John and Maurice took great care of us, we had a bubble in our tire, And were stranded an hour and a 1/2 away from home they got us fixed with a new tire with some of the fastest replacements Ive ever seen. Great job!! Highly recommend!!! 🙂

Service was fast and on time with quoted time. The advisor was friendly and helpful with choosing the right tires and replacing the leaking stem valve.

John was really friendly and helpful. he made every effort to give me the most affordable option for a new tire when i got a flat. however, one of his guys raiden said that he could patch the tire, which saved me money and time. apparently it’s more difficult to patch a tire than it is to change it. really appreciate john and his team for helping me out! will absolutely come back.

I don’t usually post reviews. Today my experience at NTB was so awesome that I had to share. I have been to many repairs shops. We all have. These guys are the real deal. I came in to get a quote, (I was told by a dealer that I needed some extensive suspension work) John got me in very quickly even though I didn’t have an appointment. I was truly prepared to spend the money if his price was better. Something happened even better than that. He brought me out to the shop and showed me what was going on, the fix, was so minimal. $153 compared to the 2200 the dealer quoted. They are one of the few honest shops left and we need to help keep these guys in business. So i am now sitting here as they install 4 tires and an alignment, I was originally going to wait on but these guys earned it and I’m glad I found such and awesome place to do business. It was good but they took forever. The service was nice. We ordered some tires and they put them on for us it was a little pricey but that is okay I just want the car to look good. They people that work there are extremely nice. They make jokes they are funny they put people at ease.😂😂😂

This place was amazing, from. The front counter to the work done and out the door. Was greater with a smile and they were off and running. Came in for a brake check. They brought me out into the shop showed me everything that was wrong. Come to find out my front tire had the belts showing and never knew it. I did need front brake but not the rear ones. Showed me my battery was getting low so I changed it out before winter. Thank you John and his entire staff for service visit I wasnt expecting. I will be coming back

PLEASE READ BEFORE GIVING THEM MONEY! I got an alinement because that was the “problem” but it made my car pull right more! Two days later I went to another location in hopes of it being fixed. They claimed I needed new belts before they can do the alignment again. I wasn’t being fooled for the second time. I had just bought 3 new tires and belts a few months ago. I went to SAMS and they said my belts were good... they balanced my tire for free! My car is FINALLY fixed CORRECTLY. Thank you for LYING to us many times and STEALING our money! Horrible business.. they just want commission.

I choose NTB for the ease of setting up appointment online. When I got there I told them I had an appointment & the person working asked if I called to make it or if I made it online. I said online & he replied That never works. After he confirmed I had a reservation he said it would be a long wait. So I asked how long is a long wait? He said hed go check & approx 15 min later comes back & says it would be about 2 hours! I then asked what was the point of making a reservation then? to which he replied When did you make it? In your car right before you came in? So you could say you have a reservation. At that point I decided it was best that I left before said employee got assaulted by a very unhappy customer.Bought tires elsewhere.

This was my first tire purchase experience since moving to St. Louis area. John and his crew runs a great business. They treat their customers with respect and have been honest and professional throughout. Ordered tires from Tire Rack this was one of their approved installers. I called NTB first to find out a price for install even talked about make of car and size of tire. Was told $27 a tire. I ordered from Tire Rack had them sent to the NTB in Kirkwood. Was notified of the arrival called talked to Amanda again she ask about the size and make of tire, checked to see if they were there they were and she made an appointment for me. I showed up for the appointment after 3 days wait and the manager comes out and tells me his equipment is old and he doesnt think he can install meh tires with out damaging my wheels. This is the first time anyone has said anything like that to me. When I ask why was I not told before he told me that Amanda was new and didnt know. When I ask what am I supposed to do now I was told I can drive to another installer. I ask well how do I get 4 tires there he said he didnt know. He basically did not want to help or install my tires. So if you have a nice car I would not recommend going there or any NTB as they state their equipment is old and they will damage your wheels.

Thank you John Hohnsbehn. I went to NTB Kirkwood thinking I needed 2 new tires because both were low on tread and 1 was going flat. I told John I was on a very low budget for medical reasons and John told me could just repair the tire and I should be good for awhile. I will be back to NTB Kirkwood indefinitely!

