Really great shop! They accurately diagnosed and fixed my vehicles noise/vibration problem for a reasonable price, and Andy is so nice! Theyre located a bit far from me but Ill probably go back again!

After thinking this over I just cant recommend. I really wanted to like this shop but they took a week and then just soaked me on a very expensive inspection... just an inspection. Then I got OUT of there. If you go there: be on your gaurd and get printed quotes of everything you will be charged for before ever giving over your keys. This makes me feel like this is predatory behavior waiting for a nieve victim.

Andy was very thorough, communicative and professional. He kept me informed throughout the process for my 48K mile inspection and maintenance. Timely and a great value!

TLC is the auto repair shop I have been looking for. They provide excellent and thorough service at a fair price.Our car was long overdue for maintenance so I asked a trusted coworker who has experience in the automotive repair field who he would recommend. He told me TLC without hesitation. I checked out TLCs reviews online and was impressed with what I read so I made an appointment. I am sure glad I did. We dropped our car off in the morning with Andy for a tune-up and inspection. TLC got back to us with a text message that had a link to our inspection report. It explained both what was good and what needed repair along with pictures of what was found. We found the color coded results of the Vehicle Evaluation straight forward and easy to understand. We authorized all the repairs they suggested, all work was completed quickly, and we were able to pick up our car that evening. Andy was very professional, respectful in his communication, and offered solid advice about future maintenance. We are very happy with the results and we will be happy to trust them again in the future.

After repairing my leaking oil pan, I found that they overfilled the oil by a quart! They either went by the spec not the dipstick or simply DGAF. My existing leak got worse (as you can see the new puddles verses the old dry ones), possibly because of this overfill. Anyway, I’ll double check the oil pan job when I get a chance. Overall, I would not come back and would not recommend them to anyone.

I was on my way home from work when my car died. My dad just happened to call me after I had called a tow and when he heard what was going on just said, Take it to Andy. My dad has been taking his cars to TLC since I was a kid and this was the first time I was having car problems to this extent. They got my battery, alternator, transmission fluid, and belts all taken care of and were super transparent through the whole process. Feels better driving my car now than it ever has. If peace of mind is one of your highest priorities, than TLC is a great bet. Thanks guys!

We had a wonderful experience with TLC! They explained all services our car needed thoroughly and made sure we were comfortable with everything that needed to be done and the price quote before they started working. Andy was extremely kind and went above and beyond and shuttled my husband after their closing hours so we could pick up our car before they closed for the weekend. They never tried to swindle us into services we didn’t need-which other mechanics we’ve gone to have done. Highly recommend!

My 2005 Outback needed quite a bit of work. New front wheel bearing, new rear struts, new rear brakes and an engine oil and transmission fluid flush. Great experience at TLC. I was told by the Nissan dealership that my brakes were at 3mm about 2 months ago. I set up a brake inspection at TLC, thinking that I would need to replace my brakes as well. Andy let me know that my brakes were actually at 5-6mm and wouldnt need replacement for a while. I appreciate the honest work they do here and will be definitely returning in the future.Update: went to TLC again July 2020 and still 5 star service. I needed my brakes replaced and a few other things. Andy and the team took care of everything with a detailed report (broken down by category with pictures). Definitely recommend TLC Autocare!

Andy(TLC Totem lake) is a very honest man. My car was misdiagnosed by another Auto shop. I was at the edge of giving up on my car when a friend recommended TLC Totem Lake for me. My car was towed to the work shop.After I talked with Andy, he informed me that they need to do their own diagnostic on the car to see what was wrong. I told him that the problem was already diagnosed. He insisted that they do not do their work based on other mechanics diagnostics. I reluctantly agreed to that. He called me back to let me know that their was nothing wrong with the part that I wanted him to change. What was wrong with the car was just wiring issue. He called me back after few hours to let me know that my car was ready for pick up. I could not believe it. I am so grateful for their honesty and integrity. TLC is the best. I will recommend TLC to any one at any time without looking back. Thank you TLC, 👍.

I found TLC AutoCare on a google search and read all the positive reviews people arent kidding the customer service here is above and beyond! I called in the late morning was able to get my car there by 1:30 was given a brand new 2018 Ford Hybrid rental for the remainder of the day. I received a call roughly an hour later with a quote that was very reasonable. They had my car fixed and ready to go by 5:00pm that same day. I will definitely being going back in the future and recommending them to my family and friends!

My experience at TLC autocare was great! They were very kind and had awesome communication throughout the process. I told them about multiple concerns I had with my vehicle and they diagnosed the vehicle and explained the issues they found. Not once did try and sell me on unnecessary work. A great experience with my 2015 Subaru Forester. So great, I took my second car (2013 Lexus ES350 in for service a week later! Knowledgeable, friendly. on-time and reasonable prices. They wont suggest unneeded sevices/parts.

Besides family and your closest friend, the two people you rely on most are your doctor and your auto mechanic. We were blessed to find Andy far too soon after moving to the eastside due to some car trouble. The attention to detail, prompt follow-up, and friendly service provided by Andy and his entire staff are second to none. What really sold me was that, on more than one occasion, Andy has either talked me out of a repair i thought was needed or sent me to the dealer for my vehicle if it was more cost effective or if the dealer had the special know-how or tools needed. You need that honesty from both your doctor and your car doctor!

Andy n Jon are awesome at what they do. Did my pre-purchase vehicle inspection with them. Its $200 but they check 3x more components than standard auto shops. Well worth it.. gave me tons of ammo when making my used car purchase. These guys are genuine n they care!

Fantastic service, fast results. Ive taken them everything from a big truck to a small cars, and they have never made me unhappy I went to them. They do everything they can to make it easier for you, including over the phone payments if you cant get in before they close. Great place to go of you just want it done right, done fast, and not have to wory about anything.

I always have taken my 2009 Nissan Rogue to the dealership for service/repairs. I had to get some work done to my car so being new to this area I looked on line for the reviews. I called a few auto repair shops nearby and TLC replied immediately to my email request. Their response to me was quick, respectful and professional. I went to their shop for an estimate and once again treated with the utmost respect and service. I decided to let them give me an estimate that day, they provided me with a loaner car and called me as soon as they had the estimate completed. So far I am very impressed. I brought my car in for a diagnosis and, instead of a giant bill, I was informed of the upcoming services my car will eventually need so that I can plan my finances accordingly. HOW REFRESHING! Honda of Kirkland would have charged me $100+ simply for diagnosis time, then they would have listed a few things that I need to have repaired immediately. Instead, Owen explained everything to me, educated me, told me to replace my serpentine belt at my next LOF. They didnt charge me a cent that day. They claim to be an auto care company with integrity and so far I believe it. Ive been searching for this for A WHILE! Furthermore, I like that they have an extensive customer care program, free loaners, and their prices are generally lower than at the dealership.

I took a very tired 2002 car into TLC and after checking it out and giving me their recommendation, Andy { hereafter referred to as SUPER NICE, HONEST BUSINESS OWNER } made a list of needed services and allowed me to decide what I could afford .Next day I picked my car up and WOW, she still had gray hair but she runs like a new car .I will totally trust Andy, AKA TLC, with all things mechanical going forward .

Melissa saved me when I needed it most. My Kia Sportage was dead. I had tried jumpstarting it to no avail - I didnt know whether whatever was wrong would cost me a little or a lot. I called her and told her the situation and she immediately surmised it was a dead battery. She said she was nearby and would buy one for me on her way home. Half an hour later she was here, the new battery was in, and I was on the road again. She is gold.
