Worst experience in my life. Unprofessional, rude and untrustworthy. Told me two weeks an it was ridiculously longer. No contact, had to call them to see what was going on. Left many messages but never a call back. Paid before my insurance paid them to get my car out of car prision and now waiting weeks to get my refund. BEWARE!

Work was done well. Took way over the amount of time quoted to complete the work. Needed a rental car for 3 months. Get clarification on time to complete so you will not be surprised.

I was in a car accident and my fender was damaged, Hyundai referred them to me.They did an estimate the same day, without an appointment. Since the fender needed to be replaced I was worried about the matching color which turned out great! I also took the rental car from them, which was super handy. Got inspection by associate but no follow through on quotes or estimate.Went there to get a quote for my Toyota Camry body work and was welcomed by the front desk staff and associate. I filled out the form they provided and the associate even took a look at my car, noted my VIN number and took photos. They promised to get back with a quote within a few days, but even after calling them a couple times I didn’t get any response. Felt like they want to work only if I had planned to file insurance claims (I mentioned I do have full comprehensive insurance but I wanted to pay for the work).

I would give them more stars if i could, ive had 3 cars there plus my parents cars and they fix it right the first time, plus they fix it like its original....hands DOWN the best body shop...not to mention the employees whom go above and beyond to create the best customer experience! thank you collision masters!

Very Appreciative towards this company. I feel that they went above and beyond with customer service and labor of my vehicle. They were fast and provided detailed data on my car and itemized the work and the costs for myself and my insurance company. When I picked up my car, it was washed, waxed and detailed inside, even tires were polished. I felt like I got a brand new car at the end. This org is legit and wish them business success.

This is one of very few body shops in Seattle area I trust to do the right job. I learned about Collision Masters from my attorney when I was rear ended a few years ago. Many repair shops “work with” insurance companies, not necessarily for the vehicle owners benefits. Collision Masters is an independent body shop and they make sure the car is repaired properly. That means they may need to go back and forth several times with insurance companies for proper repairs. My car was in the shop for 1.5 months because my insurance company wanted to use parts from junkyard. Collision Maters ensured new/genuine parts were used for the repair. It may take longer for repair than “insurance company approved” repair shops. But if doing the right job is more important than doing quick job, this is the place.

Sketchy place, sketch owner, the older woman who works there is extremely rude, not professional and condescending. This place reeks of sexism, prejudice and inaccurate assessments of my vehicle. Had to leave and take my business elsewhere, I suggest you do the same.

I thought my Chevy G20 Conversation Van had a bad carburetor so I took it to Carburetor Connection👍. Its got a Throttle Body and it was fine. They said it was most likely the fuel pump and they werent equipped to replace it but Collusion Masters was and that Ron Alzheimers was a great guy. Ron had my Van a whole week and replaced the fuel pump(@ 6 psi to 15 psi) found a leak in the fuel regulator(much better gas mileage now!)and the found that the coil was cracked and arching and replaced it too.(No wonder it barely made it there!) My Van runs better than its ever ran for me. Way more power and better gas mileage too! So what did all of these repairs and a week in his shop cost? $650.00! And the Van had been at three other shops. Cant say enough good things about Collusion Masters! Big 👍!

I had my car fixed here after being rear-ended.It went very smooth and I was happy with the results. Took a bit longer than I expected. But my expectations might have been unrealistic! Loll

We have used Collision Masters twice in the past. We dealt with Jody who was excellent in 2009 and in 2016. Based on that experience, we took another vehicle into them recently. Things have changed. They didnt do a follow up once the estimator had been out. We called multiple times and the lady at the front desk took down our number but they never called back. In addition, the lady at the front desk was rude. She was rude when we were dropping our vehicle off. She was rude on the phone. She was unhelpful. The service quality has clearly fallen off. My guess is that the quality of the work will be be a close second as well.

My wife just picked up our vehicle from collision masters this morning and our car looks like new again! They did an amazing job! Im so glad that I got our car fixed here! I would recommend this place to anyone! They have amazing costumers service! Katrina was always so communicative with us and the status of our car the whole time it was in the shop. She worked out all the details with amazing professionalism dealing with insurance and rental agency. Im so happy and grateful that I picked this place to get my car repaired.

