Went in for a sample oil change, no leaks car in excellent shape. They strip the bolts on oil pan claim that the last person change my oil did. They refuse to do the oil change ask me to take thr car elsewhere. The car had 0 leaks when I took it and woke up in the morning puddle of oil under my car. Car the shop the next day and spoke to the manager refuse to offer help and claims the car was like that. Very unprofessional and now they ruined my car over a oil change. Since this is my only car and daily now I have to get a rental car and pay for the damages they caused. Be very careful !!!!

I really like going there. They give good prices and also honest about the work that they do. I recommend it. Having a BMW twin turbo can be tricky so I appreciate the shops that do handle the work the comes with the car

I have been in this location before and it’s always a good visit, always so friendly and professional.But today, Cindy, at least that was in her name tag, was so rude during my visit. As soon as I started pulling into the shop she was rolling her eyes. She didn’t take the time to explain the recommendations given or anything. I asked for help to reset the oil meter, with an attitude she responded “ugh well you need to get out of the car then”. Never have I gotten out of the car for someone to reset the meter when getting and oil change.

So my A/C went out on me last Thursday, I stopped into Express oil change right by my house and talked with Jamaal. He said it should be a quick fix but they didn’t have time that day to get to it. So I drove down the road and went to Pepboys. They said I needed a new compressor and labor was going to be $989.00. After talking to Jamaal this just didn’t sit right With me so I sucked up for the weekend with no A/C. First thing Monday morning I went back to Express oil change and Jamaal checked out my truck. He came back and said there was a loose wire and it was low on Freon. It would be an A/C check charge of $69.00. In today’s world it was nice to have an honest mechanic!!! A/C is freezing!! Highly recommend Express oil change and Jamaal!!!

My attendant was ok. No friendly, by any means, but masked, distanced, and quick. Offered a sheet of available, recommended services, but not pressured to purchase. On the adjacent bay, however, I witnessed an unmasked attendant speaking to one unmasked customer, very close, then yet another unmasked customer drove in and this time the attendant actually leaned into his car.The spread is not stopping here. Thats for sure.

I couldnt wait to come home to toronto to write this review for this service centre, i know for sure i would not be able to do the long drive back to toronto from florida if i didnt find this place, on the way to florida my left front tire started to leak air i was filling it up every 2 hrs to keep us going, funny thing is when i arrived at our resorts and unloaded i noticed the tire stop leaking, i assumed it leaks when im fully loaded, so i went to 3 difference mechanic shop in kissimmee once i told them my problem they give me a bunch of excuses not to see my car, one shop even told me to go to my dealer,, but i knew i wont get home if i dont get this fixed so i was driving around after another shop rejected me i saw this place because i went to buy coffee at starbucks, i took a chance and went in i parked my car, before i even get out of the card a guy approached me and ask me what i need, told him mechanic... so he said go over there, when i went in i was met by the co owner introduced herself and asked me whats the problem and after i told her the problem she asked if i want some water.. i ended up talking to the technician and told him everything,, he thoroughly inspected the tire, he said he reset it test drive it and didnt find any nail or puncture, he came back and talked about it with me,, but i insisted theres a leak,, he tested it again and finally he found it! he replaced the stem valve unmounted the tire balanced it and remounted,, and it sure did solved my problem, i drove back home fully loaded and made it home safely and worry free! if i didnt find this place i wouldve been F up! because i was going home the next day.. Thank you so much! if you wanna be treated like a valued customer then this is the place!

Im normally a biker. But I do have a car for those heavy rain days. I have had it serviced here since Ive owned it, about a year now. Im now getting a check engine light. Hopefully its nothing serious. But Ill be going tomorrow to have them check it out.

Normally, this place is great - efficient, fairly priced, and very helpful. However, I visited during the pandemic, and there are no masks, no hand washing, no social distancing - nothing. Employees were hugging delivery guys, shaking hands with other customers, and standing right by our car windows.I can understand the masks in the heat, and give you a break on that, but to not wash hands or distance is honestly unforgivable. We really felt dirty after getting our car serviced, and while I know that isnt what was intended, it was nonetheless how we felt. We wont be back.

Don’t buy from these people, their employee Kyle Haskett runs a scam site on Facebook and scams people out of their money. When I called his company to complain they just ignored it.

Service was great. I arrived at about 8:30am and was directed straight in. They were quick and efficient and friendly. Offered water when I arrived. Everyone was wearing mask and gloves. With regards to the black gloves in a dark room against a black shirt, it was hard to see the hand signals. White gloves would stand out better.

Typing this as I’m here at the shop. Best quick service oil change I’ve ever been too hands down! They had me in and out like a breeze and the customer service was superb.. prices are competitive and they even brought me out a cold bottled water! Oh I was just informed they have a ladies day in Tuesday’s where women get a discount on their service. Jessi is a straight up pro!!

Person I delt with directly was awesome. I heard some remarks from one of the other associate that was very arrogant. Will not go back becuase of that employee, wish I would have got his name. Again, the person I dealt with was great, very personable and I think he was training a new employee. Whoever the arrogant employee was, he is the reason I will not be back. Made assumptions of my needs and was yelling g our how wrong I was without any details from me.

Oil change was quick didn’t have to get out of the car. Was offered water bottle by staff while I waited. Staff were happy to do their job at 110%. Staff were all knowledgeable and caring. Ownership were engaged with operations. I felt a connection with the owner and his wife.

