Got here at 8:30am still waiting. 11:05. Busy place. Best to make appointment. I dont know if it matters though. Overall good place to come.
I went for an oil change at the dealerships so-called quick lane, told they have no oil lube techs, schedule and come back in a week.Also had called ahead of time to check how busy they are to prevent wasting a trip, and no one answers the phones...so no receptionists either. Dont waste your time here.
Can often be a long wait just to get an oil change (3-4 hours long), but they do great work and a full service is often less than the cost of your typical 10-minute oil change shop
My recommendation is have another tire and balance machine installed in the shop to make it easier to get tires done
They were awesome at Quick Lane. Its a first come first serve bases due to Covid but even with that it was a quick experience. I was satisfied with their professionalism and service.
I have been trying for MONTHS to get my driver door keypad fixed under warranty. I tried for weeks to contact service dept and no answer and no one returned my call. I finally contacted the GM and he put me through to the service advisor which was less than helpful. Was supposed to callback next day and never did. I called again and spoke with service manager and finally made an appt. On Oct 2 key pad, rear window was supposed to be replaced and oil change. Rear window was replaced and key pad was not properly fixed. Oil was not changed as promised. I have to return the vehicle a third time after about 6 months of trying to get key pad fixed. I filed a complaint with BBB. Since I cannot rely on their service, I expect Mullinax to provide an EQUAL loaner vehicle that I can keep until my repairs are 100% complete.

My ONLY complaint is that the price for my oil change was different than the price listed when making the appointment by about 15 dollars. It was no big deal for me, but with everything going on right now that could really affect someone’s budget for the week.Overall, my experience was great though. AWESOME! THANK YOU FRANCISCO! Worth the long drive to THIS Ford quick lane service center from Four Corners area! Best price parts & labor on new Ford group 65 Van Auto Battery with Motorcraft 650 cca and 3 years free replacement plus prorated after that & replacement of one bad battery post, only $150.98 including tax !!! Lower prices than all local auto parts places, and Ford van batteries must be specially serviced, something about resetting computer codes back on when replaced. Parts shops are NOT allowed to replace them, only sell them to you, and then you need to get work done elsewhere. I was at end of line, with expected 3.5 hour or so wait on a Friday morning, but they finished other vehicles sooner and/or worked on mine while waiting on parts for others and I was out in less than an hour.Pep Boys in South Clermont on Hwy 27 wanted to charge me over $200 to replace $4.00 connector (originally thought I needed both for $9 or less parts and approximately 5 minutes labor)!A different dealership said $269 Just to replace the connectors! I had same work done on my previous van, $9 for both positive and negative connectors (the metal parts that the wires go through that get placed over battery posts and screwed on so battery is connected). This takes about 5 minutes to unscrew, strip wire back an inch or so thread back into connector piece, screw back onto battery post. If I wasnt scared of all electrical work and permanently disabled/injured Id do it myself.A dufferent deal somewhere far away a few years ago did same work on my previous old Honda van, 5 minutes and done, and they wouldnt even take the original agreed to $10 parts & labor cost to fix because WALMART AUTO Tech totally ruined previous install INTENTIONALLY because he wanted to leave work 5 minutes early. He spent longer than that yelling spanish curse words, then frayed the wires so bad around OUTSIDE instead of simply wrapping around underneath that he almost set my van on fire. Ps, NEVER BUY A WALMART BATTERY! OMG, WENT THROUGH HELL because of their bad auto techs, unlicenced, they did over 1 grand electrical damage to my vehicle and illegally erased many of my warranties and purchases for tires and CLEANED UP A STRANGERS DEAD RETURNED TRADE IN BATTERY I had seen on floor near my van WHEN I PAID WARRANTY ON NEW $120 Battery with 5 years free replacement recently which was DEFECTIVE. They Stole my new replacement, then STUCK THE NEW MONTH/YEAR STICKER ON IT, MADE ME WAIT FROM 7AM TILL NIGHTTIME SHOP CLOSING TO CHARGE IT, lied and said other appointments were first (I was there 1st WAITING FOR THEM TO OPEN), and it died when done walmart grocery shopping an hour later, AND 19 MORE TIMES FROM EARLY THAT OCTOBER TO I THINK MAY, LESS THAN MONTHS LATER. They refused to replace, lied and said I left my lights on, its fine, they recharged it again. GAVE ME GOOD CHARGE PRINTUP FROM SOMEONE ELSES BATTERIES, NOT MINE! Every auto parts place said BAD BATTERY, NOT ENOUGH VOLTAGE. A different walmart made me prove with my saved receipts yhe purchase and warranty, SAVED IN MY EMAILS RECEIPTS AND THEN WALMART SAVINGS CATCHER RECEIPTS AND OTHER ONLINE APPS. Said it was ILLEGAL FOR OTHER WALMART auto managers to erase ALL MY RECEIPTS FROM TJEIR COMPUTERS, BUT STILL IN WALMART CUSTOMER CARE DATABASES. He didnt even know it was possible to do that, they committed FRAUD!Sorry, but now you understand why my having A GREAT EXPERIENCE HERE MEANS SO MUCH TO ME! SERIOUSLY, ITS A MIRACLE with all the bad auto techs & mechanics I dealt with at other places who DESTROYED my previous van I had to sell for scrap metal!This AUTO shop is a really FABULOUS, HONEST, QUICK, TRUSTWORTHY, FAIR PRICED WITH EXPERIENCED MECHANICS IN QUICK LANE SERVICE AND FULL SERVICE.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! : -)
