The work they do is good but when it comes to customer service they’re not very good. I bought a grill that they told me they would put on my car, but they turned me away when I showed up. Even though I spoke with someone last time and they told me that it’s only a 5 min job or less so I could walk in at any time. So I wasted my time driving over there just for them to tell me that they can’t do the 5 min job. Don’t waste your time.

I had been there few times everything good just except for the last time, the work on my car( fix a flat tire )was going to be done by 12:45 pm, I had to called them around 1:45 pm I find out that was going to be ready by 3:30 pm, they didn’t called me to let me know that the work was going to take more time, I let the manager know about it, She apologized, I just took my car with me. Because I was supposed to be at work at 2:30 pm

Dave at this tires plus location super helpful I got there 1 hr before they close for a full synthetic oil change he did not give the same excuse I was giving at the Saint Cloud location. And they looked just as busy and under staffed

I just really wanna thank Harry, Jeremy and George for the above excellent and professional service that they offered. They took care of my 350z like if it was their own. They took the entire front end off the replace the radiator support and gave me back my car better than is was before. Thanks gentlemen! A Job Well Done!!!

I do like the service they offer. Honest recommendations and good prices. However I don’t recommend buying tires there. Too expensive. One thing about getting your car serviced here is that they have no parts in stock so prepare to wait for a long long time specially if you own an European car like I do.

Professional and courteous, but they took an hour and a half to change my oil! And thats after I had booked an appointment to do so at 8 A.M! Thats the epitome of inefficiency.

4/5/2019Went in for a routine alignment and 4 tire change. Left there and my car starts overheating. Looked under the hood and the radiator cap wasnt put back on correctly and the cap landed up breaking. Antifreeze splattered everywhere. Went to get a new one and put it on. On the way to work car stalled on me three times. Got to my work parking lot and checked under the hood again. Sure enough there was water and antifreeze everywhere which means the car overheated even with a new radiator cap. The car was perfectly fine besides the alignment and having a donut in the rear because of a flat i got the night before. This is really suspect and infuriating as now i have to call out of work and lose money because something was done to my car and now they have to fix it. Ill change my rating if they own up and fix the problem. Other than that avoid this place as its not the way it used to be.Update 1 day later:*was able to add pics*They asked me to bring the car back. Had to take a day off of work (without pay) and they checked it out. Turns out because i didnt know the cap was not on right and the car overheated the head gasket blew. Mechanic is not owning up to it, even though when they were diagnosing the car in front of me and he admitted it, i have to through a claim process and have an investigator come examine the car for them to pay for a new engine. I upped the rating one star because of Tina, who is the advisor in the front. She tried to make it right, but now that a screw up happened its being taken cared of out of her pay rate. Now Im out of a car until this investigation happens. Trying to get them to at least get a rental (on their expense) so i can at least go to work. This is unbelievable 😤 I understand we are all human and make mistakes, but at least own up to it and make it right. I would have no problem with hearing Im sorry let us fix this.Update 3 days later:They are back to one star because they refused to settle for fixing my car even though it was their fault. We negotiated to get it fixed with us giving them $100 to do the job, but the store manager decided to talk to his boss about it and was told they wouldnt do the deal because that would show they admitted they were at fault. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW? It was your fault and you making a deal with us shows youre at fault. But now that the big boss was notified you wanna turn face again? They also lead us to believe they started the investigation as of the 6th when in fact nothing was done because they wanted to negotiate a deal. So now Im without a car for work and this supposed district manager says they wont cover for a rental because thats not what they do 😒😤 My dad and i have been going to this location for almost 15 years now and they are officially trash as a business and not doing the right thing. AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE! I hope corporate responds again to this so they can see what terrible human beings these people are being. THEY ARE LITERALLY COSTING ME MY JOB NOW WITH NO CAR TO GO TO WORK IN.Update 5/14/2019So after six weeks their so called investigation that was supposed to take 3-5 days took 5 weeks and they DENIED the claim 😠 The investigator made the decision without even coming to my dad and i. The ONLY time he asked for anything was one email asking for the same pics you see here and the paperwork he already had access to. Heres the kicker though folks. When my dad went to tow the car back from their shop my license plate was missing. My dad asked the store manager where was it. His reply: it was stolen. My dad asked when did it happen. His reply: about a week and a half ago in an i dont care, whatever not my problem kind attitude 😠😤 My dad was fuming as to why one of us werent called about this or at the least the police called to make a report. All the stupid store manager kept doing was shrug his shoulders like a douche bag. My dad had to call the police and report our plates stolen. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! To corporate who responded, youre pathological liars 😠😤

