If I could give ten stars I would. Great customer service and very nice people. I was on vacation 1200 miles from home and needed a transmission line replaced. They took care of me the same day and gave me a honest price.

This was hands down the best service I’ve ever encountered at a car shop. Trust me, I’ve taken my car in constantly for 6 months and the places couldn’t tell me what’s wrong. Took it here and the first time they saw it, they diagnosed it & fixed it to the best they could. (They didn’t have a “new” part. They could get one by the next day, but I would’ve already been long gone out of Florida. They did have a “used” part which is what I ended up going with) David provided THE BEST customer service anyone could ask for. Evelyn was nice as well, although I didn’t talk to her as much. Luis did my car repair and was really nice as well from the little I spoke with him. If you’re in the area, definitely take your car here. Even if you have to drive a little ways, it’s definitely worth the drive. We do have an AAMCO here in our area. I hope they’re just as great as David and his team.

Dave and Cody were awesome. They kept me informed of what was going on. I truly recommend this place. The only thing that I think they could use as a perk if they could run the cars thru wash. That is my suggestion to the company. But great customer service. Make sure you ask for Dave

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! They told me my car would be ready in 3 days and when I called on the third day for a follow up, David the manager advised they haven’t even started working on my car. On the 4th day my car was finally ready after me constantly calling for an update as I had a rental . When I dropped my car off it was alittle under half a tank and the gave me my car on E! Gas light on and everything! David the manager excuse was they had to test drive it. Seriously!! I feel as if my car was used by an employee for personal use! I checked my car out to ensure all was ok to only discover scratches on my trunk door and back passenger door as if they had used my car to load something. No explanation could be provided. More reason to believe my car was driven for personal use .Again do not go here! The receptionist always has attitude! David has no control over the shop!

Had to take car back 3 times for different issue than the original issue, car left outside overnight got car name tags stolen, theives damaged trunk stealing the name tags, lady behind counter just tells u what you want to hear to pacify the situation, owner is a really nice heart felt kinda guy but runs shop too weak. They dont even work on Saturdays when its the busiest!!!!! I wont be returning here!! I dont get it, smh!!

I took my 2014 pathfinder which I drove from New York to them back in October with a transmission problem the lady in the front (Evelyn) so very helpful I had told her I was driving back to New York in a few days and she told she will try her best to give me back my car in time and she did and the manger David also was very helpful with my car rental

I took my car in first thing in the morning to Aamco for a check engine light that had gone away two days prior after replacing gas cap. David manager assured me I only needed a tune up which was quite pricey but I needed to get it done so I said just do it. I had no codes when I came No check engine but my idle was running a little rough, and second gear was going in rough. One of his techs said to me the car is bad maybe it was a way to explain it in laments terms. David had told me the car was in decent shape. I expressed how important it was that the car run in tip top condition as I planned on driving with it out of state. Just as I suspected it needed new spark plugs and suggested change in wires as well as a kit to clean out my system. Picked up my car and motor on idle runs smooth at first but once warm it’s rough again, the following day after repairs in the evening my check engine light turned on and car is running rougher than before, as well as knocking noise and some vibration at 80 mph. None of these issues existed before taking the car in, called and David answered past business hrs, I explained I have cylinder 6 misfire and how it was possible when I just paid $686 for a tune up?! He asked me to bring it in Monday.*** Update - the car was taken back in and they added an additive to my oil. They ran a new diagnostic which is not marking any codes at this time. While the car runs smoothly on the highway I still have an idle issue and rough into second gear. I will say David and his staff have been following up with me and checking on the status of how the vehicle is running. They have been professional and courteous. I realize it will be a process of elimination to find out what this idle issue will be. If the stuff they used works, I will post an update, they have agreed to take a 3rd look if by next week the issue has not resolved. I will also add that these guys could have told me I need a new transmission and on the contrary David and staff have said Transmission is not having issues.

