First time going and a wonderful experience! Davis helped me out and was super nice and professional. Everything was done quickly and received a phone call when my car was ready.

If you like not knowing what’s going on and having to do these people’s jobs, then come here to get your vehicle serviced. I dropped off a vehicle to this location twice within the last 3-4 days. Once because my enterprise rental vehicle needed an oil change. I dropped the vehicle off, I believe, around mid day. Received no phone call that my car was even ready and had to show up to see my vehicle was ready. The most recent time was today. The rental vehicle had a flat, I drove it in to get replaced/repaired. With enterprise vehicles, an approval process needs to be submitted in order for the work to be done. I dropped the car off with Juan because I didn’t have time to wait for the approval to come in. He told me while I was there that they rejected his tire replacement because of price and submitted an alternative tire that was identical to the tire he submitted. (An Eagle ls something). We left the keys and went about our day. I didn’t hear from them at all until I called them at 6:30 before they closed at 7 to find out what was going on. Only to find out, the tire was never approved. NOBODY FROM TIRE KINGDOM CALLED TO LET ME KNOW. Juan never called and when asked about why he never called to let me know, he didn’t respond. Had they called me earlier before enterprise closed, I would have been able to swap the vehicle out. But now I have to take off time from work tomorrow to get another vehicle because Juan failed to do his job. Let’s not even begin with his attitude when he handed me the keys.. “have a nice day” with a smug smirk on his face.. as if he did me a favor. Drive the extra 15-30 minutes to another shop to be serviced because you’ll be waiting all day for a response and you’re lucky if you even get one.

Rushan the technician was amazing. He took his time to help me with my car and make sure I felt comfortable with the outcome. He examined everything and explained everything to me. Jason the service manager was friendly and attentive to all the Customers that walk through the door. He took care of everybody as if they were family and anybody with a question he was there to help. By far this was the best experience I’ve ever had at any mechanic shop I’ve ever been to.Thank you guys so much for making my family safer out on the roads!

This Tire Kingdom has taken great care of me the past 3 years. Very professional. Front office staff are extremely nice, and the techs provide a quick turn around. For those reviews that complain about wait time, or running behind, be an adult and book an appointment. It takes 2 seconds to call and set something up. This is a mechanic shop, not your favorite fast food place! These guys are all professionals, if you dont want to wait drop your car off and get a ride home.

Everytime i come here to get whatever fix these people come up with all types of negative excuses not to work on my truck from tires to an alignment i take it else where and none of the issues they said popped up at another place. If its not a Honda or acura easy work they dont want to deal with it. Tire kingdom should be called Tire place where we pick and choose

Went in to get an oil change and tire rotation and my man Davis Munet was super helpful!! Everyone here is incredibly friendly and informative! Not to mention it was the quickest service I have ever received! I’ll definitely be coming here for all of my auto needs!! Thanks guys!

They are a lot better than they used to be. Years ago, when I got an oil change, they told me I needed a new air filter for $120, and that it would be too dangerous for me to leave without it. I heard similar stories from others too. I just in started using them again and I havent had any issues. Their customer service is great. They have pretty long wait times even with an appointment. Prepare to wait in about 2 hours even for standard stuff.

Do not come here!!! This is my last time giving this place a try just because they are the closest to my house. I’d rather drive an hour somewhere else. Multiple times had oil change appointments scheduled days in advance, during the weekday/weekend, morning/lunch/afternoon, doesn’t matter. They are ALWAYS running behind, and “short-staffed” with only one tech working. Then they give you attitude when they say they don’t have time to work on your car. Gotten tires for half the price elsewhere as well, don’t bother.

Don’t schedule online it’s a waste of time. You get there and they argue with you about how you can’t schedule a same day doctor appointment it’s the same thing here. If you don’t want to waste your time call and schedule one if you plan to use this place.

Horrible service by associate who I believe was the store manager. He would speak over me every time I tried to explain the reason for my visit. Once I told him that my tire had a nail and that I wanted to use my road hazard warranty he said not today because we are too busy. I asked if they could at least check if the tire leaking so I would know what I was dealing with. He hesitated and then said yes but I cant fix it today.This is the worst Tire Kingdom I have ever been to.Im updating my review for the following reasons.After contacting Tire Kingdom Corporate Customer Service I was informed that the person that I previously dealt with at this location was not the manager. I was told that the manager was Mr Dallas. I went to the store and once I was able to speak to Mr Dallas he immediately introduced himself and explained to me that the service I had received the day before was not acceptable and is not the level of service that is expected at his store and company.He then informed me that he was going to take care of my vehicle himself and that he was going to make sure that it was done in a timely manner.I have to say that the atmosphere, the energy level of the store and staff was totally different from the previous day. The level of engagement and urgency was sincere and extremely high.I have to say that it shows why Mr Dallas is the store manager. He totally earned my respect and my business going forward.Thank you Mr Dallas.

