I have been taking my cars here whenever I can. All technicians I have worked with are very knowledgeable and communicate with the customer as they work on your car. Nothing will be a surprise when you pick your car up-they will call and let you know the urgency of the issue and will not push anything on you. Very good work and can be trusted.

I was leaving the gym Tuesday morning to notice my back tire was flat to the ground. I made the mistake of driving on it to the nearest gas station for air. Once I got aired up, the attendant suggested I visit NTB tire. Unfortunately, they had zero interest in helping me and said they were backed up until Saturday. I received that same terrible service from Car X down the street. Then I noticed Rasch right next door. Lucky for me, third times a charm. I walked in to explain my problem and they actually got out of their chair and walked outside to look at my tire. They could see a screw was still in the rubber. They were super busy but said if I leftmy car there, they would squeeze me in that day. They had the new tire delivered the next morning and it was good to go later that afternoon. It was quick and trustworthy service. Goes to show, you get much better service from a local, family owned company that actually cares. Thanks Rasch!

They were recommended from a co-worker, when my wife’s car was having transmission issues. They were very prompt and thorough in their process. We also bought a car recently and had them do a “Pre Purchase Inspection” on the used car we were purchasing, it was worth every penny to have them go through it to know what exactly it was we were purchasing.

They gave me a price of $1300 for four new tires which Im getting elsewhere for $560. They patched one tire that had a nail for $40 which Ive had done elsewhere for $10 to $20 and sometimes free.

We are so happy to have found an outstanding and reliable mechanic. Everything runs smoothly here, service is always prompt, and- most importantly- they are honest and never seem to be trying to make money off us- to the point where theyve told me to hold off on services for a while! Lucky to have found this place and couldnt recommend more highly.

They were pretty nice i guess but there solution to my issue was to get a whole new transmission just for a issue that could be replaced! I took it to my actual mechanic and they looked at me like I was crazy asking why the hell that was there solution!? I figured it wasnt need and glad I went to someone I can trust and wont have me spend more than I need to!!

Rasch is a great set of guys and no nonsense. They do my safety and emissions inspections every two years and they always have the car back to me on time as promised. They also dont recommend a bunch of needless maintenance jobs. If they recommend something its because its needed. Dave has great customer service skills!

I had a flat tire near this business. Id never been there before but was able to drive there on my tire. They took me right away, put my spare tire on and asked if Id like to order a new tire. I did and it arrived that afternoon and I was able to get an apt to put the tire on. Everyone was pleasant, professional, efficient and strict COVID protocols were followed. I will use this company from now on for service issues. Great place, glad I discovered it!

Ive been taking my cars (3 off then at this point, a Saturn and two Mazdas) to Rasch for the last 15 years or so. They are skilled, trustworthy, and honest. They explain things very clearly in lay-person language and show me photos or the parts themselves. They are always clear about what repairs are critical and which could wait and never, ever push me to do things beyond what I can afford. They treat me with respect, which, as a woman, I especially value, because I have seen other shops who talk down to women or try to upsell us. They communicate clearly and promptly and my car is always ready on time. Their repairs are not always the lowest quote I could get, but they are fair and they explain well if they recommend certain higher quality parts. I think they are worth paying a small bit more than at other shops because the customer service and quality of their work is so high. I love Rasch and they have earned my business for life.

I drive a 2004 Mazda 3 hatchback. I started having problems with it randomly not wanting to start. I took it to Rasch Express and they did a detailed testing on it and they went the extra mile to find a technical services bulletin from Mazda regarding the mass air flow sensor ground wire. Rasch suggested to replace it as a first repair and its been running great with no check engine light for almost a month. The service was exceptional, professional and friendly. They also made important suggestions for other services that my car needed and I had a couple of them taken care of. It was overall great service.

The owner has personally interacted with me a number of times and is always transparent and honest and treats my car like its his car.They are sensitive to my spending/budget too, and give me a call before they go an extra mile...if its going to impact the cost Im expecting to pay.I had fast service, honest and lengthy reports (in writing) of the time, codes, and repairs. They even send out email reminders to help prevent operator error in regards to the maintenance schedule.These guys are the best!

I brought my car to Rasch Express for an oil change and look over since we were head out on a vacation. The service manager at told me my car needed $2000 worth of work. IIeas shocked and panicked. And the manager was supper pushy about me getting all of the work down immediately saying he could get all the work done in half a day. Since the car was only 5 years old and still under warranty I took it to the dealership hoping some of the work would be covered by the warranty. Turns out the car didnt need anything the manager had suggested. He liked about everything! I will never take my cars there again.