I would like to thank John for squeezing me into the their busy schedule this evening to remove a screw that was lodged into my tire. My apologies, for not remembering the wonderful gentleman that removed the screw from my blue Scion five speed. Not to mention, the lady from the from desk who has really great patience when it comes to problem solving. Never coming back, was lied to about topping my fluids off and didnt even rotate my tires as promised, was dead set on selling me new brakes and tires tho, go figure, never coming back.

I wanted to take the time to thank John and his team for going the extra mile. After several bad experiences at a different location, I decided to ask for Johns help and he definitely came through.One of my brand new Michelin tires had already been completely damaged due to a previous situation from another location, and John was able to replace the tire and perform the alignment on my vehicle at no extra cost, without any negotiation or argument.I was solidly disgruntled before visiting the Manchester location, but John did the right thing and I am 100% satisfied with NTB thanks to his professionalism and dedication. I dropped off the car on a Sunday and the work was completed by mid-morning Monday - great turnaround and again at no extra cost to me.Thank you for restoring my trust in NTB and humanity at large haha - give this man a raise! One of the worst experience I ever had, went for simple tire rotation and tire air pressure check. Tire pressure was low in one tire. I don’t think they checked it for all tires. Instead of adding air to it, they rotated the tire and added air to different tire. Even after telling them twice, they didn’t care and told it was due to sensor. I stayed there for few more minutes asking them to check again and they didn’t care. The employees were already fighting among themselves and wasting customers time.

So happy I found this place. Another company told me I needed two new tires. said they could fix it. Their prices were better than other places and they got us right in. I appreciate their honesty and will definitely be back for ALL my service needs.

Never go to NTB. I repeat never go to NTB. Terrible experience getting new tires at the kings highway location. Then this location fixed the balancing on my tires because my car was shaking. I was returning to them to get oil changes because theyd rotate my tires for free. They told me I needed new break pads... was pretty sure I didntand when I took it to the dealership they confirmed I did not need new break pads. I will never be returning to an NTB. I would recommend going anywhere else because you cannot trust their recommendations.

Came in after my front tire was punctured with a screw. The team here was able to get me in and get me out in between numerous scheduled appointments. If youre ever in the area check them out.

Great guys here that saved me hundreds on unnecessary repairs that were quoted as “a safety issue” at a shop up the street. These guys were honest on what my car did and did not need which resulted in me saving a ton of money. Repairs were completed as scheduled. I would recommend these guys for any of your auto needs.

I had an excellent experience at this NTB location. On a busy Saturday without an appointment, the manager was able to find time for an urgent repair of my vehicle. He took the time to answer unrelated questions about my vehicle. He called my attention to an available discount. The service was efficient, courteous and met or exceeded all of my expectations.

Victoria helped me right when I walked in the door and stuck with me through the entire process. Her customer service gave me exactly what I needed which was to deal with a genuine and professional person. The manager John came out to speak to me, gave me a lot of professional insight. Awesome service!!! Went to a couple different place down the street. Was told they couldnt get me in for several hours or the next day. Came to NTB and they were busy there too but they told me they would get me in there right away and got my tires on my car. I felt like the customer service I received from Alicia and NTB was excellent. I was at first disappointed that my wheels came back chipped after my tires were put on...but after bringing it to her attention, she worked with me diligently to correct the problem and provide a refund for the repairs in a very prompt and efficient manner. Sold me the wrong size tire then said it was my fault. A sister company in my hometown made it right. But not a good experience. I had come in with a tire to have put on a wheel, that tire was bad, my car was there, there was a tire on the wheel with a broken belt, and a tire that had been on it before, it all there were 5 tires i came in with. I was sold a tire that didnt fit, trusted them and left. Ended up when I got home from my trip to St Louis and stopped I to my local tire shop the tire was too big and had a nice gouge in it. My local shop was able to make it right fortunately, didnt appreciate that the guy who sold me the tire told my local shop it was my fault, he told them I walked in with a wheel and tire in hand and I had no reference for them.