Collision Masters provided me the best service Ive ever received from a body shop. Repair work was excellent. They saved me money wherever possible on the repair job, worked directly with my insurance company on my behalf. Basically, they took care of every step of the process from start to finish and made it as painless as possible. They went out of their way and above and beyond the call of duty by giving me a ride to and from their shop when I needed. They even picked me up on Sunday to return me to their shop to pick up my car while I needed it. Very customer focused body shop. I also had them detail the car for me after repairs and they did a superb job. I would recommend Collision Masters to anyone.

I had a very bad experience with this shop, they gave an estimate of 2 weeks. They took 5 months to do the job. Once I gave the car, they will ignore you, You have to keep calling to get the status. I gave the car for repair and called them after 2 weeks as they told it would 2 weeks for repair and they did not even start on it. AVOID them like plague!!

I just got my Toyota FJ cruiser back from being repaired at Collision Masters and I am very happy with the work that was done. I was treated professionally throughout the whole process and you can tell they take pride in the work they do. I will continue to use Collision Masters in the future without hesitation, and will recommend them to others as well.

I cant say enough good things about my experience with Collision Masters. My cars exterior was damaged in shipment from Chicago to Seattle. Collision Masters was recommended through the Ford dealership in Kirkland. I brought my car in for an estimate and the entire team, from receptionist to mechanic, was outstanding. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. My repair took about a week. When I came to pick it up, it looked so great. They had washed and I think even waxed my car! The repairs were flawless. Also, there was a previous scratch that I had explained I couldnt afford to have repaired and the team filled it in for me. Thank you, Collision Masters!

I only used their shop because I had to. I was driving a service loaner owned by a dealership right down the road and (unfortunately) slid on some ice. Anyway, the car took longer than it should have to complete (6 weeks) and they called to collect my deductible two weeks before the car ended up being done. They claimed it was to make it quicker and more convenient. Um, no. Thats just sketchy is what that is. Thats like asking me to pay for my hair cut before its cut. Oh and they dont take anything but cash, Visa, or Mastercard. So, youre telling me that Id have to go buy a Visa gift card with my American Express or Discover card if I choose not to be a customer of either of those companies? I guess so. And thats totally quicker and more convienient. Absolutely use another shop.

Ive been taking my vehicles to Collision Masters of Kirkland for quite awhile. Somethings I feel were rushed and overlooked but for the most part out of any other shop I have entrusted my vehicles with they have performed the best quality for the dollar. I can only speak for their technician branch considering I have never even had a vehicle detailed by them. I have seen their body and paint work and can attest to their determination for quality and customer satisfaction. Staff is personable, efficient and extremely welcoming.

When you meet with an accident, that too in a new car... you want the car back as new.. It is always difficult to deal with insurance - it is given. Insurance companies do their job of saving money during these events. We had coverage with the insurance company which process things slowly, but I attribute that to their under staffing problem - eventually they did the right thing. Now given this context - let me tell you about my experience with Collision masters. within 1 hour of the accident I was recommended by Infiniti of Kirkland to Collision masters. This is my first ever incident and I had no clue what to expect. From the moment I reached Collision masters to the day the car was delivered.. the experience was just awesome. If I built products or opened a services company of my own I would absolutely appreciate that level of communication, transparency and craftsmanship in work. Every detail of the car was looked into. I would recommend Collision masters anytime to anyone. you dont go there to just repair the car.. you go there for the sense of assurance you get !

Did a great job on my vehicle for body work. On time and kept me well informed about the timelines. It was during the snowmaggedon event in Seattle and still they adhered to the time promised.I didnt have to go back for any visits and the body shop honors a lifetime warranty for their oart of the repair as long as the vehicle is in my possession.

My 6 month old Sonata was hit on the front end by a jeep that was backing up fast. CM was recommended by the dealer. I set up an appointment and Brent Petek went to work for me. Turning a bad experience into a positive one was unexpected but it made all the difference. He dealt with the insurance company directly and kept me informed at every step of the process. He set up expectation and followed through. My car looks fantastic! No one likes to go through these things but if you have to, its nice to know you have a dedicated, kind and professional team at Collision Masters that will go to bat for you and hit a home run! I like dealing with Collision Masters, but Im confused with what happened lately, my car is with them (only front left conrner accident with ) since the first week of February and sleeping there till now (May 11th), I dont know why they mistook in the dimensions of the one wheel, bring back my trust with the quality of work.

