I was in a jam after my tire was going flat and I had to get to the airport within an hour. I called Action gator tire for the first time and they listened to my needs and were able to help me and fix my issue immediately. They were extremely friendly and helpful, took my jeep right in- they even had a technician waiting and I pulled up and he took the keys and immediately entered my jeep to get right started. Once completed the technician drove the jeep right up and handed me the keys again- ready to go. On top of all that the front desk advisor offered water and coffee while I was waiting in the nice, clean and air conditioned waiting area- a nice big screen tv was made available to watch. I was offered a military/ first responder discount when I asked which I really appreciate as that means this establishment understands and cares about America and what this country and out military stands for. Pricing was great with or without a discount but that just really put a smile on my face.To put it in perspective I made the wrong choice of attempting to ask for help at a Pepboys auto repair center down the road and the wait was long, the employees were rude and their waiting area was dirty and non- existent.- the short of it- this place is great!!!! You won’t be disappointed and honestly you’re wasting your time going anywhere else.Really great place and people!!Thank you!!

I noticed my brakes grinding, i called, they told me to bring it on in right now and they would fix it up quick for me, no appointment needed. they took it right in and the best part is THEY DIDNT try to tell me my car needed all this extra stuff to get more money out of me, they took care of what i needed, stuck to the price of the estimate and got me on my way quick. good work guys! thank you!

Pedro was very professor & very understanding. Pedro actually called me to let me know that the tires wasn’t gonna be in until the next day. So it saved me a trip to see if the tires came in. Pedro told me it would be an hour and the service was exactly an hour. Most shops gives you a ballpark time but Pedro gave me the exact time. Would go back since the dealership is too expensive & Action Gator Tire is only 15 mins from my house. Thank-You again!!!

Went to get a tire repaired had a nail in it. $29. To patch the tire had to return the tire was not balanced. Took two trips to get it right but is is correct now. Clean shop workers were nice an most wore mask.

Action Gator has always been very professional and courteous. They worked hard to make this up to me and to keep a loyal customer. I asked about it, and he said the one guys reader didnt work and that the other guys who had the better reader had just left. Couldnt tell me if my car was safe to drive or not. Ive had good experiences in the past. Not sure what happened on this one.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! If I had the chance to give a negative 2 I would for my frustration and aggression with this place above! Had my car towed there after abs, brake and traction light turn and wheel started to smoke. They had my car for about 6 hours worked for almost 10 days and the same problem!! Take my car there again after being charge nearly $400 the first time Pedro calls me abs tells me the car had absolutely no issues he drove and lights never came on so I pick up my car only for me to drive down one block and lights and wheel smoke again!!!! Called back immediately and Jose tells me mechanics left for the day lol!! Wow what customer service. After having to go home smoking called the following day and got a refund! Communication and customer service is absolutely horrible! Another minus was receiving my car filthy as if they had lunch and a nap while they were added.

I’m not from Orlando. I was vacationing and I very stressed about not making my family plans on time. However, the guys there at Gator tires made it happen and got me out back on the road. Very satisfied with the service. We were getting ready to drive by when I decided to call for an appointment. I jokingly said Unless you can fit us in now, were almost there? Jose stated he could. Also, needed the front brakes replaced, theyre the original brakes our Santa Fe is a 2009. I felt that Jose was being honest. Weve been going here for years, Fe doesnt go to the local dealership since I felt they were being dishonest or fabricating repairs that Fe really didnt need! Very pleased with this particular shop. Paid for my tires to be mounted and balanced. Check the rear tires no wheel weights. Rear tires are vibrating and shaking the whole car. Definitely will not be coming back here. Will never recommend. Dynasty up in Orlando will get you covered the correct way.

Office service was great. Pedro was very professional (masked up), helpful, courteous and respectful. Was recommended by a co-worker. However one observation was that shop staff that move my car was not wearing any mask and with this pandemic all precautionary measures should be taken for the safety of everyone involved. I just hope in the future workers wear mask whenever driving/moving/servicing customers vehicles. If not for that short fall I would have rated my experience a 5. Service was without any doubt one of the best if not the best I have ever experienced. I have already started recommending you to my co-workers.

Update I contacted Pedro the following day he went into further details about the tire he installed. I didnt understand the difference in the letters at the end of the tires of what they stood for.. basically stood for performance level. There’s nothing worse than being 1000 miles from home and have a tire pressure monitor light come on. But a quick visit to Action Gator Tire where Jose Dominicci was very assuring and helpful. I went there to fix 2 flat tires with no appointment. They toke care of it and I was on my way in about an hour. Based on this visit I can recommend this place.

Someone took care of me right away.Told them I needed a battery cable. They saved me a lot of money by showing me that I only need the cable connector.They put it on and away I went.First time there. Definitely will be back.

I saw alot of positive reviews. I joined to their rewards online. I was planning to do alignments and get some stuff changed in the car to get it rolling but when i called and told me about $100 for alignment only. Definitely not.