I was in the area and needed my rear diff fluid changed and an alignment done on my f350. Did a google search and this place popped up. I went to the website and seen I was able to set an appointment. I proceeded to set an appointment with all my info which included vehicle info and contact info. My appointment was hours away. I waited then took the over 20minute drive to the shop. 1st thing that was said to me as I arrived was that they could not align my truck because they lacked the proper equipment. I asked about the rear diff and the staff, though friendly, seemed to not be all that familiar with the procedure. Leaving me not feeling great about allowing them to work on my truck.One would believe, since I signed up for the appointment with all relevant info, that the shop would have called me beforehand to inform me that they were unable to provide the services I was needing saving me the trip.Staff was friendly, but that was an hour wasted out of my day, when I could have been spared by a simple phone call.

I love love this place! I drive 45 minutes just to come here. As soon as I pull up, they ask what I need and offer water. They tell me my oil options (when getting an oil change) and suggest the best one but don’t push me. They give suggestions on what should be done and check everything thoroughly. Everyone there is so polite and friendly. Recommend this place 100%!!

Clean and friendly: This place is well run by its owner. Ms.Vivian, one of them, gives the best customer service ever. I requested a transcript of my oil changes for a dealer warranty and she make it happen even it was a year old..she was kind and patience until finding it... I really recommend this place.

We were visiting from Atlanta and called this location because our car has an oil leak. I called and Cindy told me to come right away, she also told me to make sure we check our oil level start driving. We got there and they took care of our issue right away. Our filter was loose, they fixed as a courtesy service.

They are highly reliable, efficient, courteous, and usually under-promise and over deliver. Most important of all not only are they amazingly fast at changing your Oil but they are much more than an Oil change store; Trustworthy honest mechanics that can repair mostly any problem.

Got a blown out tire and pulled over here. Without asking for help, one of the employees came out and offered for the mechanic to help change my tire. Brian the mechanic was so amazing! He took off the tire and replaced it with the spare in a matter or seconds. Then he checked the tire pressure of my others tires and put in air. The. If that wasn’t enough... he gave us a cold bottle of water as we left. Hooorahhhh for express oil change service. It’s nice to see good people Still exist!! 😍

Not worth the price

This place went above and beyond on their customer service. We had to leave our vehicle overnight. We were here on vacation. Vivian drove my husband back to where we were staying. It was 15 miles each way. She picked us up again the next day. While waiting for the final repairs with my small dog, the owner drove us to get some food. The owners Vivian & Lou as well as the staff are very friendly and operate a very clean professional business. Thank you for taking good care of us! If I could give more stars I would! Highly Highly recommend!

Wow! This place is amazing. We were visiting from out of town and needed a quick oil change. I found this place based on their popular rating (on Google) and boy were the ratings right. The customer service is #1! You pull up-to the bays and are able to wait right inside of your vehicle, it will take them less than 10 minutes. If you want, you can wait inside. They offer free water and popsicles (great for kids!) This is not the type of establish that tries to price gouge you or take advantage. On Tuesdays, ladies receive an extra $7.00 off of service. I was so impressed with their service and quality. If you need a quick oil change or even service repair, this is the place to go!

The owner, Lou, helped me understand what was probably unnecessary work and what I was overcharged for at the dealership. He was kind and patient with me...I am SURE I will be going back with both our cars for regular maintenance and repairs for now on. I appreciate his honesty and commitment to service!

Needed an oil change while we were on vacation. Saw the reviews of this location. Took 15 mins (so fast) and great service. Very friendly and accommodating. Excellent service. I was visiting Kissimmee, when my car oil light lit up for a oil change. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Francisco and Raul is very helpful, they explained exactly what is the cost of each service before getting approval and work on my car. They also suggested what other services I would need in near future (even the services they dont offer). Honest, upfront, quick and excellent service.

Stellar customer service. We were visiting Disney and had been getting some check engine codes. I realized we were overdue for oil change and stopped in based on Google Review. Ivan had me in & out in 10 minutes, topped off all fluids, checked lights, etc. and noticed a possible coolant leak. Asked me to stop back for free check / refill in a week on our way back north. We did return and technician noticed seal on our radiator cap was in need of replacement. So happy with this excellent customer service all the way around. Might have saved our engine. Thanks!

Grateful we found this service center. Canadians far from home, our Chev Malibus steering was making an awful grinding noise making us nervous about driving home. Considering the pathetic Canadian dollar the thought of going to the dealer or a shady garage was worrisome. Because of the good reviews, we decided to drive out to Express Oil on Osceola Pkwy. Boy are we glad we did.I was convinced it was a ball joint which would be huge American dollars to fix. The owner (Luis) understood our concern and offered to take a look. No charge. Once on a lift an excellent technician named Brian found the problem. Brian invited me to have a look and explained his process of tracing the source of the noise. Broken sway bar link. This is good news! A relatively cheap fix. It was a complete pleasure dealing with this Service Station. I knew I was getting only the work done that was needed.The parts and labor charges were well below our expectations. We had to wait a short while for the parts to come. Luis and Brian made us feel like we were family. Super nice people and I believe as honest as the day is long. The car fixed drives like a dream. Now we can head back to Canada and not worry about a wheel flying off. Thank you for reminding us how wonderful good and hard working people can be. Obviously we highly recommend this Service Station for all your automotive needs.

Cisco and the rest of the team are excellent. They will change your oil as advertised in 10 minutes and do it with professionalism. I typically drive 30-40 min away just to come here for an oil change.

I called and the person on the phone was awesome and answered all my questions. When I arrived the owner greeted me when I drove up and offered some water. I’m from Texas and I know southern hospitality when I see it. They remembered that I called and were ready to take me in as a 1st time guest. This place is high tech!!! Video cameras under the car and over the car so you can see what they are doing. This goes beyond customer service and removes all doubt. Their prices ROCK!! I paid way less for superior oil with them than what I paid for in Texas. I wish they were in Texas. Florida you are blessed to have this place so USE IT!! Also I love that they are closed on Sunday!!! 😇 They have work life balance in place...👍🏼
