

Staff customer service was awesome and greeted with a smile. The facility was clean, we loved Dr. William who was very informative and patient with answering all our questions. Would have given more stars because staff were very friendly and helpful. But they didnt have truals of the new contacts. Takes a week or more to get a trial pair or my ordered boxes. Hoping theyre correct since we couldnt test new strength. Facility needs to make sure they have more trial strengths to try before ordering.

Melina was such a huge help walking us through the process. My mother-in-law fell and broke her glasses (as well as multiple bones.) She was in too bad shape to bring her in and Melina helped us get her glasses ready the same day with her prescription.

Needs improvement in their system for patient appointments. I had a prescheduled appointment, had already filled out the intake forms online and showed up 15 minutes early for check in just to be told I would have to be treated like a walk in and wait to be worked in and seen because I didn’t answer their confirmation phone call the day before when I was at work and my appt. was cancelled.There were five other people who walked in around the same time I did. I heard at least two say they had an appointment as well and all of them still had to fill out paperwork.I was the only customer that had everything done besides the fact I couldn’t answer a phone call the day before because I was working.From a customer service standpoint that just doesn’t seem right. If that is a policy they want to use with patient appointments they should communicate that up front. I had done everything up to that point that was communicated and asked of me for my appointment. Being required to answer or return a call during their office hours the day before your appointment in order to keep your appt., even if you are at work, was never communicated.

The doctor was great but forget trying to get ahold of someone for a follow up. Ive called multiple times in a span of two weeks and they make it seem like your inconveniencing them. They put you on hold every time and sit there for more then10 minutes each time. Id hang up and call back just for the ladies to laugh and say, Oh sorry, thought youd hung up after having you on hold for so long. Seriously? Every time? Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Its not worth the headsche.

Hot mess, no sense of urgency. We stood by the door for minutes before being attended. When we finally found a pair our daughter loved nobody came to help, nobody asked if we needed anything. We stood there for minutes and minutes and ended up leaving.

Things by their name, I when to the store because my wife recommended and Kevin is the Bomb, that guy took his time to explain me show me each charge, explain all my benefits, he told me about buying 1 pair with my insurance and the second 50%. I took it, Kevin makes my day and the best customer experience ever. I as a Veteran Marine got a discount and he recognize my IDs, the Doctor was awesome and took time with me and 2 weeks later after purchase one of the Oakley a rubber broke and Oscar request a new pair under guaranteed. All this 3 people make a great customer service I recommend this place to all my coworkers since they take our insurance.But guys I am telling you when go to this place ask for Kevin or Oscar, you will have a great service.

Worse customer service. My eye exam appt was canceled after confirming, without notice. I drove over a half an hour to find this out. Guy behind desk asked doctor if he had time for a walk in. Doctor said no. Well I wasn’t a walk in, I had an appt. The least he could have done was tell the truth, they screwed up. Then he had the nerve to say, “I understand”. Guess what? He doesn’t. Will never be back.