Brought my car in for an alignment and now the steering wheel is crooked and car pulls worse than when I brought it in. They apologize but there was already another car on the alignment rack. Now I have to wait another two and a half hours for something I’ve already been waiting on for an hour and 15 minutes. This location seems like a place for the workers to hang out and party not a place to work and provide a service. I just hope after 3 hours and 45 minutes my alignment is fixed.

I had issues with my tires from another NTB yesterday and one of my tires was going flat, this store was the closest store. They took me quickly, saw there was a nail and fixed my tire in about a half hour. Wasnt charged anything because of the other store and what they missed. VERY good customer service from the gentleman at the reception desk.

Took multiple trips back for them to get the job done correctly (including staining our seat). Mechanics were very rude to my wife with quiet, underhand comments. Was told after the bad experience the manager would call me back the next day, that did not happen. I had to call back. Manager was a least polite and helpful. While waiting for a call back from manager I contacted the district manager. Service was on a Sat, called him on a Monday, he finally responded on a Thursday. He said he would get the story and get back to me. Close to a month later - nothing. Terrible customer service and wont get the job done right. Buyer beware.Update: Turns out they didnt tighten bolts on the front brakes - they became loose and a danger to my family. The trusted auto place I have found since them were shocked at how bad the job was done. FYI - I reached out to your numerous times after you asked me to on this site and you never returned call. You are all that is wrong with the car service industry and why no one wants to trust auto mechanics

I had a 1:30 appointment to get new tires. When I pulled in I noticed there was only one car in the entire parking lot so I thought that would mean quick service. When checking in I was told the process would take approximately one hour. I sat in the waiting room with the only other customer there.After an hour I got up to check on the status only to discover my car still sitting in the parking lot. Not one of the employees (counted at least 4) had started working on my car nor bothered to tell me about the delay. What is the point of making an appointment if its disregarded? Were all these mechanics working on the only car there?Ultimately I wasted an entire lunch hour and received no service or courtesy. I will be taking my business elsewhere.One star is too high of a rating!

My experience was a very pleasant one. All of the team members were polite and super friendly. They make you feel like they are happy to be assisting you. I highly recommend this NTB.

I normally go to a different location which has always treated me well but this one was a different experience. I chose this location because it is right down the road from work and I had a huge screw stuck in my tire and was losing air quick. When I showed up and explained my problem I was promptly turned away saying that they were busy and couldnt do it. I figured having opted for the road hazard warranty would have made a difference but nope... Bye bye, have a great day. Limped over to my regular NTB and was welcomed in and fixed up quick.

My girlfriend went in for a oil change and a week or so later I said let me see if they changed the filter. The Dean team Hyundi filter was still on with the scribble mark I placed on it to verify NTB DID NOT CHANGE FILTER. Please check your filters to see if they actually changed it. Probably a good idea to check filter from any shop. CHECK OIL FILTER!!!!!!! You could be driving for double or triple the miles in excess of the recommended mileage

I came in late in the evening with a bolt sitting in my tire and these guys took care of me quickly and with great customer service and were able to patch it. 2nd time coming to NTB. My goto spot in the area.

I almost never write reviews on things, but my service here was so horrific I feel the need to warn others. I ended up taking my car here twice (because Im not smart enough to learn from my mistakes). The first time was for a basic oil change. I call and make an appointment in advance (it was a few days or so). When I get there, their computers dont show any record of my cars appointment. They report theyll work me in with their other appointments. I asked when the car would be ready, just a ball-park for time. They tell me around 3. I gave them a call around 3:30 when I hadnt heard from them. They say itll be done in a half hour. I wait until almost 4:45 to get back up there. I pay for the services, and proceed to wait in their lobby for another HOUR! I dont mind having a late pick up, but dont lie to me about when it will be done.Fast forward almost month, and my car has a problem pop up. I do a little research online, and see its something that other cars the same model as mine have had in the past, and as my car is 10 years old, I wasnt too surprised my car was having a problem with it. So I take my car in again, a little miffed they didnt notice this problem when it was in with them less than a month beforehand. When I dropped my car off, I specifically told them I HAD TO HAVE MY CAR BACK that day, at all costs, and told them I had work that evening, so I wouldnt be able to get it after a certain time. I wait, and wait, and wait. They never called me. I end up calling them after getting a ride to work. It had apparently been done for a while, but for some reason, they found my parents phone number and called that, instead of the number I left that morning.Long story short, if you actually want a mechanic to listen to what you say, try somewhere else, you wont get it at this NTB.