I was extremely worried once I found out that I could have a transmission issues from another mechanic. I called and spoke with David he advised me to bring the car in and after Chad ( head mechanic ) looked at it I was informed that it wasn’t the transmission.They fixed the issues after 2 days I admired their integrity and the top notch customers service.David and Team thank you!!!!

I had issues with my car over heating and took it to another establishment to repair the problem but I wasnt sure that everything was fine. AAMCO was very professional over the phone and assured me that they would take a look at the car and everything would be fine. They were very pleasant when I arrived and just let me say, the overall experience was excellent and I will return in the future if any other issues arise.

Came hear to have a new ac compressor installed in my 2009 Toyota Yaris. They were straightforward about the problem, they checked the whole car and said all it needed was the ac, gave me the best price in the city less than 400 for the labor and replacement, and they are honest. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for high quality and professional work on your car.

This Aamco is AMAZING! Not only is the desk lady Melissa wonderful and friendly, the manager David is the real deal. I took my older Honda in and they were VERY straight forward and honest about the situation. Its rare to find a car place that really is out for the best interest of the customer not just about making money. I HIGHLY recommend this place for an honest and fair opinion.

I took my minivan in to AAMCO Kissimmee because of a noise when turning right. The office staff greeted me warmly and were extremely kind. Less than an hour later, I received a call and everything was fixed - it was a bent dust shield for my brakes. I went in to pick up my minivan, and they didn’t charge me anything to fix it! Not many places would do that. I will happily take any of our vehicles there in the future.

Worst place ever. They took my car on June 3 2019, because it was giving me a transmission sensor code and it was under a warranty with CarGurus. AAMCO had my car for more than a month, to replace a sensor, every time I called there was an excuse. David who was the one in charge he told me that the transmission was really bad but he never told me what it was because Im a women and probably he thought I dont have the knowledge in cars, then he told me that they havent prioritize my car since it didnt have a licence plate, but I had it in the mean time the car was with them, then they were waiting for some part that took more than a week to arrive. At this moment the car still giving the code for the same transmission sensor, it was my first time with them and probably the last.

My husband truck, Thursday 7/2/2020 at 12:26 pm we picked up a weekly rental from budget rental 5770 W Irld Bronson hwy #434, Kissimmee, Fla 34746. Thursday 7/2/2020 at 1:03 pm went to Firestone -1479 E.Osceola Parkway,Kissimmee, Fla, 34744. To take our truck due to blowing hot air. A/c not working and transmission code. Received estimate. Thursday 7/2/2020- Received a call from Firestone, explaining exactly what is wrong and quoted price to fix a/c. Firestone could not perform repair services on transmission. (Returned to a different fireston location to get a copy of emailed invoice on repair pricing on 7/9/2020 for air conditioning. Thursday 7/2/2020- drop off vehicle at Aamco Transmission-101 E Vine St, Kissimmee, Florida 34744. Spoke with someone whom we informed we were having transmission and air conditioning issues. We informed the service adviser name Dave that we were from North Carolina and would need to leave out by Wednesday 7/8/2020.Friday 7/3/2020 spoke with aamaco with diagnosis. Which we were given rebuild or replace. We chose a used transmission that Aamco suggested from Lkq . We were told they would order an a/c hose to fix the air conditioner while they were waiting to pick up the transmission on Monday from Lkq. At this time Dave promised us he would have the car ready on Tuesday 7/7/2020 by the close of business. Considering no problems with the transmission. Tuesday 7/7/2020 spoke with Dave said the transmission pan was leaking fluid so he needed to order a gasket which would come in first thing Wednesday ( 7/8/2020) morning. He then reassured us that the vehicle would be ready on Wednesday 7/8/2020 because we had informed him on 7/2/2020 at drop off we needed to return to North Carolina.On Wednesday 7/8/2020 spoke with Dave he was test driving the truck for the 3rd time everything look good and we were ready to roll. We arrived at Aamco still in the rental car which had to be returned before we left Florida. The truck was sitting out with the windows down and ready to roll. I went in with my credit card that I had discussed to pay with when Dave asked me if I wanted to apply for aamaco card and I had declined no I will pay with my credit card. At this point everything was great. Then Dave stated there are a/c issues with a broken bracket and missing belt. I asked him about the three prior diagnostic drives that should have exposed any further issues that didnt you test drive the car, was the air not working? I explained to him Firestone had checked out my car before dropping it off to Aamco and there was no broken bracket in addition to you all diagnosising my a/c. You never said anything about my a/c not working and u spoke with me at least 3 times since u fixed it and test drove it. Due to documentation that the bracket was not broken I spoke with Susan the service adviser at Firestone who informed me according to my Firestone examination there was no broken bracket or missing belt. At that time dave said I thought that the transmission was you main concern not the air conditioner, which it was. But we requested both serves in which we were not given a written estimate for neither one. We explained a 9-10 hr drive with no air is ridiculous being we were told the air conditioner would be repaired. We had to keep the rental to return back to Greensboro,NC. Dave agreed to order the bracket from BMW next day to complete the repair.Friday 7/9/2020We contacted aamco in regards to the status of our air conditioner part being Delivered and installed, and at that moment we were informed by David that no further repairs would be done on our vehicle and we had 3 days, 2 of which were already expired, leaving us only one day to return to Florida to pick up our vehicle or we would be charged a $35 per day storage fee for each day that we left our vehicle in their possession. We were informed that we would not be charged for any AC work that had been done. We were also informed that we could not pay for the services on our credit card, Which in the beginning discussions was not indicated.