I did a bit of research online, particular Yelp, to see who in my area was getting the best ratings for a routine lube, oil and filter change. Action Gator Tire on Vine was showing the highest ratings, so I drove the 9 miles to it - making an appointment first, of course.It wasnt super easy to get to, but when I did, everything went fine. The techs and front desk person were friendly, and bilingual, if you need a Spanish speaking person. As expected, the routine maintenance comes with some recommendations for other work to be done, but when declined, there was no additional pressure applied. The service took around an hour, which wasnt too bad, judging by the other 7-8 people already in the waiting room when I arrived.I even saw a few young ladies stop by with vehicle emergencies, like low tires and the sort and watched the staff fit them in and take care of them. Probably at no charge, Im thinking.The lobby is spaced out to aid in social distancing, and of course, masks are required by both customers and staff. If I could make any recommendation, it would be make the waiting area just a bit more welcoming, but in these times, thats pretty challenging.Finally, when it came time to pay, I had checked in via Yelp and had a coupon for $10 off. By the time I got to the cash register, it had disappeared in the tech void, but when told about it, the cashier honored it anyway. A pretty good experience. I would use this store again.

Called and priced a oil change, tire rotation. Told me tire rotation was free with basic oil change. Went in and that was not the case. Also seemed like they knew nothing about cars.

And bought a new different brand same size 235/55R17 they did an awesome job but they charged me $8.25 for a valve stem that they did not put in but everything else was Dynomite really appreciate it...thank yall,,,, Ill be buying the rest of my tires there from now on. Quick easy Tire repair between meetings!!

I went there for with a damaged tire that I bought 19000 miles ago and less than 3 years. At first they told me that the set of tires I got from them didnt come with any mile warranty which is unheard of. When I contested that, the manager kicked me out of the store because I didnt have a mask which I forgot to bring. I asked him to give me to wear as a lot of other businesses do but he said they didnt have it. I called corporate and told them and they told me to go back inside as they would speak to the manager. Back inside, the manager said that corporate dont have the right to tell him what to do with his store. He also said based on the condition of the tire, I needed a new one and No prorated discount would be available although my tires are still under 40000 miles warranty. I ended paying full price because I had no choice since my tire was in no condition to run everywhere but Im totally disappointed.

Always tell me exactly what is wrong with my truck. Never over charge. I had a 3rd tire with Nails in it and had the warranty tire package and they replaced a tire no charge and only charged for balancing . Friendly staff that always calls me when my truck is done and get the work done efficiently and fast. I have been taking my truck to the one off alafya for years and always recommend them to Friends.. I wont go any place else..

I was at a location getting new tires put on and they could not get the lug nuts off of one tire. I called and Pedro answered, I asked if he could help and he kindly explained the risk of attempting and causing them to break but said to come by for him to take a look. We arrived and they did everything in their power to get the lug nuts off without them breaking saving us $125! All around pleasant and professional experience! I cant remember the other service gentlemans name who helped but 5 stars all around.

I’m somewhat new to town and have been trying to find my “go-to shop” in central Florida. Recently, i needed some work done (blower motor and steering coupler) and was surprised when the quote came back at $998 plus an additional recommendation for new tires and a cv boot. The quote seemed high and i wasn’t sure if i needed new tires or the cv boot, so i skipped them. A couple days later, my rear brakes started to grind and i didn’t want to go back to that shop. So off i went to Action Gator. Pedro and his staff made me feel welcome right away. They were very kind and really went out of their way to be helpful. Pedro even brought me into the shop so i could see the car on the lift while he explained the various issues to me. He explained what things were necessary (like the brakes) and what things weren’t necessary (like the new tires) and i felt that everything he said was accurate and honest. I’m happy to have found my go-to shop and my husband and i will be bringing our vehicles here going forward. (Side note: the waiting area is comfortable and clean with a TV.) Highly recommend this place! 👍🏼

After ordering tires on Friday, I was told that tires would be in on Monday. I asked if I needed an appointment so I won’t have to wait long, I was told, no, here I am sitting waiting 3 1/2 hours to have 2 tires installed. NEVER AGAIN IN THIS STORE!!!

I went to this location to get news tires and an alignment at the end of June. I was recommended to speak with Raul. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Just take your patience with you because you will have to wait for quite some time. Two of my tires were missing valve-stem covers, but I went back and they promptly took care of it.

Friendly and courteous!! Had a nail in the tire dropped it off and went to breakfast. Ended up with having 2 holes in tire, they repaired both. They put tire on, balanced and put the spare back in place. So far so good!!!

Excellent customer services. Prices are somewhat reasonable. But the way they treat you justifies the little extra cost. Service was quick and the quality was stupendous. I will most likely come back for any other service that I may not be able to do myself.

I came in on vacation and got a puncture on my side wall . I was leaving early the next morning and unfortunately they didn’t have the tire I stock :( BUTTTTT the guys here worked so incredibly hard and got that tire in the very next day before I needed to leave! I had called around (no one else had my tire either) but of EVERYONE within like a 30 minute radius, they were by far the cheapest. They knew I was a tourist and yet they treated me as though they were trying to gain my business for life! Super great to work with. Highly recommend (:
