After my inspection at 8am today - I was recommended to get a few new tires. 45 mins later I was told they were out of the tires, but they’re on the way so my car should be ready soon. I WAITED FROM 10 am TO 3pm....That’s 5 HOURS FOR A 1 HOUR SERVICE!!NOTHING was offered to me for the inconvenience this caused me. I had better communication and service my first time here, which is why I came back...but this was enough for me not return here. The customer should not have to suffer because of an inventory issue or for them to maintain a sale.

I have been coming to this same Firestone for years. Got tires for now for different cars. Toyota Yaris, Volkswagen Cabriolet, Cadillac Seville, and now Toyota Corolla.I still have the convertible but it is an antique so not something I drive everyday. Got a screw in the tire of the corolla Saturday.Also the front passenger wheel bearings need to be replaced but they want +$400. So that is more than I want to pay plus there is another shop that quoted $350.I really like the service and generally recommend the place.

I went for a tire alignment offer.After having the car for 45 minutes they asked me what the problem was that already sounded weird. When I told them the car would steer to the right a little they said I needed a camber but they had to install bla bla bla. So I went for a second opinion somewhere else and they showed me every thing was good and there was no need to aligned.

Horrible experience. Doesn’t seem like they know what they are doing, I came in for a tire patch and rotation simple request. I could’ve done it myself but wanted to save time on my day off. After one hour with car the tech comes to me and tells me he can’t find the nail in my tire which was weird because I swore I saw it. I asked him which tire was the back passenger which where the nail was in less than 30 seconds I pointed where nail was l. Luckily the manager came and said it was repairable because he was trying to get me to get a new tire. I’ve been waiting 2 hours since they’ve put the car on the lift for a patch and rotation.

I have not have had too much of a problem with this Firestone location until 9/30/2020. I β€œdropped” off my car at 8:30am without an appointment and knew that it would be a couple hours until my car would be ready. I told them what I need done and handed over my keys and told Susan that I would be waiting in their waiting area. I eventually get up to ask what was going on after no one has communicated with me, not ONCE. When I talked to someone they told me that they had called me and left a message which I don’t believe is true. I asked what phone number they had listed under my name and it was correct. However, there is not a single call from this Firestone location on 9/30 the only call I was from 9/29, the day before, about the appointment that I had tried to set up. I had been doing school work on my phone for a few hours and lost track of time and now it’s 4:30pm, 8 hours later and I haven’t gotten up once. You could pull the security cameras and see I sat in the same seat for hours and people came in and out and didn’t speak one word to me. I’m frustrated because I verbally said and asked if I could sit and wait and was told yes. To have to wait for hours on end and be told that the price of everything will be over $1,000 all at once after confronting someone who worked there because no one felt like communicating anything to me is absolutely ridiculous. This being my only day off from work and taking care of a family member in hospice, which as I’m writing this I have been receiving phone calls being told they will probably pass away at some point tonight, this Firestone location has completely wasted my time. I still don’t know what time my car will be done or if I can even make it to see my family member before they pass. I will not be coming back.

Paul was the representative who assisted us with the purchase of a set of 4 tires. He was professional, patient and understanding of our need to remain on budget. We were blown away when we were shown the invoice that we immediately asked for a quote on an oil change and then we were amazed we were under budget with the 4 tires and the oil change. Plus, all work was completed in about an hours time. Susan also contributed with discount knowledge. What a great team effort including our technician who did a great job! Firestone Kissimmee was a great experience.

Was very disappointed when i walked in friday sept. 4th. Needed some help finding what was wrong with my vehicle and was told to take it back to the other place that worked on my car with a very sarcastic attitude. Then told that they cant help me anyway because theyre so booked up and that if i felt like it i could leave my car and hopefully someone MIGHT be able to look at it in 3 -4 hours. Very happy customer. Good people. Great deal. I just bought a 2018 Audi A7 off of Vroom. Had the 10k mile service done at the dealer for free. Dealer said my car needed all 4 wheels rebalanced, rotated, and realigned. Estimate for all was $980 plus tax. I laughed and took my car to this Firestone in Kissimmee. A few hours later my car was done and total cost was $165. Couldnt be happier!

Christopher and Maria were a life saver. I was on my way home from work and I got a flat tire on i4. After finally having AAA place my spare donut on, I rushed to the closest tire shop with fingers crossed to get a new tire that same day. With 45 mins until close Christopher and Maria were able to pull thru and get me a new tire replaced and help me out. Imagine the worst case scenario, yesterday Sunday, August 9 I found myself in the worst case scenario. I need my tires changed today. No place locally was able to do it same day. I found firestone in Kissimmee, I called them and they said they could do it. I drove a few miles to get there. On my way blew out a tire. Learned how to change a tire in 1000Degree weather in Florida. Got there and received the best customer service and the Best service I could imagine. So pleased and trust me that pretty difficult to do. Thank you

