Great service! I brought in my car for scheduled maintenance, the staff was very friendly and even went out of their way to call me periodically through the day with updates on when my car would be available, since I was trying to coordinate some appointments. They got the car done early, and my car runs great. I will definitely be back in another 60,000 miles.

I took my car to the Kirkland location after being told I needed a $4000 repair at the Toyota of Kirkland. Mark and his crew had my car out the door in a couple hours of labor and some brake fluid. I would definitely trust this shop for all my future work and recommend them to anyone I know!

I have used them before years ago. I visited them on a Groupon on my biggest complaint they told me whats sort of wrong with the car and didnt go in great detail about things. For instance my breaks needed fixed, but only told me the break pad thickness not that the rotors need to be replaced too. They are on the the more pricey side I have found just as good if not better for a better deal.

These guys are experienced mechanics who understand what customer service is. I take my car here and Im never disappointed.

Best place to have car repaired. Be precise with your needs and they will deliver. Have been very honest with me.

I have been going to Marks for at least 10 years. Started in the Redmond location and switched to Kirkland when Redmond closed.They have always been polite and helpful. I had some work done on my wifes car about a year ago and recently a belt started squealing. I dropped it off and they were able to fix it right away and didnt charge a penny.I had some time while I was waiting and started reading some of the reviews on here mainly negative and was extremely surprised. I think when people have a bad experience whether it is the fault of the shop or their own we like to blame somebody (cause we are never wrong) and let everyone know we are unhappy.This has never been my experience at Marks. I take both vehicles and have never had any issues with their parts or service.I would recommend this place to anyone that owns a Japanese vehicle.

This place smells like cigarettes. Apparently its a smoke shop and an auto repair shop. Took my car here for a mechanical inspection. Instead of doing that they started making assumptions and false claims by giving financial advice to try and sway a potential buyer away from purchasing.

These guys are very experienced mechanics who understand what customer service is. They will always meet your needs and demands.

🚫DO NOT GO HERE🚫! these people WILL rip you off! purchased a Groupon for an oil change and inspection and they overcharged us almost $30 extra than the actual price. didnt even bother with giving a full inspection which was written as part of deal. travelled almost 40 minutes out just to have them argue with us. DISHONEST AND RUDE.

Been taking our various Japan-made vehicles here, for many years. That we keep coming back, when needed, speaks quite well of this place.

Dishonest, do not go there! Theres many other places better and cheaper than this shop. I took my 1998 4runner for an oil change after purchesing a groupon all season check, and oil change for $29.00. I asked how much more would it be for high mileage oil, they said to me $47.00 on top total to $76.00. I asked him how much for an oil change without groupon he said $60.00 then asked why I was paying almost $16.00 more he said because of the inspection (I thought that was included in the groupon deal). The following day he called saying the car was ready and nothing else had an issue. I knew there was issues with the breaks which I mentioned it when I dropped the car off. He said nothing was wrong with breaks. I request the inspection sheet that all shops do, and he didnt have anything not even battery test as mentioned on the groupon deal. Rip off. Stay away from this shop.

Worst Mechanic experience ever. I took my sons car in with a fuel injector problem, the owner called me back and said it needed three new injectors and the cost would be $950. I told him the injectors had just been rebuilt, he said even though they were rebuilt the electronics could still go bad. I searched the net & found I could buy six (not three) NEW injectors for $250.00 so I called the owner back and said I would like to order the parts myself and pay him for labor, his voice became very unpleasant to put it mildly & shot back on the phone that he needed to make money on the parts & how about if he just pushed my vehicle out the door and put all the parts in the parking lot - I could come and pick everything up and tow it away in pieces.This is where shops really have you, and I could tell by his attitude this was the norm, if they have your car torn apart & know you are vulnerable they ultimately will win.I told him to finish the job, when we went to pick it up the owner informed me he changed course and put 6 rebuilt injectors in, I was livid and told him he should have included me in this decision because I would have purchased the NEW injectors for $250, since just a day earlier he had told me rebuilt injectors can have the electronics fail, he looked me straight in the eyes and said he did.My feelings are this company works solely in their best financial interest not their customers, to the point that they will look you squarely in the eyes and lie.

Long story made short: Dishonest and predatory diagnostic practices didnt fool me.I had an oil change, and asked for some advice on the origins of a low idle problem. (Low idle problems can be caused by a myriad of different things, including plugged ports, faulty injector gaskets, poor valve operation of IACV or EGR, electrical problems, impropper fuel pressure, the list goes on).Incredibly, without performing a single test, I was quoted for changing my B pipe and Muffler (exhaust system), as if they were certain these were the origins of my problems. Impropper back-pressure was what they concluded, without a single test of any component of the system. Had I let them, they would have happily charged me almost a thousand dollars to change my exhaust, and it would have done NOTHING to solve the problem.This shop is not logically equipped to diagnose problems - they make expensive assumptions without sufficient evidence. Take your diagnostics elsewhere. They will happily charge you thousands of dollars when they really have no clue what the problem is because they dont want to perform any tests - apparently, all they want is your money.--Edit-- What was really the cause of my idle problems? The piston rings in the engine were failing. A $50 test proved this to be the case! Had absolutely nothing to do with my exhaust. The engine needed to be replaced (not the exhaust). Car ran great after that. Revising from 2 down to 1 stars.Looking at the other reviews, I see their diagnostic practices have not improved over the years.

Honest good service but pricy.

Service was friendly enough but the service took almost 2 hours for a simple oil change. Avoid this place if possible.