The people here are spectacular! The place is clean and productive. Free coffee? Oh yeah! Every time Ive come in Rick was always nice to me. He never assumed that I knew nothing about care and the maintenance or repair process - and if I needed clarity he was eager to and capable of simplifying things for me too. I couldnt think of a better place to go. My car is working well again and it didnt cost me all my limbs or any extra frustration so Im truly a happy camper. Go check them out first and see how much they wow you.

I was visiting Orlando from Palm Beach when my Honda Accord started having humming noise. Someone at a different parts store said that it was a transmission issue and they could build for 2500$. I decided to call AAMCO next morning. Spoke with Rick Campbell (Franchise Owner) who was very courteous and asked me to bring the car so he can do the minimum to get me home. Upon getting there, he quickly checked the car and said that it was an entirely different issue and not a transmission issue at all. He guided me how to go about resolving this once I reached my hometown. He charged me a token amount and I was on my way back to Palm Beach. Demonstrated very high integrity during the process. He was very conscious of the fact that I was traveling with elderly parent and a child on that day. Thanks Rick!

Rick the store manager made my experience one to remember. He took my vehicle the day before the warranty ran out and made sure that everything was fixed even did a full diagnostic and found stuff that I wasnt aware of and made the warranty company take care of the bill. They barely had my car for two days. I am very grateful for Rick. The reception is a sweetheart, I cant really remember her name but she was very nice and kind. This will definitely be my new mechanic.

Great experience, I thought my transmission was dying and they took the time to get to the bottom of my issue, which was not my transmission it was a loose clamp on my Exhaust modification........ they tightened the clamp and sent me on my way..... They charge me $25 to take the battery out in put a new one in, even tho I bought the battery and help them put it in, not to mention they take for ever to get service done I had an inspection done on my eclipse and they took 3 days just to find out it was an alternator. Then tried to charge me $150 to put it in they are overpriced and not quick at all.

Finished paying almost 3k to rebuild trans. On way home noticed issues. Called to inform them and was told my car came In that way. No other solutions were given. tried multiple ways to explain the problem. Person bascially talking off scrpit. Poor customer service would not recommend. STAY AWAY FROM THESE ROBBERS.

