Thank me for this review.I first brought my 2017 Maserati for an oil change.He did the oil change in Dec. 2019, overpriced.Then the pandemic started, and the car was in the garage since then.About a week ago, I turned on the car lights are back on the dashboard for maintenance lights and tire sensor.I took it back to him and paid another $239 for the tire sensor and maintenance lights.Seems like around $200 is the price they charge for anything small, lol.The car went back into my garage.I turned on the car for the first time yesterday, and the lights are back on. I called and talked to Robi, he said to bring it in the morning it takes 5 minutes. (took me 2:30 seconds *I bought the computer to do it) There is also a video online. (guess how much it is? $201, LOL)I brought the car in the morning before work, and they wanted to charge me and told me I have to leave the car.I left immediately.Then Robi followed me for a few miles in his Silverado.He threatened me and belittled me, asking if I needed money for the repair.Robi Zaldeti is a crook and strong-arming type of man. Unprofessional, unethical, and if you dont want to do business with him, hell follow you and threaten you.After the response you read below, youll see quickly that he admits to stalking me, regardless of my anger, not wanting to be ripped off.He drove up behind me, says I blew through two stop signs, lolI was holding the phone recording him, trying to get away.Everything is clearly defined in his response.I filed a court order of protection today.He followed me onto my social media and even my car sale listing on Facebook.BTW, The email he sent me is precious. Similar to the B/s below but with more colorful and imaginative words. (Not the cleaned version.)Stay Away!

I’m so thankful I found these guys. I originally took my BMW to a competitor, they were very high priced for the jobs they did and it felt like they just kept throwing more on top to make me come back and spend more. After that I found Royal Motors and I will never take my BMW anywhere else. These guys are professional but very chill, great price points for what you’re getting done! I HIGHLY recommend them.

I took my Diesel Mercedes Benz Gl 320 CDI to Royal Motors to have them diagnose a pesky oil leak that had gone un-resolved by 3 other Mercedes Benz shops in Orlando. The skilled Mercedes Benz Techs were able to diagnose and fix, 3 Mercedes GL 320 CDI Turbo-Diesel oil leaks. When I went to pick up my Truck, it ran better than it had in months, had absolutely no oil leaks and was detailed clean for the weekend. Price was very reasonable and I am already planning to return to have them change out my front wheel bearings and ball joints+ all the front end suspension links. My truck is an older 2008 Mercedes with 223K miles so it is very important that I find the right mechanics to keep it running as these diesel trucks are incredible for towing. I highly recommend you take your German or European Import to the guys that work for Robi Zaldeti, you will not be disappointed.

I would like to personally thank I hope Im spelling his name correctly Jamar for the professional service he performed on my mini. I was very pleased to find a repair facility having just moved to Kissimmee. They were highly regarded by the other local shops that dont work on European vehicles. All the people from Megan who made the arrangements to Jamar who performed the work made the customer satisfaction experience that you dont always, happen for me and my mini cooper. Poor customer service, either I came in too early or this girl was having a bad Monday morning. Asked basic questions how much? How long? Just plan rude ill take my Benz and business elsewhere. Drove 45 mins to their location for nothing but attitude. Went elsewhere more pleasant with better and more reviews.

I have had my Audi for multiple years, getting it serviced in Tampa, Orlando and Melbourne! This is by far the best location in central Florida to get your car serviced! I cant complain about anything because of how great they are!

Very Bad experience I just needed a pressure brake bleed while I waited he loosed the bleed nut, then test drove it leaked brake fluid all over and said I needed a new caliber. I said NO just pressure bleed the brakes and ran out of there he is the most dishonest person I have ever met. This happened 2 years ago dont know how he says in business.

We dont even remember how we found them but thank God we did! From now on WE WILL GO NOWHERE ELSE! Where do you find a repair shop that looks for ways to fix the problem, communicate, save you money and do it efficiently! Robbie, Meagan and their team are honest, fair and professional. Rare!

If I could rate 100 stars I would. I’ve been looking for a nice, used economic Fiat. I stumbled upon the listing of a 2012 Fiat 500 Pop Cabrio for a great price and immediately called the dealership. I called them about 3 times that day and each time Megan was happy to greet me and provide the necessary information. Same day I arrived, test drove the car, & took it home! The car was in great condition, had low milage and ran smoothly. Robi was very detailed and honest about the car and the paperwork. Overall, it was an AWSOME experience as this was my first car purchase. I would recommend to anyone! They seem like such honest and genuine people. Thank you Royal Motors North :)

Just called. They quoted me 600 dollars labor only for a timing belt kit replacement on 04 audi tt. The guy guesstimated and didnt even look at the pc cause he responded so fast with his quote. Other people are only chaging 350 and others I called 450. But this guys wants almost double. Since he hasnt done any work for me I cant comment about the quality of work they do and that is why I gave them 3 stars.All I can say is dont be lazy. Look things up and give potential customers a real price quote or youre going to drive more customers away like you did me.Now Im curious as to how many customers these guys have priced gouged or if these guys could have quoted me the right price and the other shop could have just under quoted me...hmmmm?