Poor customer service. Susan and Jose lack the ability to communicate effectively. I came inside already having a difficult day due to back tire on the rental going out. I was instructed by Enterprises to bring the vehicle to Firestone and they will take care of me. Once I arrive I explain into detail with Susan my issue, she proceeded to tell me she could help but it will take time ( 2hrs just for an approval). Once the approval is granted then an additional two hours for one tire. I tried explaining that it’s been since 10am that I’ve had this issue and I really need to get to work. Jose came up and stated that if I was only needing one tire then the process would be quicker. I was on the phone with Enterprise the entire conversation with both employees. The representative from Enterprise stated that he could hear the conversation and that I was not given adequate service. According to Enterprise if one of their customers need services through Firestone all that needed to be done was hand over the rental keys and I would be taken care of. Unfortunately, I feel like nobody gives a damn about my time or situation. Customer service is definitely not the strong point at Firestone.

Even if you have an appointment don’t expect for this location to help you with all your needs. I understand that this is a busy location but honesty is always the best policy in my eyes... my check engine light came on so I made an appointment. After they checked to see what was the problem the person who was attending me told me that he didn’t really know how to explain my problem but it had something to do with the control of the air that goes in and out my my engine and because of the weather changes that might be the problem so he erased the code and if my check engine light comes back on to bring it back in.... Now I don’t know about cars but that sounded like the biggest lie. He should of just been honest and told me that they were to busy to attend all my needs and to make another appointment for when they could... Needless to say as soon as I left my check engine light was still on. Poor customer service. This location definitely lost a client.

Terrible customer service by Chris. I went in for a tire vibration concern, after my tire alignment service was completed and paid for. I noticed that tire alignment was still acting up as I was driving home. So therefore, I called back and spoke to Chris. I asked was a β€œtest drive not done on my car before returning it me” he informed me that a test drive was not down on my car before returning it to me and it could be another issue with the tire. I feel like every time I go to Firestone, they don’t actually fix the problem. They try to scam me out of more money each time because they think I’m since I’m a female, I don’t know anything about cars. Which is going to cost me more money. These are supposed to be trusted mechanics that do their jobs with integrity.

I always had a good experience with Firestone until I moved and this was the closer location to my new home.A month later after an oil change at this location on my 2014 Santa Fe Sport, I noticed an oil leaking coming from the passenger side under the hood.I made an appointment and took the vehicle back to Firestone where I was told it needed general maintenance (even when it was not time to do so). I was told the leaking was coming from the transmission line, but they don’t do that work.I took the car to AAMCO Transmissions and after the inspection, they found that Firestone changed my oil without removing the plastic panel underneath the engine, getting it all messy with a considerable amount of oil causing the β€œleaking”. The transmission line was dry and everything else looked in good conditions.I won’t trust a mechanic that will lie to their customers without even taking the time to make sure what’s the issue in your vehicle. I will not visit this location again.

Brought vehicle in to patch a tire with a plug and to get an oil change. Got a call stating my car was finished and when I arrived I was told they could not patch a previous repair and recommended to buy a new tire. A plug is a temporary fix until you are able to get a patch and they just want to rip people off by selling tires. I told them when checking in the tire had a plug and the front desk employee led me to believe a patch was possible.

The attention of the associates of that store was appalling. I went to fix a car tire and it was almost four hours to change it but after it was fixed they left it in the parking lot for almost an hour and they didnt call me to tell me that it had already been fixed so I had to ask the receptionist what was going on They called me her, I didnt even know that the work was over but I could tell that the one of the receptionists placed the papers and the car key on a table set aside with all bad intentions. Horrible experience. We went to Firestone because of the national reputation for good service and quality. Weve used Firestone in the past and have always had a positive experience. We had an appointment. They claimed the car needed to cool down before working on it, but 2 hours? No way.When they finally got around to it, they realized they didnt have the current software to diagnose one of the things we were over-paying to have diagnosed. Somehow during all that time, they werent able to get the software downloaded. When the car was finished and we asked about the computer diagnosis, they said it would be at least 30 more minutes for them to download the software.They were supposed to do a tune up, but accidentally broke then end of the spark plug wire and didnt bother to tell us, which caused it to arc. They let us drive away with the car running much worse than when we got there!When we returned a few minutes later, the technician immediately told us what was wrong with it. Obviously, they knew there was a problem when we left. We had them pull the notes that included information about the damage plus additional recommendations we were never told.Of course, they didnt have a replacement part on-hand, so there was no possibility to fix it immediately. Instead, they wrapped it in electrical tape. They claimed the part was an original and breaking it was not their fault, but we just had it replaced 3 years ago!The manager just stood there and didnt intervene while we were complaining. They just wanted to get us out of there as soon as possible without doing quality work. We will never return to this or any other Firestone now that we know they have no quality control nationwide. What a disappointment!One final note, they were supposed to change our oil and top off fluids. Less than a week later, our car overheated because the coolant level was too low! Our new mechanic tested for leaks and verified the fluids had not leaked out. They had simply not been checked or filled by Firestone.