Had my car fixed down the street from AAMCO. They performed an engine check because my check engine light came on. They replaced the battery, which I needed and also stated that there was a leak in my fuel system which I knew. They also repaired this. However they stated that there was a problem with my transmission. I really did not want to go to the dealers so they sent me to AAMCO which was down the street. I spoke with Roger, showed him the paper with the code and he immediately stated that he will have someone check out the vehicle. His secretary filled out my paperwork and stated that the check of the vehicle is free and they will advise me of the problem. I thanked them both then asked if I could wait. They told me it would take about 30 minutes. In about 5 minutes I observed a mechanic enter my car and drove off, then came back. The vehicle was taken into the shop, and they began to do a diagnostic check on my vehicle. In about 30 minutes I observed the mechanic walk into the managers office with my car keys and some papers. I thought oh well if it needs it, it needs it. Roger, the manager came out and spoke with me. He stated that there is nothing wrong with the transmission on my car and the people that had done service before forgot to reset the computer on my car once the battery was replaced. I really felt relieved and noticed the sign on the wall indicating the services they perform at this location. I told Roger if I would have known that I would have came to him in the first place and had all my repairs done at his establishment. Well now I have his business card and will be going there when ever I need work to be done. Thanks Roger, and his secretary (I did not get her name) you made my day. See you soon. Its amazing to meet someone who cares about the customer and not just the buck. Thanks........................

I don’t know a thing about cars. All I know how to do is add gas and take it in for an oil change when my car tells me to. That’s it. So I’m always a little weary when my car needs work, as I’m afraid someone will take advantage of me and try to rip me off. When my car’s transmission started acting funny I took it into the Kissimmee Aamco and I was not disappointed with their service. They looked at my car for free and let me know that I was having a transmission problem and it would need to be rebuilt. I spoke to the manager David and he was very patient with me and explained what the issue was and how they were going to fix it. I told them to go ahead with the work and I had my car back a few days later and it was good as new. Having a mechanic shop you can trust is important, and I’m happy to know I can take my car here for any future issues. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of repair!

Two weeks ago while on vacation in Florida from Kansas City our transmission went out on our car. We had it taken to AAMCO Transmissions. Chris, the manager, an older lady was so sweet and accommodating. Not only was the job done in less time than promised, they were the best price in the area for transmission work. If you need any car care, I recommend stopping in to see Chris, the sweet little old transmission lady.

Had my girlfriend drop off my car to get my rack and pinion fixed, my brakes and a number a other things that were messed up with my car. They provided amazing costumer service, were very nice and focused on getting my car fixed fast. They didnt haggle her over other things that dont need to get fixed like most car shops do. Also she was very surprised on how respectful and professional they were. Definitely recommend!

Referred to this location to get my A/C repaired at a lower price than most were wanting to charge. Spoke to the store manager who was very friendly, professional and helpful. In January of 2019 I took my truck in for transmission problems. I was from put of tow down in Kissimmee for 3months. Ended up putting a rebuilt trans in my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel. I took it in on Tuesday morning and had it back my 9;30 am on Friday. Rick Campbell the manager was terrific. They know how to treat there customers. I would recommend them for any transmission work.

We were in Kissimmee on vacation from out of town. Was concerned of some issues that we were having with our F350 which pulls our fifth wheel. Called Aamco on Friday to see if they could take a look at it...they got us in right away Monday morning. I took the car in the summer of 2014 to this location the transmission was rebuilt but it never felt right we kept going back and telling that that it didnt sound right and they kept insisting that it was OK. Now four months after the warranty expire the transmission is giving me a code on there saying that I have to pay $695 to open the transmission and check. My advice to you do not take your car to this location they dont fix the transmissions correctly and then you have to go back

Great manager a shop mechanic over priced me on a simple transmission line repair saying i had a few different blown gaskets manager said he wanted ti take a better look on the lift and he personally inspected my truck with me and it went from alot of problems to a simple line repair as i had guessed very good customer service got me in super quick as well

While on vacation I thought that my transmission had slipped. I contacted Jiffy Lube who put me in contact with Aamco and oh my goodness. The lady that took my information listened intently to what I had to say and assured me that they would take care of the situation. The. The manager called to get some more information and then sent a tow truck to get the process started. Once at Aamco, they checked my truck, I just knew I was gonna be out of about $1k to $2k but I only had to pay the tow fee $100. There was nothing wrong! I was in 4WD. I could’ve been taken advantage of but nope, they where honest and very professional and that I can’t thank them enough for. We had a brake issue just before the Christmas Break and we had a 800 mile trip we needed to start. Rick, the manager was scrambling to get the work he had in the shop out the door before the days off for the holidays. He managed to get us in and back on the road. I was most impressed with the shop. Everyone was efficient and friendly right down the woman working in the office. Customer service sure seemed to be a priority with them!

