I called looking to get a third party inspection done on a SUV. I do not live in WA ralli round came up in my search as high rated shop in Kirkland. I was very impressed with the inspection. Drew personal called me when the car arrived at his shop and told me everything he saw about the car on the out side. He test drove it ran a scan. Then took SUV in the shop and inspected everything from top to bottom.He went above and beyond what I thought I would get for an inspection. If I lived in Kirkland I would use ralli round as my shop for sure. Dont think I would have got the same service in my home state.

I really like these guys. They really know what they are doing and unlike a lot of mechanics seem to really actually care about the quality of their work through their attention to detail and communication with the customer. I had them bring my car back to life which was neglected for a long time by me and I was surprised to they were able to actually fix all the issues for a very reasonable price. The mechanics at the shop did good work on my car. I had my clutch replaced, and they were very quick about the work. I dont have any doubts about the replacement standing up over time.Their communicative skills leave something to be desired, however, as I was not informed of several things from scheduling the initial appointment to what other work needed to be done to complete the job itself.

I stopped by Ralli-Round last week because I lost the power steering in my car. Sam quickly figured out what caused the problem, figured out a solution, and got me taken care of by the end of the day, which was a Friday. Also, what they charged me for labor and parts was fair and allowed me to enjoy the weekend. Id definitely use them again. Thanks, guys!

My BMW needed a lot of work, including a new clutch and sway bar, along with the standard oil change, fluid flushes and what not. Ben and Sam took great care of me, including helping me get a rental car. They provided a comprehensive estimate prior to any work being done, so I knew exactly what was needed and how much it would cost.Along the way, they actually found ways to save me money from their initial estimate, and they were extremely forthright through every step. Ben explained every step of what was being done, and really knew his stuff.If I still lived in Seattle, I would take my car their for whatever was needed to be done to it. I highly recommend Ralli-Round, you wont be sorry if you take your business there.

These guys do great work. I was having a starting issue with my Mitsubishi 3000gt that was caused by another shop. They went right in fixed the problem which was a simple connection running from the starter.They replaced the cable and cleaned up my battery set-up and it starts right up no problem everytime. I recommend these guys to anybody looking for honest quality work.

You know when you fall in love with your mechanic? When you are stuck out in the middle of nowhere between Seattle and Portland with a strange and increasingly loud thumping sound and he doesnt abandon you until he knows you are safely back on the road - at least that was when it was for me. Im new to Seattle and new to Ralli Round, but Ben coached me through diagnosing what was wrong with my car, being very persistent, while also making sure I was safely off the freeway. Because of his knowledge of all things car related and persistence (I was convinced I had done a thorough check which I hadnt), I was able to discover the problem, find someone a few miles down the road who could fix it and was safely back on the road within an hour. I owe you guys big time - thanks so much. You made the difference between a potential accident and arriving safely and happily at my destination.

Excellent experience, amazing service, were able to replace a side mirror quickly while ordering the part from Tacoma. They also drained fluids to ensure my transmission lasts for a very long time, very trustworthy and I saved a lot of money by having the option to purchase after-market parts, rather than the 2x (in some cases) more expensive dealer parts.

I live in Oregon and wanted a pre-purchase inspection done on a BMW E36 before I flew up to buy it. Called Ben and we started talking E36s. He spoke with knowledge and experience, listing all the problem areas (cooling system, bushings, electric motors, etc). His rate was very reasonable, $130 after tax and all that.He inspected the car thoroughly, spending upwards of 3hrs on it. He uncovered a few problems, some obvious (engine ticking), others more subtle (needs transmission fluid).The entire way through he was courteous, knowledgeable, and took plenty of time to explain things. He always gave me the time of day, even looking at the ad before the car came in.The one downside is that he accidentally broke a plastic underbody piece while putting the car on the lift. But he admitted this to me over the phone without having to be asked.Overall, would recommend to anyone in the Seattle/Kirkland area.

Ralli-Round is a staple of the Seattle area. From period-specific electronics to new car diagnostics, regular maintenance to over-the-top tunes, these guys do it all. It is common to see a vintage Alfa Romeo, Fiat or BMW in their lot, in the process of being brought back to their original glory. However, I wouldnt hesitate one bit to bring a newer, Japanese car or similar import in-- they do it all. Sam, their head mechanic, adds a touch of class and common decency to what can sometimes be a daunting affair. Having to bring a car in for repair is never fun, but Ralli-Round takes the cake.

Honest, friendly people who are more interested in giving you a fair and straightforward assessment of what your car needs and what your priorities ought to be in maintaining it. I only had a simple tire repair; but they paused their work on several more complex jobs to squeeze me in. I wont hesitate to take any repair jobs back to them.

Great service! They really know their stuff and are dedicated to their craft. I broke down on the road and had my Alfa towed to Ralli-Round unannounced and they took me in and had me on my way within an hour. It is always a pleasure to do business with them.

If you own an Alfa, as I do, you will want to have it worked on here. Prices are reasonable, service good (but they are busy in spring when everyone wants to get there convertible ready for the summer).

Hey I was stuck in Seattle thinking that my car was down for the count, my car was un-drivable and I was 100 miles away from home. I had hit a pothole on Capitol Hill on my way to do a comedy show. The guys at Ralli Round identified the problem (Cross threaded U-Joint Bolts), fixed the problem for a fair price, and then gave me a receipt spelling out what had happened. I wound up getting a full refund from my auto shop in Olympia. Another thing, its worth getting your car fixed here just cause you get to have a taste of what old Seattle was like. Their garage is filled with Lotuses and Alfa Romeros, I felt bad bringing a Kia in there but they seemed genuinely interested, maybe even excited about helping me.

I ordered a hard to find used part for my Alfa from Ralli-Round. Overall, the experience was great - from confirming that the part was correct to shipping on time to good communications everything went smoothly. Next time Im looking for some obscure Alfa part Ill be sure to try Ralli-Round first.
