I love the Kirkwood location. All the guys are very nice and have always gotten me in and out in a timely manor. The manager is the nicest guy. He will always take care of what you need and be honest. Never had a bad experience!!

If you would have asked me the day of to review this place I would giveen 5 stars. I got a flat on the way to the magic house and I brought my car here to get a tire put on. They were professional and pleasant to deal with. I went ahead and got 4 new tires put on and picked it up a couple hrs later without a problem. I was satisfied with the service. However, I had an alignment issue they say I needed to have addressed. I took it to the local dealer to get checked out 2 days later and they inform me one of the tires is missing a lugnut. And on another there is one that is completely different. It’s crazy to me I can go and spend almost 600 dollars but for some reason they can’t manage to put my lug nuts back on.

Highly recommend. I was ran into a curb destroying my front passenger tire. Luckily it happened right next to Plaza on big bend. The staff was awesome, it was fairly priced and they had me in and out of there with quality work in about a half hour.

Plaza Tire Service Kirkwood was fantastic!! My brand new car (with only 2100 miles) had a flat from not being able to avoid hitting highway debris during rush hour. I called multiple competitors to identify the best price and Plaza won by a landslide. They were able to find a new tire which was almost an exact same match to the other three. I received prompt and courteous service and was on my way in just over 30 minutes. They fully repaired the minor issue to the wheel and assured me it would not cause any issues in the future or would require any additional repairs from what had happened. I am so thankful of how I was treated and the quality of my experience. I definitely am a loyal customer of Plaza Tire as of today!!! Thanks for a great job - it was very much appreciated!!!

Great service and very good prices. I went in for 2 new tires in my truck, told them what I was looking for, didnt try to upsell me on the tire and respected my choice. Quoted about an 1hr 30min. Had it done in an hour! I would for sure recommend this place to friends and family .

These guys came in at half the price for four new minivan tires of other area tire joints. They had my tires in stock, I dropped the car off at 10 AM with no prior appointment and they had it done by three, including new brake pads and rotors. Nothing unexpected on the bill and they didn’t try to upsell me. 10/10 would recommend!

We’re on vacation, went to leave the hotel and we had a flat tire. Stopped to put air in the tire, noticed a nail in the tire. We’re driving another 433 miles today, I called Plaza Tire Service and they were so accommodating and said bring it and we’ll take care of you. They did exactly that and we’re very friendly! A great experience and we don’t know anyone in the area and we’ve never been here before, so it was such a relief to have found such a great place!!!

This is really a review of both the Ballwin and Kirkwood locations. My car has a tire size that is getting hard to find. I contacted Ballwin to see what I could do. They found options for me, including alternate sizes and found me what I wanted and at great prices. But they didn’t have the tires I wanted in store. So they found inventory at Kirkwood, called up Alan, the Kirkwood store manager to confirm inventory, and I headed over shortly afterwards. Got my tires fast with great service and at half the price of the dealership. Fantastic all around from both locations!

I came in because one of my tire pressure lights was reading low. It had already been a very tough week about other things, and Plaza tire was so understanding and helpful. I had my newborn with me in the car and they got me in and out and taken care of as quickly as possible. We are new to the area but we now know where to go for anything our car needs that they can do! I can’t thank them enough. Truly genuine guys.

The employees I interacted with her friendly. They were able to get my car in since it needed an alignment done, and was finished within the time frame he estimated to me.

Other than the normal trying to sell you more expensive tires than yours there to get, everything was A-OK. The quotes are not appointments, so screenshot your online quotes to make sure you’ll get that price. It was very quick though and took about an hour for four new tires and the price was the best I could find. All in all, I would go get future tires from them again.

They gave me a quote quick over the phone, pulled into there parking lot 5 minutes later, and they immediately started working on my car. Love this place!

The service was great and the staff got me in and out quickly for an oil change and tire rotation. What I was not appreciative of, as well as concerned by, was the lack of masks that were being worn in not just the shop but in the lobby area where employees were interacting with customers. One employee eventually did put on a mask but the others did not. It was more so disappointing to see and I just hope that you all do not get one another sick or a customer. I appreciate the great service but if this is how plaza tire service treats the health and safety of their employees and customers, I will not be contributing my money to their business.

The cashier, Mark, is incredibly unhelpful, unfriendly, incompetent and rude. Not the guy you want answering your phones or representing your business in person. The techs seemed to be fairly competent and did the job, but would rather pay more elsewhere to deal with a professional that doesnt act like a stuck up teenager with a chip on their shoulder. No customer service whatsoever. Grow up, youre a cashier at a tire shop. Drop the condescending attitude.

