Called 15 minutes to 6 with a screw and washer in my tire they told me to get to the shop before 6 and they would take care of me. With bays full of vehicles and after 6 when they had a chance to pull my truck in they got my tire fixed even though I said I could come back in the morning! This whole ten is awesome and so kind and want to help! I would highly recommend them !!

I had a damaged tire and rim on a work truck on a Saturday and needed it fixed the same day. David at Les Schwab in Kirkland found an outer dually rim of the right size locally, had the correct tire in stock, and had it fixed within a few hours of me calling. This helped me out tremendously as the truck had to be used Sunday morning. I had called a couple other places before Les Schwab in Kirkland and nobody had the rim or offered to find one like David at Les Schwab. Great service and help. Thanks.

Swapped out my summer wheels & tires to my winter wheels & tires with a smile. Hour + wait for walk in, I did hear them mention their new online scheudling. Next time I’ll check that out, might just need to scheduled a few days out.

Made appt to get alignment after replacing all the parts on my entire front end. Dropped off truck, 2 hours later they call and state they cant align it with fictitious nonsense reasons about a non-adjustable joint being on the edge of specs. Fully realizing they are trying to scam me I pick up my truck before they mangle it. Looking at my alignment results, I just needed my toe-in adjusted one degree, of which they did not do because they were trying to trick me into spending 500.00 on upgrading to adjustable caster/camber bolts. Perfect example of an auto shop trying to take advantage of customers. You should go elsewhere, as you have been warned.

I had one flat tire, the dealership charges more than $400 for replacement while Les Schwab charges about $330 and they has the same model in the store. They finally repaired it and it’s free. I will definitely choose Les Schwab if I need new tires in the future.

Had a great experience with the team at Les Schwab. I didnt have an appointment and was able to walk-in and have my tire looked at since I had a flat. They were able to patch it and get it mounted in 45min-60min. They put my spare tire back in the trunk as well. They also helped answer any questions that I had.Great service and would highly recommend!

Would not put air in dot approved tires and dot approved rims use to enjoy spending my money at les schwabs but this one kirkland just does not offer service like the others not recommend them go to the one in redmond or others they work well with the consumer and also customer

Dissappointed. They broke my hood cable latch and didnt even tell me when I drove off their lot. My hood was about to pop open on the freeway! I called to discuss and was appalled by how dismissive, short and rude their Assistant Manager Jared was. I left a message for David the manager to call me, and that hasnt even been done. 2 weeks later and what they broke still hasnt been fixed. Really shocked by this experience. They dont care.

Wow, I am blown away with the service I received today. Aleshia was kind and welcoming, and got me set up right away (flat tire - picked up a screw). My tire was repaired in an hour. Would and will highly recommend!

As always, they take great care of my car and ate friendly and efficient. Been a customer for years across several states, dont see a reason Id change that.Do note, they EDIT: have appointments you can make online now! But walk-ins are still welcome! Depending on what you need done it could be a 20 minute visit or a 4 hour visit. Dont hesitate to ask them when you get there so you can plan accordingly.

Work was finished sooner than they estimated. Some detail damage occurred while they were working on it. Technician pointed it out to me and offered to buff it out himself, but it was barely noticeable so I told him it wasnt necessary. Im very glad that he pointed it out to me and didnt try to hide it. I respect that in people.

I dont know how these people could get anything less than five stars they are so sweet and so helpful and honestly only want the best for you they dont try and sell you anything that you dont need and if you have a flat tire they fix it in a heartbeat with no hassle. Ive been here a few times and today I came in with two flat tires and they were so nice and helped me. When I need new tires this winter I am most definitely buying them here.

This is a pretty good crew. Unfortunately there company keeps them too busy to provide the level of service they used to. While I was waiting to be checked in there were 3 different employees (including the manager) that came in and back out without lifting there eyes to say hi to me. Not bad guys, just too busy. My heart goes out to them because of the size of there tiny lot. They could do so much more with a larger lot and crew. Good luck guys.

The customer service here is amazing. I had a flat tire nearby and they came to my vehicle (only 10 minutes before closing), aired it up enough for me to drive to their location a few blocks away, then they removed the debris, patched my tire, put it back on the vehicle and aired up all of my other tires. After all of this help, they didnt even charge me and just asked that I consider them next time I need service. Well definitely be going back.

Very nice on the phone. Took me in and got me a much needed new tire. Went above and beyond to put a bigger hole in the tire to not damage the sensor which would have added an extra 80 dollars, while taking it off. They were honest, and did the right thing. Ill always go back there.

I’ve given Les Schwab my business for years and have been satisfied. Recently though I had a complete brake job fail after 20,000 miles (over 3+ years which is just outside the warranty period). I limped my car in to be looked at for a second time and it was essentially inoperable and very unsafe. I was shocked and disappointed at the very high cost to replace the brakes which had only 20,000 miles on them.Les Schwab has lost my future business!