This shop took care of me after the dealer charged me a chunk of money to find out what the problem was then wanted to charge another chunk to actually fix it. Issues were run into and Royal Motors had my car a while, but I sincerely appreciate the fact they stuck with it and fought on my behalf when the parts manufacturer/dealer was sending faulty parts. I sincerely believe if I had stayed with the dealer the faulty part would not have been found out and I wouldve been told that another system had gone bad, driving the price up even further. Even after the nightmare that is VW electronics and having my car a month they still charged a fair rate for the parts and labor. A sincere thank you to the team at Royal Motors.

I received a referral to Royal Motors made an appointment upon arrival I was received with excellent customer service, and the quality of work preformed on my vehicle was excellent and the warranty given made me feel secure because of my job I was working off a tight schedule so I was taken to work by this company while my vehicle was being repaired and after the repair it was delivered to me, and to top off all of this Excellent Service they installed a part on my vehicle and did not charge me anything. Robbie, wife and his team have been repairing and maintaining my car since 2013. I have a 2003 CLK 320 Merc, I believe the work he’s done in maintaining my car is what’s kept the longevity of my car, it’s now done almost 300,000 miles and it drives like a new car. They are good at what they do and Robbie is sooooo knowledgeable in his work. I won’t trust my car with anyone else, and I would highly recommend him. Oil change service was ok and fast and then they told me I had to replace 3 parts in the suspension plus rear brakes, I took my car for a second opnion and told me I only had to replace 2 parts and my problem was solved for a very cheaper labor. I dont know if the guy I spoke was the onwer or a manager, but rude in answering my questions about my car. Wont go back and I will not recomend it.

The real story robbie is scam artist! says it could do the work and will leave incomplete. then make like it is costumer fault. i paid him and i have to pay someone else to do what he was paid to do.Robbie like to be dishonest and will try to make more money off of you by saying he sells parts which his administrator and his mechanic already told me they dont. when I called him out on it his response was to get in my face and what to fight. He did not do the work he was paid to do. But I went to another mechanic 1 mile away who was able to fix to problem for me and get everything functioning. I came to the shop wanting to get my car checked on. I explained that I havent drove my car in a while and it drives well however my check engine and service C needs to be done. The technician hooked the computer to my car and gave the results to the young lady who then broke down the prices etc, free of charge.I left and told them I will discuss with hubby and give them a call. The prices listed as followsA. Purge valve $85. and 1.6hrs of labor time$168 total $253.B.Service C oil change $120And several other estimates. However I only got A And B done.The service took a Whole 1 hr ( I know b/c I stayed with car) Great right!Yes, it was great but yet I still was charged for 1.6hr of labor time. when I asked why I was being charge for 1.6hr, the young lady then said oh, its been an hour and half also this morning when he did the diagnostic. I told her No it was not its exactly an hour and for as the diagnostic, if it was a fee I would have been charge when it was done. When he was done with car I made the statement Wow hes done w/in an Hour. Remind you I was expected to stay for 2hrs b/c of the quote I was provided stated that it takes 1.6hrs for A.She then directed me to her boss Robbie. Robbie was very rude and sarcastic. Stating I am not charging you for sitting in my chair until they work on your car, what about this morning thats time as well Thats what we charge for the time of labor. We are being penalized for being fast. I explained it clearly states on your Wall. $105/hr is labor charge. Which is cool but you did not perform 1.6hr of labor on my car. I only wanted to be charge for the time and work perform. He stormed out the door stating that You dont wont to pay and you are mad. Listen up people by all means I went there expecting to pay for service rendered and time labor thats how they come up with there charges labor hours.I am a loyal customer to whom ever I do business with and I will NEVER come here as the boss/manager of this establishment is rude and unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere

I bought a car from royal motors that wouldn’t crank the next day. The owner Robi told me to bring it up there so he could fix it. First he told me they gave me a bad key then he said it was the negative battery post. After changing out the post I still was experiencing the same problem. Robi told me to bring it back up there so he could fix it because he feels bad for dealing me a car that’s no cranking. After waiting at royal motors for 2 hours Robi said I was ready to go “just pay me for the new battery I installed”. I told him No because he sold me a car with a bad battery. I never told Robi to replace my battery or anything. I have the recorded conversations where he said he feels bad for selling me a car that won’t start! He then got angry started using profanity and threatening to rip my door off so he could get the battery out! He closed the garage door and told me to get the F*** out of his shop! Robi threaten to beat my a**! I had to call the police to get my car out. Royal Motors are an unprofessional overcharging mechanic shop! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ROYAL MOTORS! Robi admitted he buys the cars from auction for half of what he sells them for and that’s his hustle. Terrible business!!!!