I wish I could tell you about the service or the products but I couldn’t even get a hold of the store. I have called twice now at different times of day and each time they ask me if I can hold and then put me on a 30 minute hold and I feel forgotten about. I understand places get busy but when a customer is calling just to ask a couple of questions it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get to them.

Dont waste your time with these people. Save your self a headache. Seems to be this company in general. Appointment set, show up for appointment to be told we cant take you. A phone call would have been really nice so that I could get a simple flat fix elsewhere. And this type of service is from St Petersburg all the way to Orlando. Horrible customer service and horrible attitudes. Stay away!

I would NEVER recommend this place. Scheduled a 730 appointment. Waited half an hour patiently as the rep helped a customer who missed their 7am appointment. Only to be overlooked and left without being seen. Two customers cane behind me who were also seen before me. 45 minutes into my scheduled time I walked out. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

Went to this location to get new tires, was so happy with the job & the customer service Juan provided; he explained everything & gave me great prices! Definitely talk to Juan whenever you go here. Great guy!

Stopped in Wednesday with leaking tire but was told 3 hour wait. Or come in a 7 am and have it cared for. So l arrived at 6:45 second in line. Asst. MGR showed up at 2 minutes after opened door at 7 minutes after. Then ask if l had appointment. I said no. He said 1 & 1/2 hour or so. I said guy told me to be early he really didnt want to hear. Drove away on my flat. Only one employee working. Employee gets front row parking. All other customers can waddle further.

I came in with a nail in my tire this morning and Davis and Juan were super helpful even though the place was packed. I’m very satisfied with the service they provided me with.

Went to visit my brother in the area and I caught a flat so bad where the tire was not repairable....Drove in and was taken cared of by Davis whom took his time to answer all my questions. Got my vehicle up running super quick so I could get back to visiting my brother. Thanks again Davis for being so helpful and courteous to me.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME. Do not come to this tire shop. Let’s begin with Juan. He lacks customer service skills. Juan doesn’t know how to properly greet a customer who comes into a business. He has a nasty attitude. If you aren’t happy with your job Juan you should quit. I went to go patch a tire that takes the most about 10 mins and I literally had removed the tire myself already so all they had to do was patch it. I arrived 45 mins before they closed and Juan is like “we can’t see you we about to close”. First off you didn’t even greet me when I entered, second you were not apologetic, third you didn’t even offer to accommodate me for the next day. Not that I would have returned but if you really want to retain a customer those are things you would do to get them to come back. Luckily I was able to go to a mom and pop tire shop that was also about to close and they were able to assist me and patch my tire in 10 mins and they were just as busy as Tire Kingdom.

I really love the fact you can schedule an appointment. My daughter and I both work and use my jeep. Its hard to just drop in for a service. Also I was having some trouble using their coupon online and the nice young man went ahead and added it to my bill without any issues. I just would like to know a estimate of other services they would like me to do maybe at the end of my service. Like I was offered fluid changes other than oil and a tuneup but I have no idea how much it may cost. I kind of have to budget for those and Id like an idea how much it might be. Other than that I like this place.

The Poinciana Tire Kingdom has some of the best customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable to all of my needs. It’s the only place where I get my tires and minor car repair. Thank you for all the hard work and dedication the team members have.

The website should indicate the real time so guest can Make a decision if they want service or not. Two rating because the website time schedule is misleading.

Great buy 2 get 2 free tire sale!

I got an oil change, noticed a squealing when i braked, was told the rotors needed to be replaced, replaced the front brake pads too, and rotated tires. Bill was more than $700.00. In 3 days, i had a TON of brake dust on my front tires. I went back and spoke to the manager who told me that brake dust is normal, depending on how much you brake (my husband has worked on cars how whole life and Ive learned a thing or two about cars myself, enough to know that THIS much brake dust is NOT normal. We washed the car the same day the service was done, and in 3 days, my front rims were BLACK with brake dust. 3 DAYS!! Ill add puctures below... i left and brought my husband back another day, and HE spoke to the manager and was told that theyd look at it. My husband was upset bc he was not even given the opportunity to tell them which quality brake pads he wanted (he wouldve said the beat bc we just bought our lexus a couple months prior). We were trying to save a buck or two, avoiding taking the car to the Lexus dealership, as I was told the oilchange and an i spection and 30,000 mile service would be about $900, but now I wish I wouldve sucked it up, paid an extra $200, and gotten it fixed correctly.... back to Tire Kingdom.... The manager told my husband that the BRAND NEW ROTORS needed to be shaved, which they did at no cost. When qe got the car back, the brakes still squealed a little bit, and the car would pulsate when braking. We refused to go back. We went to another Tire Kingdom, and they had to shave the rotors again. By this time, we needed another oil change (3000 miles later), and they did the oil change for free. They were very kind. They said they needed to shave the rotors again. They did at no cost, as it is still under warrantee... thank you, to the manager at Tire Kingdom off of 192 in Kissimmee. We will not return to the one in Poinciana....