Everything was running great, until my transmission failed... I immediately called Rick and he connected me to a tow guy who was also a great deal, I live in Orlando but this is now the only shop I will take my car to even though I pass dozens of other repair shops on the way. Rick and his team have saved me well over $1000 just in these 2 repairs alone. I cant say enough about Rick, Chad and David at this location! This is my second repair completed with Rick and his crew on my 07 Altima. They saved me over $200 compared to 3 other shops on my first repair which was an oil leak. The book suggested labor hours that all these other shops wanted to charge but Rick knew what it would take to get it done and it was much less than any other quote I could find. If you want someone who will be honest and not take advantage of a situation then this is the shop you need to go to.Thanks again!

I recently went to the AAMCO on Vine St. in Kissimmee for a problem I was having with my vehicle. The manager, Tony, was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about auto repair. He explained what was needed to repair my vehicle in language I could understand, gave me the time frame for repair and what it would cost to fix it. Tony kept in touch with me every step of the way so I felt he really cared about me as a customer. Repairs were completed as promised and my car is running great. Rick and his team helped salvage our vacation and treated my family and i like we were part of his family. On the way to Orlando from Georgia we began to experience problems with my car vibrating as it shifted into overdirve. I suspected the transmission - after a quick web search I found this Aamco with great reviews and gave them a call. Rick answered the phone and immediately put my mind to rest. He just sounds like a person you can trust and he was very upfront about the cost and possible worst case scenarios. We dropped the car at his shop on Monday and Rick kept me up to date as they diagnosed and started the work. I was very impressed that he called me and sent me pictures of his progress - this was at my request and he wanted me to enjoy my vacation. By Friday he had everything completed and ready just as we had to return our rental car - again he bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. My wife and son were with me when we went to pick it up and Rick and his team treated us all like old friends. When we left the shop Rick told me to watch it carefully for until we got back home to make sure there werent any problems. After we got back to the hotel I checked under the car and noticed fluid dripping rapidly from around the transmission area. I immediately called Rick and he insisted that I bring it back to the shop immediately. After getting back he got the car right in and checked everything very thoroughly - luckily, it turned out to be condensation from the air conditioner and everything was fine. Again Rick was friendly and understanding and made the process as painless as possible. I cant recommend Rick and his fine team enough - he is upfront and honest at every step of the process. Just be prepared that rebuilding a transmission is not cheap - but, if you have to do it - take it to someone who will make it as painless as possible.

