Worst work ethic Ive ever experienced.

Didnt communicate well, service wasnt anything special. Going to the dealer would have been better and about the same price with significantly better service.

Honest mechanics, great prices. Been using for 16 years.

I have been using this shop for years and they have always been awesome. I do some of my own mechanical work, but just the basic stuff. But I know enough about cars to know when I am I getting good services. These guys have never let me down and their prices are very affordable. They are also great with emergencies and fast turnaround times. I definitely recommend them to all of my family and friends.

This place is great! Both the manager and the workers are friendly and very professional. I needed an oil change and went to many places to get it done but they were busy. The staff at the Price Brothers Garage really took into consideration my crunch for time and were very quick and efficient! I would definitely recommend them! They truly care about their customers!

Quick, friendly service! Was overdue for an oil change and just stopped here in between errands. They were more than happy to get me in, prices were reasonable, and I didn’t have to wait long at all!

I work across the street at a dealership and we normally refer people to them. I park there when they are closed and today I was parked there for one hour before they had a company tow my car a couple blocks down the street. It cost me over $400 bucks to get it out during a time when people are struggling to get unemployment or keep a job. They know where we work it even says it on the back of my car where I work(literally 50 feet away) I’ve parked in that spot every Saturday for a year. No heart no soul. If they would have took five min to walk across the street or just give us a call there wouldn’t have been an issue. Also there was no signs posted where I was parked until after they towed my car. I have entrusted the care of my car to the Price Brothers for decades. They are far and away the best. There are many reasons why they have won Best Eastside Auto Repair Awards year after year. Theyre honest and superb mechanics. Theyve always given me the best advice on not only the care of my car but decisions about purchasing a car. Im lucky to only be 10 minutes away, but I used to drive to them when I was 30 minutes away. Well worth the drive!

They replaced my fuel pump and the one they put in went bad nine months later. Its under warranty but it took them five days after I had to pay to have it towed to them in order for them to fix it.I was later contacted by the new management who was very apologetic after hearing what happened and they refunded me all the cost of the labor. I feel like Lori and the owners really went above and beyond in correcting the situation. Appreciative of the excellent customer service.

Definitely above and beyond the call of professional service.I needed a lamp replaced on my Lexus compact and they quoted about $20 including the cost of the replacement bulb.Turns out mine was a simple one-minute replacement so they did not charge me at all, not even for the cost of the bulb.Definitely going there next time!

We had 2 vehicles for oil changes in to Price Bros Garage the last 2 weeks. They found a weak battery in one car and replaced that at my request. It was just past warranty so we paid a small prorated amount for replacement. Very pleased with all work done here. Highly recommend them for your vehicle repair needs.

Friendly workers, quick service, and clean shop, yet misleading on prices. Brought my car in to be checked and was told it will be around an hours work and $110. After working on my car, they told me they need to take a closer look at the engine and it will cost $750 for diagnostics. That is a big price difference and I would have appreciated if they were honest about the cost upfront. I went to another shop instead.

I come from Everett to Price Brothers Garage for ANYTHING my car needs. They have integrity, knowledge, and are honest in their dealings with everyone. Their prices are competitive but fair. I would recommend this garage to anyone who wants a good deal with reliable service.

EDIT: After the district manager read my review he contacted me and informed me that the people that worked on my car are no longer there. He offered to fix my brakes for free using premium parts. He also reimbursed me for the oil change that stripped my oil pan. It has been a month since this was done and my brakes are working great. I am glad they stepped up to their wrongs and fixed my car. I have updated to 3 stars from 1.Original Review:I came here to have my brakes and rotors replaced and an oil change. These jerks stripped my oil pan bolt! The were too lazy to find the proper metric too since my car is European. Secondly, my brakes squeeked days after having them fixed. I took my car back 3 times. The first time they said they just needed to clean the brakes up a little. Didnt fix it. Second time they warrantied the front end out and put in new pads and rotors.. Still squeeked and now had an added clunk in the front end when pressing brakes. The third time they didnt fix the clunk but told me the rear end needed new pads and rotors less than a year after getting them. I took my car to someone else that said my rear pads were at 50 percent and the rotors had little wear. These guys are worthless frauds. I would not suggest anyone goes here. Im amazed they have good reviews because they royally screwed me.

Weve had great experiences with this shop. I had a distributor fail about 8 months ago, and Price Brothers replaced it. When the replacement also failed this week, Price Brothers replaced it quickly and free of charge, under warranty, no questions asked and no attempt to sell me other products or services.

My pickup broke down over the weekend and I had to drop my horse trailer back behind their shop. Called first thing Monday to let them know my pickup was getting worked on and the trailer would only be there for a couple days. Manager was unwilling to let it sit for TWO days while my pickup got worked on. So now not only do I have a 3000 dollar pickup bill had to pay an additional 200 to get my trailer towed a mile down the road while Im back home in Bellingham to Pep Boys. Thank you for helping a girl out Price Brothers. 👍

Integrity. Thats what brings us back. Being fairly new to the area and being taken for a ride by one garage and a VW dealership, Price Brothers are a breath of fresh air. They have one of the best diagnosticians on the Eastside. You can do no better for your car. Highly recommended!

My first time at this place...They changed my oil without my authorization!!! I just wanted to find out how much a oil change was!! I wanted to get my car looked at to find out why it was running rough!! Charged me $200 for a diagnostic test!! Was unaware there was a cost!! Im like wow!!

These guys identified a failing oil sender module and replaced it for just over $100 after a nearby dealer told me I needed to replace my engine and generously offered to do it for $5200. Price Brothers Garage is honest and quick.

Price Brothers is trustworthy, honest and they stand by their work. They are easy to work with and their prices are competitive, but generally less than other places.

Horrible service over the phone, from trying to ask for how much an oil change cost. Rudely informed me I needed to wait because he just started his day. As a paying customer, I or anyone else does not need to be held on whether the car shop is ready or not for an oil change. Way to be another one of those oil change shops that skirt the middle class away through disrespect and high prices.