Ive been to this store several times which have always been a great experiencence the first time i baught tires, the second time to re balance my tires and the third time to check and redo the alignment on my van. I must say that the employees are wonderful at this tire kingdom they go beyond to help you get what you need at a great price. Especially Jason Villanueva who always has something nice to say. He not only has something nice to say but has a great demeanor with his customers. I have been lucky enough to witness his interactions with his customers and he keeps them laughing. It is people like him that keep customers coming back. Thank you Jason for your devoted work to our community.

2017 RougeTook it in for a simple oil change.An hour on the lift.They tried to sell me a battery.48 hours later my dashboard is now lit like a Christmas tree.Whatever they did to the battery caused some type of electrical problem.Have to tow it to the dealership.Thanks Tire Kingdom.

Had an appointment, at my arrival the technician Jason Villanueva was expecting me, he was so polite and informed me of so much information in regards to my car and gave prices on other services, he is very knowledgeable about what he’s doing, I’m glad that I came here for my oil change this was my first time at this store. Showed up to tire kingdom looking for an oil change and a patch for 1cof my tires, I mustve got there at the right time because there was no line at all so I got taken in pretty quickly. Dallas took care of me and even said he would call me when the job was done. I dropped it off and about an hour later recieved a text saying the vehicle was done.....I didnt even finish shopping yet, wow. Usually takes a while but they had a good breakfast or something to get me done on time. I went back to pick up the car and Davis cashed me out as soon as I walked in. Btw the front area was spotless, really good with all this covid19 business u know. I got my keys and some hand sanitizer and thanked them for getting me in. Very good visit for dropping off, would recommend to anyone looking for car services.

Bad! Came in for 1 tire and oil change. Left with a service engine soon light on and was told they would waive the diagnostic fee. Sales rep said it was an oxygen sensor and would cost 1800 dollars to change it.Went to advance and found out it was only a misfire on cylinder 1.Changed the spark plug light went off.Saved over 1750 dollars by not believing their rip off scamming lies.

Loved the experience. Tire kingdom has the best ASE Mechanic Luis Rivera who is very knowledgeable of car and parts. I recommend this mechanic to anyone who is having issues with their cars. My car was having a lot of trouble, thanks to this technician my car is up and running..

I booked an appointment with tire kingdom because they were the only ones I could book an appointment with on short notice and I had my child with. I figured it wouldnt take too long. I get there at 11:50am. My appointment was at 12. I guess because Im a female they wanted to give me problems. With an appointment my car should have been priority. I had my child with me who got antsy after a while. My car did not get brought in until 12:30. Ok I thought. Only about 20 more minuets. By 2:05 I had to go up and ask them why my car was taking so long. FOR ONE TIRE!!! They didnt even know what car was mine. Then. They told me my car had been done since 1:20. But they were waiting to fix an alignment machine. Never did I ask for an alignment. I got no sympathy. Guy kind of gave me an attitude about it. And not even a gesture of a discount for them being morons while my child was over ready to go. First and LAST time ever going here. I thought they would be awesome from the reviews. But I guess they just do those reviews themselves so they can look good. I wouldnt even bother with this place if I were you!

I neededJust some minor service like an oil change, windshield wiper replacement and balance the tire pressures. Made a reservation for what should have been about the first appointment of the day. They took my car in for service almost exactly an hour after my scheduled appointment. Then instead of balancing my tire pressures they set one tire at 37 psi and the other three 27-29. A week later I found they didnt fill my wind shield washer reservoir.I think Im going somewhere else for my next routine service

Horrible, They charged me $50 more then walmart for the same exact job . Broken valve stem on tpms and then the guy said i will have to program it to the car which is a lie . Stay away . I will never send any one there .

I went today to get a tire replaced. They noticed some other (legit) issues such as bad bearing, worn break pads, and faulty lights on the car. They physically showed me each issue then walked me through quotes. I had walked in and they took care of me in decent time. They explained my anticipated wait times and then the charges. All options and possible (cheaper) substitutions were presented. It was a great experience and relatively cheap for what I expected to pay. Jesus was fantastic. Ill be back if I have issues moving forward.

Booked an appointment with them. They had my car for 3 hours never even touched it or looked at it. It was still sitting in the same spot where I parked it. Their excuse was that they were still working on the car before me. I feel like they only did that because I’m a young woman because plenty of men came and got their cars done after me.Terrible service will never go back

This Tire Kingdom has a lot of potential fast and reliable workers. Front desk on point with customer service, multi tasking and specially the phones. Believe it or not I Found a Mechanic Shop that all their worker including the Manager (which I met today) are Honest and they will not try to sell you stuff you dont need.
