Lost my place in line, so to speak. Went in for oil change early on a Monday morning. The person who processed my service paperwork had trouble getting my information to jibe with their software. After multiple attempts I was in-processed and directed to the waiting area. Should have been a red flag. They were busy, so I figured it might take up to two hours. I had up to three hours to wait. After two and a half hours of waiting and watching a couple people show up after me and subsequently reclaim their vehicle as I continued to wait, I strolled back to the in-processing area fearing something was majorly wrong with my car. What I discovered is that they had not started working on the car yet. Turns out the car was lost in their system as a result of improper processing or software dysfunction.They’re good people. They do good work and when they realized the problem, they got on it quick. Car is in great shape. But it took about 3.5 hours for an oil change that everyone else got in an hour and change. The sting of it for me was that I was supposed to be watching the baby while my wife was busy working. That didn’t happen. So now I’m in the doghouse…over an oil change. If I had kept a more watchful eye, perhaps peaked into the service garage occasionally, I may have been spared this cruel fate.Verdict: they lose two stars. One star for the delay, one as incentive to fix/manage this issue, and one as a reminder that our misfortunes are tied together. But, they get one back because they charged me 1/2 price (but that was for another reason) and they gave me an extra complimentary car wash.

They didnt have the car we wanted in stock, but the e still managed to get a loaner of the same type and year that we wanted -a Subaru Forester- so we could test drive it. The sales guy spent a good 10 minutes helping me get comfortable with all the gadgets and features of the car, explaining every button, which I really liked. Even though they didnt have a car too sell us we werent blown off or treated like a waste of time.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Went for an oil change and was given an extra coupon. All kinds of snacks and drinks while you wait...and best of all smiles, which these days are hard to come by it seems.

I would advise going elsewhere.I hate to leave a bad review, but my experience here was riddled with what can only be described as incompetence.I had a flat tire, simple right? After being told repair was not possible I was told a tire would need to be ordered. I returned as scheduled early in the morning a few days later. Upon arrival I was informed that my tire would not be able to be installed correctly due to equipment issues. However I was told I would be called that afternoon with an update on when I could come back in.No call was received. It happens. I assumed it was busy or the balancer was still inoperable. So I waited another day for a call. No such luck. I returned the day after that and asked for the tire so I could have someone else install and balance it.I was told they didnt have the tire and their best guess was that it was mistakenly thrown away.To summarize, 3 trips to this shop and at the end of this two week flat tire situation Im still driving on a spare right where I started.