Kirkwood NTB was phenomenal. I arrived just before closing but they still accommodated me by getting my vehicle in for service. The team was extremely helpful, and most importantly friendly. I totally recommend NTB Kirkwood.

I recently had a tire blow out. Scary and stressful to say the least. NTB for sure helped ease the stress. The staff at NTB went above and beyond what I expected. They spent time with me explain what my options were and were also honest and helpful to me. Will be back and would recommend to anyone.

My car broke down right in front of the shop because of a bad alternator. The mechanics helped me push the car into the store and quickly diagnosed the problem. Just when I was thinking that the whole experience would be smooth, things started to go down south. They changed the alternator and sent me back without testing it. I was told to keep the car running for an hour to charge the battery. However, the battery did not charge even after I kept the car running for more than an hour. Also, I saw a wire dangling from the alternator - this wire should have gone to the AC. The next day, I jumped the battery to start the car and took it back to them.There, they said that it was just not the alternator but the fuse was blown too and they flat out refused to change it. Had to speak to the district manager to have the mechanic solve the issue. The mechanic also remained adamant that he was not responsible for the dangling wire. Finally they agreed to change the fuse but refused to take care of fixing the AC when it was clearly the mechanic who had broken it while changing the alternator.Overall, a pretty bad experience.Not recommended to visit.

NTB in kirkwood is awesome. They get our cars in quick and efficiently. They always call if there are any issues. Sam has the best customer service. If we have numerous cars for them to get oil changes done on, they will come in and swap them out. Best location I’ve ever worked with.

I purchased some tires from NTB approximately a year ago, and had a good experience when I purchased them. Got them for a great price, and I was able to get the tires installed quickly after ordering. I also purchased their premium installation package with 1-year alignment, lifetime balance and rotation, and road hazard. I have gotten them rotated once so far, and was due for another rotation. I wasnt sure of the phone number, so I hopped on the website to check their phone number, and saw an online appointment booking service! I entered all my information, and selected the services I wanted, and chose an available appointment time of 5:30, which worked great for me, as I have a work trip I needed to pack for that I am leaving on tomorrow. I figured I would get there at around 5:30, and it might take a half hour or so before they could see me, and another half hour to rotate the tires, give or take, so I would be done by 7. So far, so good! I arrived for my appointment at 5:14, and was told that I would be helped in a minute. This was absolutely no problem, so I sat down and waited around fifteen minutes. At 5:30, a nice young lady came in and told me that my appointment that I booked online essentially doesnt check the rest of the schedule to see what is available. I was told there were two oil changes and an alignment ahead of me, and it would be at least 45 minutes before I could even get in the bay, possibly more. In my mind, this was unacceptable, as I supposedly had an appointment. If what the lady is true, then I truly feel bad for the employees at the branches who have been let down by a broken reservation system that should not even exist if it as useless as it appears to be. Why bother being able to book an appointment online if it isnt going to make sure that the shop has the time available for the appointment? Next time, I will simply call the branch and see what times are available, since the online appointment system does not function. I am very disappointed that NTB offers and advertises a tool that is so fundamentally flawed, and I hope this is not the service I will continue to receive as an NTB customer.

Nobody else had the tire I needed, but NTB did! I went in the afternoon on a Sunday, which...them being open on Sundays is another HUGE plus, and was in and out in about 10 minutes. Staff was friendly, and even after the job was finished, they explained to me what I could expect from this tire since it is a different brand than my other tires.

