Blown away at the customer service and their willingness to help. I took my daughter to the magic house only to get out the car and hear air pouring out the tire. I searched for a place nearby and came here. It is Halloween day (Sunday) and they were actually closed. They were so so kind and took my car in anyway. I couldn’t be more grateful at their kindness. Needed a flat repair this afternoon and couldn’t find any place open. What a great day for me at Tire Choice Auto Tire. I had been filling a problem tire every other day for weeks trying to nurse it along while waiting for a convenient time to fix it. On the off chance that they might squeeze me in I stopped at Tire Choice and was given the royal treatment! A small nail causing the problem was fixed in less than 15 minutes. Along with the quick service I was greeted when I walked in the door and made comfortable from the get go. These guys are THE BEST!! I traveled to St. Louis from Cape Girardeau County so I could work. After I got to St Louis I discovered a nail in my tire. I shop & deliver groceries so, my car is a necessity! Driving with a nail in my tire was DANGEROUS! I was wait listed 2-4 hours or flat out turned away by 5 other repair shops. I went into Tire Choice as 1 last ditch effort to get the tire repaired before risking the 150 mile trip home. Not only did they drop everything and put my safety first, they did the repair free of charge because I had been turned away so many times prior. Im in St. Louis working on a weekly basis. I am incredibly thankful for Roger. Before today,I wasn’t familiar with Tire Choice as I don’t live in the area. After realizing I had a nail stuck in my rear tire, I pulled over and started making phone calls. Time was of the essence as as air was leaking (at a slow-medium pace) and it was near 6:00pm (when most tire shops close for the day). I called several tire shops nearby who either didn’t pick up the phone or didn’t have enough technicians to do same-day work. Many of them said they could fit me in two days later. After a quick Google search, I came across Tire Choice, called, and Roger answered. Without hesitation he told me to come in before they closed and took care of the issue within 30 minutes. It’s been a very long time since I’ve seen service like that. Roger and Tire Choice are the real deal.

Bought a wheel and tire package online and was installing them on my Jeep when I learned that two lug nuts had been cross threaded by the last shop that mounted my wheels. The phone was answered promptly. Within an hour of arriving, the tire was repaired. Equally important though was the excellent service, cleanliness of the store and the friendliness of the employees. A family came in shortly after I arrived. Kaz got extra seats for them and brought out popsicles for everyone! Such a thoughtful gesture.Our long time auto mechanic recently announced that he would be retiring by the end of the year. Im happy to say, we now found his replacement.

I took my daughters car to Tire Choice after she came out of her work and found she had a flat tire. I pumped up the tire and drove it directly to Tire Choice . When I entered I was greeted by Kaz and Roger who said they could definitely take a look at the tire and let me know what was happening to make it flat. Should have known there would be a positive experience because the customer leaving the shop as I entered was smiling and seemed pleased with the services. My experience was GREAT! Trust this place. Go here. We found ourselves in a classic nightmare situation of needing immediate repairs while on a road trip. We were prime for getting taken advantage of and this place took care of us and got us back on the road within two hours. This was on a Saturday within a few hours of closing and with most places closed on Sundays, we were facing an extremely difficult 48 hours. They seriously saved our trip, money, and potential jobs because they were honest and had integrity.

Okay, here’s the situation. I had a lot of damage done to my car last weekend. My car was towed to Tire Choice and the guys there basically rebuilt the left side of car: tires, rims, balancing, suspension and everything surrounding those areas in one week. These guys, Roger, Kaz and Don provided the best honest service I’ve ever experienced. Their compassion to my awful situation coupled with their knowledge and hard work resulted in an incredible experience. Their professionalism was beyond any other car service in the area. My car looks great and handles great-in one week. I’m insured by State Farm and they actually slowed these gentlemen down.I would recommend this shop to anyone! They are also conveniently located at the Southwest corner of Geyer Rd. and Manchester-it used to be an AutoTire location. Again, I recommend you talk to these guys before you decide to have your car worked on anywhere else. Also, when I picked up the car they had someone come in every 20 minutes or so looking for help with their car. That being said, call ahead for car service because they will be busy.They also are working during the Labor Day Weekend-talk about dedication. O by the way, they are funny, personable and incredibly knowledgeable. They also went out and grabbed Dunkin Donuts for the guys in the shop and me because State Farm was taking so long. Honestly, I will never take my cars anywhere else without talking to Roger, Kaz and Don first, or more importantly last.

I am in from out of town and after not driving my car for a few days, noticed a tire was not holding air. I inflated the tire, but it lost air over the next few days. I called around to a few places and Kaz and Roger were able to get me in same day, and also fixed my tire within an hour.At home, I take my car to a women run shop, Girls Auto Clinic in Upper Darby, PA. (and previously Triangle Tires and Auto Service in Chapel Hill, NC when I lived in Durham, NC). I normally seek out women owned shops, but was pleasantly surprised by my service at Tire Choice with Kaz and Roger.Not only did they get me in quickly, they listened to what I needed, assessed what was wrong with my tire, and didn’t try to upsell me something I knew I didn’t need. My experience with Kaz and Roger was great and I recommend them.