Be very careful when using the services of this place. They are not honest with customers, not to mention poor service, they invent things that their car does not have a problem with and they still charge for what they do not do. I do not recommend!!

Great prices for an oil change ..

Beware! The manager tried to tell me that my control arms and cv joints were bad and needed to be replaced immediately for $1400. They also said that the brakes scored a 3 out of 5. Funny they forgot they were the ones that installed brand new brakes 3 weeks earlier. I started questioning them and asked for a copy of my vehicle inspection which I had paid for. He said he could only email it to me which of course he didn’t. I took my car to Goodyear and they told me everything was fine.Stay away from this Tires Plus on Vine. I am listing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!

George is always professional and friendly. He gives me the prices up front, so there are no surprises. Mike the Mechanic follows through and lets me know if there is anything else that he recommends to be done. Of my several visits to this store, everyone has always been courteous, friendly, and professional. The work has been done right the first time. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to have tire and mechanical work done to their vehicle.

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. It was pretty fast! Im guessing because of the Pandemic or they actually worked on one car without interference. Usually, its a whole day thing when you go, even with an appointment! They should stick to this schedule and get it done!

They really help you out when you need it the most. Tina was awesome from when I talked to her over the phone to the time I got my car back. She is just a great person and I am blessed that I had her to help me. The rest of the staff are great and make sure the clients are well off with their car. Thank you guys for the hard work you do. If I could rate 0 stars I would for this one experience. Charged an arm and a leg and told me itd be an hour and half for an oil change even with an appointment. Also staff do not wear masks correctly so they might as well not wear them at all. Id just go to valvoline in the future. They charge less and get you out in 15 mins. Ridiculous waste off time.

I went there because it was the closest place when my tires busted a few months back. One of them was completed deflated, the other had a fat nail in it. Well, they replaced the tire that was completely busted.. Then the second tire that was replaced was the WRONG tire. They let me know, dont worry, this is for the best since this thread is thinner and manipulated me into keeping it that way. Before this happened they told me they could NOT patch the tire with the nail because it was too thick so I HAD to buy the second tire.. Well, after THEIR mistake, they tell me actually, we can just patch the tire now, it will hold for a long time. Two weeks later the tire was flat and I was going to get a third tire. Never again will I trust a tires plus. Very disappointing. Pep boys has been much more reliable.

From the second I walked into this Tires Plus, I felt very welcomed and appreciated. I was greeted by Tina, one of their Managers. She was very friendly, professional and courteous! Tina, assisted me with opening an account and kept me informed every step of my service progress. I was also greeted by George the Store Manager, he also was very friendly and outgoing and thanked me for my many years of bringing my cars for service at Tires Plus! His service techs are friendly, very knowledgeable/certified in vehicle car maintenance and service. They have one Senior certified tech named Tommy who is a great guy that has not only worked for Tires Plus for almost 20 years, but at this same location. Now that is a testament to not only the management, but the entire team! I highly recommend this Tires Plus for your next car service!

Some of the best prices and workmanship I’ve seen. George Chester explained the entire itemized list and every charge in great detail. I was informed I needed tires but was not pressured or scare tactic-ed into buying right there. And I was even quoted a price FOR TIRES AND LABOR less than a previous quote for JUST TIRES. 100% will be coming back and getting more work done.

I went there to get an alignement. The Service was fast and perfect. Dropped my car and went home, I got a call 40 minutes later and was told that my car was ready. Came in, george explained to me what was going on with my car. Paid and left right away. I would definitely recommend them if you want to get quality service .