I went in to have my car prepped to drive to my daughters wedding the next day. These bottom feeders said they had discovered a leak in the muffler, but they waited until the end of the 3.5hr visit to tell me, when it was too late to do anything. They inferred that the problem existed when I arrived, but when I heard it, I insisted they put it back on the rack. it was not a leak, the rusty muffler had been separated from the rusty tailpipe, but the surface areas where they had been connected were pristine and the gasket was missing. I dont if they broke it by mistake and then didnt say anything, which would make them incompetent and irresponsible, or if they were basic criminal cheats and liars. It doesnt much matter, I wont go there again. I would love to sue or prosecute.

I will never come back here. It took over 2 hours to get 4 new tires. I even had a scheduled appointment. On top of that the staff that worked the front counter was terrible.

Kirkwood location: I were told that they could have our 2 new tires on in half an hour. So silly me, I waited ...After 30 minutes I was told an hour....1.5 hours I was told half an hour....40 minutes later they were done..If they had their act together and had just told me it would have been that long I would have just gone somewhere else. Utterly idiotic waste of my time.

Terrible customer service and less than able mechanics. They could not fix my cars power steering hose after three tries, and in fact did it so badly it killed the pump. Had to have a dealer clean up their mess. Still waiting after three weeks to get a refund. Awful place.

My story of my terrifically bad experience would be entirely too long to write down in full but Ill try my best to concisely summarize my experience at this particular NTB location.I took my vehicle in to have one set of wheels and tires (summer setup) removed from the car intact. I have a second set of wheels and tires that I intended to have put on the car along with a new set of Bridgestone winter tires.The ace team at NTB managed to damage every single one of my wheels with one wheel in particular damaged to almost the entire circumference. Mind you the damage was to the summer wheels (the ones they simply had to unbolt from the car and set aside for me to pick up later.When I arrived at NTB to pick up my car with its freshly mounted new wheels and tires my summer setup was inside waiting for me. No mention of damage or even that anything was out of place. I didnt notice the damage until the following day when I got a closer look at everything during daylight hours.I immediately called the store to speak to the manager and thus the beginning of my incredible customer service experience at NTB. Again, way too much detail to make this succinct but heres the general outline:1. Manager indicated that hed need to see the damage in person and explicitly told me his available time that week.2. I made arrangements to get out of work early, lug my most severely damaged wheel back to NTB.3. Upon entering the store the manager Sean immediately blows me off speaking around me and directs another employee to handle the issue.4. The other employee Kyle upon learning that Im the BMW guy immediately starts chuckling. These pros at NTB enjoy a good laugh apparently.5. I show Kyle the damage to the wheel and he responds with:a. We didnt do thatb. The wheel must be used or refinished6. After some unpleasant exchanges I have verbal commitment from Kyle and his manager Sean to fix my wheel. Theyll be in touch.Fast forward twenty days and Im still trying to work this mess out.Bottomline: To call the people working at this particular location amateurs is an insult to amateurs everywhere. Im an amateur when it comes to working on cars and could run circles around these jerks. Do not take your car to this NTB or as far as Im concerned any NTB or associated company. Most definitely not recommended.

Service keeps getting better every time I go in.

They told me my car was in need of a realignment when I went in for an oil change. The had a printout which purportedly had the measurements and tolerances that were out of variance with my vehicle. Yet they would not let me have a copy. After manually writing down some of the figures, I took the car to my dealer who did repeat measurements. (The car was still under factory warranty.) Not surprisingly, there was no truth to NTBs assertions of hundreds of dollars worth of parts and labor for a vehicle way out of alignment. It seems that they prey on females to usurp unfair charges. On top of it, when I checked my oil the next day, it was as dirty as when I took it in.This is not the place to trust your vehicle with.

Way better service than Dobbs!!!

D not shop here, Rude, Poor customer service ( I had to call to find out if my truck was done,) Shoddy workmanship, Unethical business practices.First I was quoted 602 but when it came time to pay the bill it was 659 shop fee is what I was told and when I asked why that wasnt included in the quote they had nothing to say, then they lost a lug nut and refused to replace they told me it was missing when it arrived, funny though that I had just washed my truck and it wasnt missing, definetly overpriced and extremly high markup on parts about 30%, and after all of this my alignment is still off