Summary: 1) Very slow repair process; 2) Poor services; 3) Left two-coin size blue ink on my front-right seat; 4) Not friendly front-desk service.I dropped off my car at Collision Masters around Dec. 12, 2016. It took roughly 10 weeks for repairing bumper problems. The reasons were that they did not do good initial estimation and keep to have three problems, which should go through insurance back and forth. They said the mechanician was out for a couple of weeks, but no one was able to continue to work on repairs, till the guy came back.In addition, they gave me three times of promises that they could deliver my car. However, they kept to eat their words. Their excuses were “they just repair the car”. They gave me the feelings that “Why did you have your accident? Why did you choose our shop?”.Third, they usually did not call you back, even they promised to call you back and give you updates. Every time, I inquired the process over phone, they said “we will call you back in 10 minutes, half an hour, in the afternoon, or tomorrow”. However, they only called me back a couple of times, and missed to their promises more than ten times. They did not value their customers at all.Finally, their provided very bad service. When I picked my car, I found there was a two-coin size blue ink on the front-right seat. The seat is the cloth cover. They did not clean it completely and even damage a little of the cover.In sum, Collision Masters provided me very bad repair experiences for my two repairs with them. I won’t trust them again. Would suggest that if you have another choice, definitely not choose them.

I highly recommend Collision Masters of Kirkland. Gail, Brent, and the rest of the staff were professional, helpful, and understanding. Our VW Jetta needed repair following a fender bender and Collision Masters was excellent in dealing with the other party’s insurance company. When I initially took the car in for an estimate, Gail was very patient and helpful as I had made a wrong turn and gotten a bit lost. She courteously guided me to the office via phone. The team did a beautiful job on the car in a timely fashion. In addition, we are fairly new to the area and I was unable to secure a ride to the shop. Collision Masters provides local pickup and delivery and their drivers were friendly, professional, and punctual.Collision Masters is the type of business I “grew up with” and I would not only use them again but suggest them to others as an auto repair of first resort. They say threes a charm...At the beginning of February a female driver reared my brand new Toyota while looking at her phone. Left the bumper so damaged (including the imprint of her licence plate + four holes from screws) that it needed to be replaced. Toyota Kirkland sent me to Collision Masters.Take 1.Her insurance covered everything, and I got nice customer service, short wait for the rental shuttle; everything went smooth. My car was ready as promised. When picking it up, I noticed that somebody was driving it - the odometer showed a difference of 18 miles. The longest test drive ever for a painting job...Never received any explanation for it. Only at home when I parked in a shade, we noticed that the bumper was painted some 2-3 shades darker. It looked like a piece from a different car attached to mine.Take 2.Drove back to Kirkland to schedule another painting, and a few days later dropped off the car at C.M. This time, instead of a rental, they provided me with one of their own cars. It was an ancient, falling apart Saturn, but I did not refuse. Started driving away, and when trying to stop it, its brakes hardly worked. I kept pushing the brake pedal and the car kept going for quite a distance before it finally stopped. I did not need another accident, went back there already irritated and their friendliness was all gone too. Another wait for the rental pick-up, lenghty procedures, same on the way back. It might take 30 min only but it was my 4th time doing this routine. Bumper got repainted again (or sprayed over), and it looked much better.Take 3.Several weeks passed by, and one day a corner of the bumper caught my attention. The paint started to chip off. Another drive to C.M., and I asked to talk to the owner. Some guy was sent to speak with me (I do know the owners name) and he wasnt even trying to be polite or apologetic. So; another routine followed - dropping off the car, picking up the rental (waiting at Hertz for over half an hour because the clerks priority was to get her lunch first, rather than taking care of people waiting, not to mention that my husband who just broke his leg was there waiting with me), going back the same way. All together it took 3 months, 9 drives to Kirkland to get the bumper properly (???) done. How much time wasted - no idea, a lot. Bumper is freshly repainted again, a couple of little red spots from the paint left inside the car as a souvenir, I guess. Not one decent apology, nor an offer how to compensate for all the inconvenience caused. A small Starbucks card would do...I am already panicking that there might be take 4...I would not recommend this business at all.

Collision Masters has the best customer service and exceeds expectations getting your car put back together. You will not be disappointed.

Worst body shop ever i dont recommend

I got 5k dollar estimate from collision masters for repair of my crashed car, but its done for 2k from other vendor. I think they are exploiting people and insurance companies. Poor at estimates and lm not confident about their service.