Took my car for here for starter replacement as suggested by my car warranty so as to avail of no deductable on the repair. It was towed over there suppose to be free according to their ad but they charge the towing to the warranty company(fine with me cause it got nothing from me, its between them). JR the manager told that me he would call me as soon the the repair is done.My car arrived in their shop around noon and I didnt hear from them that day so I called them the following day. JR said that its gonna be done that day or early the next day, but not to worry cause they will call me.Around 4pm that 2nd day I called them and thats when I found out that my car was already done.So I rushed to get to their shop before they close at 5pm. When I got my car I found and it was too obvious to notice a 1 1/2 inch deep scratch on the hood and I pointed it out to them.The shop owner Christine Bauer was already denying it that it happen in her shop even before she sees it.Then Ms. Bauer sent Jose to talk to me so we can arranged the repair.Jose told me to come back the next day so he can give me their guy who can estimate/repair the damage. I went back there the following day. This time it was JR-the manager who spoke to me. He told me to come back the following Monday and I have to leave my car in their shop so the repair guy can see it and somehow can estimate it. So I have to leave my car the whole day just to have it estimated.I give in to it just to make satisfy whatever they need me to do. Then Monday comes, I was in their shop as early as 8 am. JR was there and I ask him that when he get the estimate from their paint guy to let me know first before theyll do any repair. Because I told him that I was planning to just take my car somewhere to for the same estimate as soon as they cut me a check.Then JR said that he will charge me for the estimate if I dont have it done with their guy.(what???) Now I would owe him? Then again I have to agree on this. After a long conversation with that morning, he decide to take my car to the paint shop while I was waiting. Then he get back to me with an estimate of $250. Then I insisted that I would just take the car somewhere for the same estimate.JR called the guy again and he gets back to me for another estimate of $125 (really??). I still agreed to the second estimate, then I ask him to cut me a check right there since he already have an estimate. This time he told me that he cannot somehow authorize or something on the same sense the amount, that I have to return 2 days later to talk to the owner.I went back there on the day that they want me to come back.Christine Bauer the owner was there. Before I can say anything she was already saying that the repair has to be done with shop of their choosing. Even if I really dont like the idea of leaving my car with them again, I agreed to it. When I asked Ms. Bauer when can they do it, she just simply says I dont know, I have to call them. So I ask her to call them, the shop, then she said I dont have their number. I googled the place where they take my car for the estimate based on the GPS on my car and I gave it to her. this give her no reason, so she called the shop and she told me to bring the car in 5 days, and they already told me that they are not sure on how many days for the repair and if they can do it right away on the day that I would leave it.I finally decided at this time just to give up on them, I ended up spending for the repair from my own pocket.Avoid this shop if you can.

What a wonderful experience I have had each and every visit to the AAMCO shop, at 101 E Vine St, in Kissimmee Fl. Normally I will not take my car into any other repair shop, other than a Chevy repair shop, but because of unemployment and being strapped for money, I had to find a shop that would be less expensive than a Chevy repair shop, and AAMCO was my 1st choice, with no regrets. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was, and have always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Trust me...I have dealt with many, many repair shops in my time, and AAMCO at 101 E Vine St rates a five star with me. JR is the Manager at the shop, and let me tell you, he is extremely polite and helpful. JR took the time to give me the best price he could possible give me, and when I had an outside source helping me with the repair cost, JR was more than willing and helpful to deal with me and the third party. Without getting into details, I will simply say, I am an Army Veteran, of, 29 years,with disabilities, and my unemployment was partial due to one of my disabilities. The third party whom helped me was their, because of my disabilities, and JR was so receptive to situations that came about while I was setting up payment to his shop. Simply put; JR and his entire shop went above and beyond from the first time I walked through their door, and they continue to do so. As I write this review, my car is at JRs shop now, so as to have a follow up inspection done on my transmission they rebuilt, and do any adjustments that may be needed. Im also having JR give me a quote on AC repair. As you see, I totally trust JR and his shop, and will continue to do business with him. Check them out, and be sure to ask for JR. You will be pleasantly surprised with the experience you will receive.

This aamco fixed my vehicle a few months ago, and when I dropped it off the airbag light was not on and when I picked it up it has been on ever since. I have called the shop atleast 100 times to fix the problem and they never return my phone call. Supposedly the manager there ordered a part to fix my light and he was going to send the part to clearwater where I live. Then not only did he not send the part, he has never called me to tell me he wasnt going to send it. Whenever I call the Secretary that answers the phone and says oh shoot, I cannot remember if I told him you called.... what? Whats the point of having a secretary if they cant remember if they passed along the message? Then I was trying to avoid driving to orlando to have the part put in because I am scared to drive there, but I planned out a day tomorrow to go since I have someone to go with me and conveniently the manager has been out of the office for the last 4 times that I have called. I am a 28 year old female and I feel as if I am being completely taken advantage of. My inital repair with them cost me $7000- 7 thousand dollars!! And they cant even have the respect to address my airbag light being on. I am a nurse that works full time in the hospital as well as in the military and I work almost every single day, I shouldnt have to be dealing with this issue daily over the last 6 months. This manager should be a real business man and address their issues instead of avoiding my phone calls.
