I was forced to look for a place to repair my Honda Odyssey after a terrible experience at a dealership and I took my car to The H Shop after reading others reviews. Ryan was able to diagnose the critical repairs the car needed along with pictures and he was able to handle all the repairs professionally at a reasonable price and time. Now the car runs better than ever, and Ill definitely be coming back to here for all my Honda needs for my two cars.

Wow, I just took my 2003 Accord in as thought it needed a new AC Compressor, Ryan found an easier leak fix and saved me a much bigger bill. Great to find a honest mechanic that recommends what is needed and quotes a very fair price. Took so much of his time to show me and explain everything (even sent pictures of needed repairs and competed work). Best mechanic experience Ive had!I could go on, but just go there.

He quickly diagnosed the problem with my vehicle and was extremely detailed and honest and even provided photos of the work he did! Ryan was great! He listened to me and my car. He showed me exactly what was going on under my car! He didnt charge me for topping off my power steering fluid. He also didnt think an expensive service was necessary at this time. I highly recommend the H shpo. I would refer to anyone who owns a Honda or Acura.

Ryan, the new owner of The H Shop did a fantastic job servicing my Honda CR-V for its 100k mile service. Although the business is under new ownership, rest assured that the quality and professionalism is there and that your car is in good hands. The pricing for what was done in the service was also incredibly fair, and he took the time to let me know what to be mindful of for the next service. I took my CRV into the H shop for the 1st time on 8 /8.The owner is top notch.His communication with me was quick and honest.My car was finished early and the price was shockingly inexpensive.I love that the man who owns the shop is the one to work on your vehicle!The H shop is where I will take my car from now on.

Todd has provided excellent service! He was upfront about what needed to be done and what we could wait a few months before taking care of. His office is clean and his service is friendly. I appreciate Todds honesty, his thorough work and will feel confident returning to The H Shop the next time our van needs a repair! I have been going to The H Shop for many years and have always found Todd to be honest, and to do good work with good prices. He tells me what I really need to get taken care of, what I can wait on, and what I dont need to do - I never feel like Im being up-sold on unnecessary replacements or repairs. His estimates for prices and timing for the work are always right on, and when I have called around I have found his prices to be lower then anyone else. I am in the process of looking at new cars and Im seriously considering getting around Honda just so that I can keep using The H Shop!

Todd has been our mechanic for 15 plus years and has always been straightforward with us and done excellent work. Highly recommended.

Went in for a basic oil change because i saw a coupon online for 19.95 for first time customers. I walked in and filled out the paper work for first timers, and let him know that was the case. He changed my oil and then came out and handed me a bill for $57. A little confused I politely explained that i saw the coupon and as a first time customer i was hoping it would be honored. Well all I got was a short rude response of, for that to happen you needed to bring in the coupon and tell me about it before i started your work. I guess i was just expecting a little bit better service for a first time customer. As for customer service i would say avoid this shop.

After agreeing to his quote, and after he started the work, he came back with a new estimate (double) because he just found out that its more cumbersome!I was forced to agree since its already dismantled. On top of all that, he had a terrible demeanor and attitude and when i shared by disappointment.