If there is a zero star option, that will be just that. They blew my tire and refused to repair. Totally unprofessional. Instead of admitting their fault the manager continued to argue that it was my fault. They were to check only one tire and blew up the tire. Now the tire that originally had the problem has blown as well. I called corporate who were able to arbitrate and help resolve the issue. How ever I do not live in that area and to replace the tire I had to wait for the tire to be there. This is very frustrating 😑😑😑

Went to fire stone Oceola parkway to have a upper and lower radiator hose replaced radiator flush and oil change they use Napa radiator hoses that when you look up for me as a customer cost $23 my bill was for $60.99 for one hose $52.99 for the second hose 52.99 and oil change 24.99 total bill $484.35 did not wipe down undercarriage so oil and antifreeze dripped on my driveway just moved to Florida first time to this fire stone not really impressed seems like price gouging going on bracket broke on antifreeze reservoir but I have an open mind it was plastic but should’ve told me and the mechanic should’ve told them that it was broke not broke when I took it in pictures to verify

Do not the use the excuse of appointments come first when a gentleman with out an appointment came in at the same time as I did with no appointment had his vehicle service before mine was. I understand that it must be alot more work to patch a loose wheel and tire then it is to do a little oil change and rotation on this gentleman that came after me. I apologize that it is an inconvenience to have to deal with a fleet management conpany for a simple tire patch. Terrible customer service by Chris and service for car. Paid over $200 for a brake replacement when I was quoted $150 and they couldn’t even get the job right at all. The brakes were continuing to squeal constantly not even braking the first time. Went back to get it fixed two days later and waiting over 2 hours to get it done when they could of done it right the first time. Not to mention both times returning my car left the AC on full blown and wasted gas in my car, and left dirty on drivers side. Never returning back here again. Ridiculous place.

I am from Indiana and I had a screw in my tire and couldnt get a reasonable price at the Dodge dealer across the street. Firestone changed my tire 30 mins to close and stayed late to get me a new tire so I could drive back to Indiana. GREAT customer service. Terrible experience!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND OIL CHANGES AT THIS LOCATION. I attempted to do an oil change on my 2012 Accord as I do once in a while and the bolt was non removable, the previous tech who changed the oil at Firestone on Osceola Pkwy bolted it so tight the tread tor off and the bolt was just going in circles but not removable what so ever. I believe they used a hand machine versus hand tool to place bolt in after the last oil change in this location. If a hand tool placed that bolt in then that same hand-tool should be able to take it out. But not the tech nor store manager could take it out after several attempts.Store manager Gil, was nice but incompetent and could not identify a solution to the problem instead he called his area manager Bob to assist over the phone but was very rude and unpleasant to speak to, no customer service whats so ever. Before I could speak he told me he was not fixing it and to take it somewhere else because thats not his filter. I explained obviously because I was attempting to do the oil change and cant put back the old filter so I put the new one from advance auto parts, therefore Im bringing my vehicle back to Firestone for them to remove the bolt they placed that damaged the thread. Bob refused to fix the problem with no further options nor repairs were suggested, instead they said to go else where to fix it. The next day I placed a claim with corporate, who were much more polite than the area manager Bob, but the solution offered was to cover half of the cost and expensive labor they charge even though it was damaged by the previous maintenance done in their store. Corporate sent me back days later to get matter resolved and I was quoted by the same area manager who was rude previously. For repairs on an entire oil pan replacement and gasket the cost was about $660 total and Id have to assume half of the cost for $330 according to Bob. When attempting to speak in person this time to him and leaning my hand to shake his hes demeanor was one of prefer not to, and instead was profiled. I had no confidence in dealing with them after that especially when he wouldnt hear me out and would interrupt my every word. Therefore I went to the competitor up the street Tire Kingdom where I paid more but the staff was more pleasant and got the job done right.Ive been a loyal customer for years of Firestone and was attracted by the lifetime alignment deal with Tire promotions. Have brought both my trucks and teenagers car in the past but after this experience I will NEVER come back, Id rather take my business else where even if I pay more but get better treatment. NEVER WILL I BRING ANY OF MY VEHICLES TO THE OSCEOLA LOCATION AT FIRESTONE AUTO, and perhaps not ever deal with the company overall after this experince. The customer sitting next to me during my second visit was also a latin women and had a similar issue with them regarding a mechanical issue that was getting resolved. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have come here for all of my oil changes and four hours before they close they can’t change my oil? Wow Carolina, or whatever her name is from Puerto Rico is a horrible associate, I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND I ADVISE EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ! They can’t take care of a basic oil change but they like to upset you and lie to you to buy their products DONT COME HERE BUYER BEWARE !

They were too busy to complete my job however they went above and beyond to get my RV tires ready to travel after roadside assistance messed up the install of our spare. They were very friendly and kind. Great job!

Waited 15 minutes just to check in and then another 90 minutes for an oil change appointment I made 2 days prior. I mean they changed my oil but I was late to work, and nobody seemed to care. Pretty typical of everything in this shopping center.