My college-age daughter brought her car in after she got a low brake fluid message. They looked at the brakes, made the appropriate repair recommendations, and got right to work. Due to the length of the service, they paid for a Lyft to take her home and then pick her up and bring her back when her car was ready! How awesome is that? Repairs were a reasonable cost and the service was outstanding. Ive been dealing with Les Schwab for all our cars for decades and they have always gone above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Told me theres be a 3 hour wait till they could help me. It took exactly that long, and when they finished up half an hour later, theyd fixed my tire and charged me zero. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I scratched my rim pretty bad and it needed to be repaired. Les Schwab in Kirkland got my car in the next morning, put my spare tire on and loaded my wheel into my car free of charge. They truly have figured out what it means to provide top notch customer service without complaint. Very rare these days.

We have been shopping at Les Schwab for all our tire needs over the years. Great service and they take care of you for life, at any location. You can even purchase chains, and if you dont use them you can return the chains as long as it is before April 1st. We choose them over Costco for their numerous locations, service and price.

They were very nice and went the extra mile to help me. I told them good job and it was.

I came in with a punctured tire and within an hour (it was very, very busy in there) I was told that my car was ready and that there would be no charge. Just want to give a big shout out to the Les Schwab team. I do most of my own maintenance but some things you just cant do on your own. I brought my BMW in for an alignment, wheel balance, and a brake fluid flush(not the most straight forward on this model).They earned a true 5 stars and a lifelong customer for the following:- They left my dashcam alone (Other shops quiet frequently unhook it)Because of this, I was able to see and hear some of the most professional work Ive ever seen:- From the hey remember to take your gloves off when you get in because the car has a tan interior and grease wont look good on it- To the very long brake fluid change Were going to do this step-by-step exactly. And they did just that.- To the relaxed test drive after the service was done. No high revving or speeding.These guys are true professionals and I highly recommend!

After getting my new car, I knew I was heading over the mountain passes during the winter. I have purchased chains for every vehicle Ive ever owned at Les Schwab. The time I recently bought chains it was pouring rain and I was unsure of my new tire size. The service person went out in the rain and got the tire size for me so I could get the right size chain. The chains are super easy to put on and take off. A cool feature with the change is that if you dont use them and you keep your receipt, you can return them at the end of the season. No extra fees for them to take them back and give you full credit (or cash if that was how you paid) for the total purchase price. As the name would suggest they do sell tires here and theyre really good about making sure you have the right tires for your vehicle and what driving conditions you expect to encounter. Great service and a roadside assistance truck always make Les Schwab my favorite place to get my batteries, chains, windshield wipers, and, of course, tires.

I stopped by Les Schwab Tire Center in Kirkland this morning since one of my tires was bent. The guy at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. He looked at my car, and said theyd probably be able to just straighten my tire out, and they did it for free! The mechanic was friendly too, so I felt welcome there. Chris Johnson is very professional and always a good resource on everything automotive. This location has a very Can do attitude in general and seems to always meet or exceed expectations. Ive taken my business here for over 20 years without worry or exception and will continue to trust them with my vehicles down the road.

Friendly and helpful staff has helped me on 2 occasions now with getting new tires and patching up a tire the had a nail in it. Its great to have experts that I can trust to turn to for any tire needs I may have.

I had a leak in one of my tires so I went in to get it fixed. They found a screw in the tire and patched it up for me. I went to pay for it and the guy told me theres no charge. Wow. What nice service. Will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended.

Awesome techs, very knowledgeable! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the front desk person (lady with brown hair) did not have good communication with the techs I called and said if I come in in 20 minutes can you get me out of the shop by noon and my car did not even get into the shop till noon. She was also not very polite to me or other customers, the blonde lady working after her was much nicer.

I love Les Schwab theyre always very helpful including at this visit. Was quick drop-off, and my car was ready quickly as well. Plus theyre services were FREE, which I know other places would definitely charged for.

Great customer service. They do exactly what you ask them. I had them check my rear brakes and they needed a slight adjustment. They also rotated my tires as requested. When done, all systems go and no charge. Very pleased with their attention to detail and not trying to find additional ways to make money off the customer.

First come first served. Any wait is worth it. This and every other Les Schwab Ive visited over the years have provide excellent service and value for products and services.

I dont know if we got off on the wrong foot or what but the lady Katie who was working there this morning was short and rude with me. I only come here for tire changes and will keep it that way! The work itself is usually done well but if Im handing you $500+ dollars then you better at least try to crack a smile and be somewhat nice to your customers!

Got a punctured tire while on our way to Moses Lake from Seattle. We stopped by North Bend to have it fixed. We found Les Schwab and there was a lot of customers. They said we should expect a 45min wait due to number of pending customers. Heres what made them 5 stars for me1. they have tables and chairs that we used to work on our laptops and eat our McDonalds breakfast we bought earlier. Also they have free coffee and popcorn!2. Awesome customer service. We waited around 20 minutes and they were done after 5 minutes with our car.3. The best thing yet, it came out FREE!! i mean FREE!!you cant beat that and to return the excellent customer service. Im writing this review. They deserve all the business they can get with their awesome customer service.:)

Bought tire chains last year, never used them, returned easily with receipt, no questions asked.

Good quality Customer Service every time I have been there. My experience is they have always been close to on time after quoting me a time before they will be able to get to my car. I use Les Schwab for tires, breaks and consistent free tire rotations. I have never felt the need to go anywhere else.