I recently visited Tires Plus two days in a row for two flat tires. When I called them, they said I could bring in the car right away even though it was close to closing. They went out of their way to stay past their work hours to fix my tire efficiently. Im very happy with the service they provided! George was very helpful and polite.

Very impressed. Visiting my daughter who is great at everything except car maintenance including tires. Talked to Tina the tire manager about an alignment and tires. Not only did Tina provide a great price on new tires and match pricing less one dollar for an alignment but also made sure that the car was inspected, needed wipers, no problem, made sure spare was in good condition too. I really appreciated Tina’s professionalism and how well the store employees worked together as a team. Outstanding in my opinion.

George and Jack provided exceptional service. My car broke down unexpectedly on a road trip to Florida and required a transmission. A nine hour job!!! When I told them how I was only on vacation and I really needed ti get back home, these gentleman jumped to assist me at getting last minute parts, taking my every call, and making certain my vehicle was ready for my trip back home. Wow!!! They are incredible.

How they went above and beyond to help me get the tires I needed the same day. I looked at three others stores and they all had to order them and couldn’t get them in until at least three days. I had my tires within two hours after placing the order for them. Liked the fact they checked over the rest of the car to see if anything else is needed.

Service was quick. Had no wait to get in and they have reasonable prices. Very courteous staff. If you need service check them out.

We dropped the car off later in the day for brakes and AC inspection. They kept us in the loop about anything they needed to do. My wifes car is running great. George, jack, and the team did great. Thanks

I love this Tires Plus as the employees here at this location are very customer oriented and courteous to their patrons. They try and get you out in a timely manner and keep you posted on the progress of your vehicle. They also do not give you any suggestions on unneeded repairs.

Me & my girlfriend went there last month on May 11th to see what needed to be fixed & they told us the shocks would have to get replaced because they were bad or going bad. My girlfriend went there to get her shocks replaced today. She has a tire plus credit card & both times the same employee told us she wouldnt have to pay anything the same day or put any money down in order to get the service done. Because of this & only this told to us by the same employee my girlfriend got the service done. After they did the job they told her she would have to pay everything today otherwise they couldnt release the car to her. This was misinformation & we are highly upset over this. Probably will never go back to tire plus ever again. They now have her car & my girlfriend has to work tomorrow & it is her only form of transportation. We have to wait for the manager to come in tomorrow to see if they can take out the parts they installed or come up with another solution.

This establishment intentionally put my life at risk(TIRES PLUS VINE STREET KISSIMMEE LOCATION). I initially came to get tires mounted, balanced and aligned. I opted for the more expensive alignment because it was unlimited alignments for a year. I have replaced multiple suspension components since then and have returned to have the aliment checked. About a week or so after my last visit I was refilling my windshield fluid when i noticed what was a mangled rack and pinion bellow boot and retainer clamp. Being that I had the entire rack and pinion assembly replaced earlier in the year and other than myself and my long time personal mechanic it was quite apparent that it was sabotaged. There is no way under any driving conditions that this could happen with out noticing. I showed the part to a NAPA parts specialist and they confirmed that it appeared to have been pried off. I have heard of mechanics intentionally sabotaging parts to create repeat customers but never have I had this happen to me until now. This place put my well being at risk as well as my financial stability.(A rack and pinion replacement at an establishment like this can easily be in the thousands). DONT PUT YOURSELF IN HARMS WAY TO SAVE A BUCK!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR ANY OTHER TIRES PLUS MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!

Horrible customer service .The associates think they are slick and think I was born yesterday . A simple nail in tire that could have been patched on a brand new tire just 2 Months old they tried to convince me I needed a new tire for $200 smh. Give me my truck and leave the nail in the tire please .Went down the block and $15 later I have a patch and everything is all good .Thanks but no thanks I will no longer shop here or refer them to anyone .Just FYI to anyone who goes in here just listen to them and you can hear the BS .Better shops less then a mile away with quick tire fix and better service