I have been a doctor for close to 40 years and have had colleagues and friends hospitalized for up to two months on ventilators and artificial lung circulation devices. Covid-19 is real and symptoms run the gamut from nothing to death : it is not the flu. I absolutely do not want to get caught in the middle of politics, beliefs or people affirming their own rights to do what they want. I do want people I deal with to be humble enough to ask the question, what if I am wrong ? and to treat me and others with caring and respect.

Caught a screw in one of my tires. When I called they said to come on in. Took about 15 minutes for a full lifetime repair (inside patch - not just a plug). Nice, professional, clean, and fast!

This was my third flat tire this year, and this was the first time I went somewhere other than used tire places, and I probably should have been going to them all along. Instead of changing out my tire without telling me what was wrong, and charging me a fee to dispose of my old one, they found a nail in it and patched it up, which is so much cheaper than buying a used tire with less tread than what I had, and they were very helpful even though I showed up 45 minutes before close. Anyone that goes to these tiny used tire places I recommend to go to plaza tire, its worth it.

Plaza Tire went above and beyond all of my expectations! What started as needing a patch for my tire on my lunch break turned into needing a Tire Pressure Sensor and a full set of tires. We were in town for a vacation and noticed a screw in a tire, they fixed it without issue while we were down the street at the magic house. Staff was awesome and very accommodating.

They did good service. No complaints on the service. But the price tag on installation was too much. I paid $34.99 for installing one tire. The price tag says to the customer dont come back and I definitely will not go back.

I had a tire that had to have air put in twice before 10am so I knew i was going to be in trouble this Christmas Eve day. My first call was to Plaza Tire in Kirkwood, MO. They were getting ready to close early, so I had about 45 minutes to make a decision to get my tire replaced. The manager says sure come on and we will take care of you. They had my tire size, so I purchased 2 tires. I was in and out the door within 25 minutes, if that long. They rotated, ran a report and made safe decisions on tire placement for my safety. I need 2 more tires and will definitely be back to Plaza Tire to get them in the near future. I appreciated his kindness and it was super nice in their waiting room. Thank you!

Called and set up a time for an oil change, man on the phone said the oil change would be $26. When I get there the man at the front desk asked what kind of oil change I wanted and I told him just the basic conventional since I assumed that was the $26 one I was told about. I also ended up getting two new tires installed while I was there given how they had the ones I needed available. I was told everything would be $267 out the door. Well long story short, i made the mistake of not looking over my receipt before leaving. I was charged for over $60 worth of additional option things with my tire change without being told about them. My $26 oil change also ended up being $58. To top it all of (no pun intended) my wiper fluid was not topped off like advertised and my low fluid light came on after using my wiper fluid one time. Honestly, the only reason it is not 1 star is because the tire swap actually turned out to be pretty good work. Charging people for additions without telling them about them is horrible business, also maybe get your pricing right between all your employees.

Went in for new tires, they helped me pick out the brand prior on the phone. My car ended up needing an alignment which the guy explained in detail why I needed it and showed me exactly where the old tires were wearing. Very nice . This is the 3 rd set of tires I have purchased through plaza and all three times ( at different stores) were great.

No face masks. 330,000+ dead in the US from COVID-19, yet the managers here do not wear masks and do not require masks by their customers. After one of the managers coughed while I was at the counter, I asked him why he wasnt wearing a mask. He said the company did not require masks, but he would be happy to put one on if it would make me feel better. I pointed out that putting a mask on AFTER you cough does not protect anyone. The employee who helped me at the counter was wearing a mask which was much appreciated, but does not help much if the managers walk around like the pandemic is not happening.

Arrived at 8:15am, rolled out at 8:48am with 4 brand new tires that were 22% less than than the dealership wanted. Ill be going back here for all future minor services. Thank you for a great experience!

COVID Deniers? If you are worried about COVID, don’t go to this store. Managers didn’t have a mask in sight and when I commented, they didn’t acknowledge. I wish I had known before I spent money here. Don’t spend yours if you care!Also, bought same tires for a different car at other Plaza Tire location last week. Kirkwood store asked if I wanted to pay up for nitrogen. Said it was manufacturer recommended. Really? Couldn’t find this recommendation that cost $10.00 a tire. AVOID THEM!