This was my first time bringing my car into a TiresPlus location. I was impressed from the moment I walked into TiresPlus Kissimme to the moment I drove away as a very highly satisfied customer. I felt completely safe and comfortable in trusting staff with my vehicle and was I happy to see masked staff and customers practicing social distancing in the waiting room with chairs spaced out 6feet and hand sanitizers available for use. Coffee, water and vending machines were available for my comfort while waiting. I must say that the staff are very qualified and produce quality work. George, was friendly and informative in helping me choose a new set of tires for my 2016 Dodge Journey. His staff thoroughly checked my car and were helpful in pointing out a few suggested repairs and a detailed estimate. I received excellent customer service from reliable and courteous staff. There were no unexpected charges and I received fast service. I would highly recommend and will return to this location for any future maintenance my car may need.

They do a great job with our repairs

I got to Tires Plus at 12:40 PM for my 1PM appointment. At 1:20PM another customer drove in with a white Mercedes Benz and had the same issue that I had (nail in the tire). He didn’t appeared to have an appointment but he spoke to one mechanics outside and by the time the customer got into the office his car was being driven into the one of the bays. I got up and ask the person in the front desk for the status on my car and pointed out to him what I saw. He immediately started searching for my paperwork. After spending about 10 minutes trying to locate my keys they finally drove my car into the bay. 15 to 20 minutes later he told me that they could not patch the tire because the nail was on the side wall. They had to replace the tire. I purchased the life time warranty but still had to pay over $50 dollars even with the warranty for the new tire. He said they will get it done ASAP. About 15 minutes later he told me that although the system showed that they had the tires available they didn’t have the tires on stock. I had to wait another 30 minutes for a carrier to deliver the tire from another store before they can replace the tire. It’s 3:30 PM right now and I’m still waiting. :(

The customer service was phenomenal! I needed an oil change last second before a road trip and I was done in 15 minutes! The store manager George even pulled in the car himself!

I had brough my cars there for service. However my last experience was terrible. I had an item in my car worth about $100 and it was stolen from the service rep. The store took ownership. However the trust is lost, dont feel comfortable to do business there again. Also while I was waiting to get my issue resolve another cust was having a similar situation where they didnt put one of his car parts back. I had same experience also where they lost some of my, again they paid for it and took ownership, but the main point as you can see it is the PRINCIPAL My personal advise is dont trust service places, lock and put away your personal items Hope this helps.

Went here to get tires rotated 2.40 hours later car is ready fine. Husband gets home a d notices same tire on passenger side front. They never rotated! Called store and tech said thread was possibly too low. On tires a year old? Total rip off and scam avoid at all cost.

Been going here for 35 years. Still great customer service. George is very good and knowledgeable at his job. Thats hard to find. Ill keep coming back.

I liked the service... And I love the new guy they have at the counter... But...i came in because my car sounded like it had a flat tire but I didnt have a flat that I could see, I asked them could they look at it real quick....and the counter guy said itll be $21 to look at it......i asked. $21 JUST to look at it? and he said yes ....Im like okay and then I guess I have no choice....they showed me what was wrong with it .... I had a bulging lump in my tire.. So I had to replace my tire. They wanted me to buy 2 tires... But I said I cant... Im super broke right now... The counter guy then went over what they are charging me....were charging you for the tire and to look at it. I then said, well that fee to look at my car should be taken off sense Im getting service here...The counter guy then said... Well I can split it with you cuz you only bought one tire... If you bought 2 then I could remove it.That sucks they they refused to remove the fee after I got service there... So I wont be bringing my car back there again..They lost me as a customer because of a fee they refused to remove when I got service there.....greed gets the best of people I guess... I know it wasnt that much of a fee.. But this is the ONLY time they have ever done that to me...its not right..Advise to the store... Waive the fees you charge for looking at the cars, if customer gets the service done there

I am so impressed with this Tires Plus store on W Vine Street that I just had to let everyone know. They are professional, efficient, friendly, the service area is clean and the service is outstanding. The manager is fantastic. The first time I went in for an oil change but I also just broke the latch to my hood that morning- anyway- they fixed it no problem, and had it ready with a fresh oil change in no time. And they dropped my car off at my work! Now thats excellent service!!!!
